That is funny. In the past I won bets on normal matches, no arbitrage bets and you wrote to me that the company stopped any colaboration with me because I have violated the terms.
The truth is: 1xbit does not pay out when you win to much. it does not matter if you win fair or not, if you win to much they write that you violate the terms and close your account.
It happened to me in the past. My bets had nothing to do with arbitrage bets. 1xbit does not lucky lucky gamblers, and confiscate all the winnings.

I recommend not to play on this site, they confiscate your money if you win.

Most deposits that were returned or refunded were most likely small amounts or related to cancelled bets in order to minimise your losses.

Accounts are getting closed only when refund is provided, until then players can use them - it is seen in posts like that:

Regarding "fake" resolves and "scam proofs", there is a post in our signature with list of resolved cases - about a half of them have a sum mentioned. That's the sum that was paid to the OPs of the accusations, and this sum exceeds 6 BTC to the day.
If we count the other complaints without a sum mentioned - it will be way more than 6 BTC.

You can draw your own conclusions, our campaigns here are to help that.
If you search for other bookmakers complaints - there will be a lot of them for any bookmaker. We can't say if we receive more than others, but we can say that positive feedback will be greeted with hate, and that stops most of the players from doing so. And it is sad to see trusted users make a decision not based on their own experience, but only on concentrated negative feedback.
