They relied too much on corner kick and Ramos actually created two dangerous headshots but lack of accuracy and luckiness to have goals. Generally PSG deserved to be out as they played worse than Bayern in two matches.

A good performance just from Mbappe and Messi won't by far be enough tonight. The whole team needs to stay concentrated and focused for 90 minutes and whatever comes on top. I think Bayern is the big favorite here, but if PSG wants to have a chance they will need to fix their issues regarding their focus. Often times they have some very strong 60 to 70 minutes of the game, but then there are those moments so often that they lose control over the game and mess up their great performance by losing focus for just small phases in the game, but if that happens against an opponent like Bayern Munich you usually get punished for it.

This week's match will be very interesting because both teams have strong goals to move up the standings. For Rennes they need this win to close the gap from the top 4 and of course he wants to keep away from Lille's pursuit. I'm not sure what they are going to do with their coach but right now they are not in a good mental situation because of the game they lost against Bayern Munich however they have now focused on French League and this can be a guarantee to say PSG will finish the season in the first position of the table. But Since they didn't get good results we they should get especially in the champions league maybe they will think about hiring another coach for next season.

I totally agree with your point. The midfield has nothing to do with PSG's attack. PSG's midfield is very weak. It is very difficult for a striker to score without the help of midfielders. Galtier could not strengthen his team's midfield. If the bonding between the team players is not strong, the overall performance of the team is not stable. The relationship between Neymar and Mbappe was also very visible. If there is infighting between the players, the performance deteriorates. PSG's defense was quite good against Bayern Munich. The Champions League is still a nightmare for Paris Saint Germain, they always fail when they compete there, even with the star players they currently have. That means money will never guarantee you get everything you want.
That scenario happened to PSG and Manchester City. The two teams have yet to feel how great it is to win the Champions League even though they have spent a lot of money to improve the quality of their teams. Manchester City in my opinion is more successful regarding its transfer policy, while PSG is not very good even though it manages to have Neymar, Mbappe and Messi in its team.
