Even if other teams ever get some good players, PSG could just buy those players, or other teams in other leagues with money ends up buying those players, so no other team than PSG ends up getting their players stolen that easily, even PSG did lose Mbappe, but not many else. So that is why we are going to keep seeing PSG win the title every season.

The only way this could change could be if another team gets as much money as PSG, or if there is a reason or way where PSG doesn't have this kind of money again. Aside from these two options, as long as PSG is the richest team, I do not see how they could end up losing anything at all, they are going to end up winning every game and nothing about that will change anytime soon.
