Yeah according to statistics from the last 6 matches, its pretty even overall but if you are looking for a chance to win decent amount then betting against favourite is not a bad idea afterall

But Arsenal won their last head-to-head game against them here by 1-0 also. I believe in Arsenal not to lose this game. Yes, playing at home is always a plus, and if we were talking about European competitions, I would understand such a skew in odds, because a foreign team arriving at Old Trafford comes under the pressure of a great place, its history. This can play a role. But Everton plays here at least once a year, I think they are ready for anything.

I think the answer to these odds is in the public's mood. Even in the poll which in this thread shows that the majority thinks that City will become the champion this season, and much fewer people rely on Liverpool. I think the bets on these teams are distributed in approximately the same way, so the bookmakers insure themselves against a bad outcome and balance the accepted bets so as to guarantee themselves a profit in any outcome. Thus, in my opinion, this is a typical case of curved odds.

I would assume that it is based on what people wager on. I mean it is obvious that oddmakers care about what people wager on, sure it does a first off the batch odds at first but that changes overtime, because in the end if people are wagering on the underdog more than the favorites, you will question why that is and give odds better for the underdogs after a while thinking they are the favorites.

Long story short the oddmakers take in what people may wager on as the most important thing when they are deciding on the teams. This is based on what people wagered on those teams beforehand as well, so if people wagered a ton of money on City to win all their games so far, and sure a lot for Liverpool too but if it is less than they would put City as the better team because of those previous bets. This is how they do it, that much I know, can't speak on this spesific game but that is what happens in the long run.

very well in 6 matches in the Premier League, even Brighton only lost once. Although Arsenal's performance began to improve and Arsenal's players were
also on fire after beating Tottenham, but we know Arsenal started the season really badly. So indeed the ideal result is a draw, but I predict Arsenal will be
able to beat Brighton, moreover Arsenal have a target to return to play in the Europa League. So need to win a lot of games, and Brighton is

Manchester United will surely win the match, but they shouldn't be expecting an easy winning. Everton is not a weak team, they have the same points with Manchester United and even Chelsea. It will be a tough match, but Ole have to win, after losing against Aston Villa in their last Premier League match. This will be Everton's first time  playing against big team in this season. If Everton are able to beat strong clubs. They will end this season in the top 4.

It is actually not the game of the week, Manchester City face Liverpool at Anfield this weekend as well, and that surely is the game of the week. But talking about United, I'm pretty sure they will be brimming with confidence after their win against Villarreal this mid-week, and it's not just cause they won, but the matter in which they did, a last gasp winner, it shows the team are starting to believe in themselves and that's the sort of attitude they have been lacking for a while now. Everton will pose a different and a difficult test for United and if they are not careful, they'll struggle to come out with any point from that game.

City v Liverpool is the game to watch this week, and City usually struggle anytime they come to the red half of Merseyside, but their last outing at anfield was a successful one for peps boys, can they continue in that form and beat Liverpool twice in a row at anfield, a feat I don't think they have ever managed to do.

About penalty kick Ole have give decision before match begin, they give which player take penalty kick or free kick but Bruno Fernandez as the player always success on penalty kick before, maybe next match Ole will give the penalty kick for Cristiano Ronaldo but not guarantee he most active playing for Manchester United on primer league and champion league, maybe he will take rest when Manchester United faced with Everton tomorrow, I see Manchester United not any rotation player so far and keep make them play on champion league and primer league with the same player.

I believe consistency in winning is what Arsenal needed now if they can replicate their outstanding performance against Tottenham again when the play Brighton this weekend with a win, that means they will likely finish well in EPL afterall the league leader Liverpool lead them with 5 points though it's too early to predict the title winner, though one of their Xhaka is ruled out for 3 months a big blow in their midfield, possibly finding a good replacement I think Lokonga can fits in that position.

It's funny that despite Liverpool's excellent performance and City's much less confident play, City is considered the favorite in the upcoming match:

It looks like an unbalanced odds and maybe a Liverpool bet is a good bet in this situation.
As for the United - Everton match, despite the fact that the teams have the same number of points, United looks like a clear favorite.

Might also have to do with the fact that apart from that one gigantic win by Liverpool, it wasn't that convincing all the time. I am not sure I would consider City a favorite here, but definitely at par even though this is an away game. City is a strong team and beating them is just insanely hard even in a home game. They just don't lose very often. Even the loss against PSG now wasn't all that clear. The one chance they gave away with hitting the bar two times in a row from literally a yard or two away (plus an empty goal) would have turned the game upside down maybe.
Anyway, definitely going to be a nice game.

In the home championship they have the same goal difference +11, but Liverpool has one point more, here it is roughly equal with a slight advantage of Liverpool. In the Champions League, Liverpool won both matches (one against a strong opponent - Milan, losing 1-2 after the first half), while City lost one match, moreover, to the opponent who is not showing a confident game now - PSG. For Liverpool, the game will be at home, which is also an additional advantage, while taking into account all of the above, City is still the favorite. I think this is a mistake.

I think it is also important to not just look at the stats, but really at the games. Manchester City is by no means playing bad games while Liverpool has some streaks in their games where they don't look as convincing, but just have had better timings when it comes to scoring. I think that in 10 important games between Liverpool and City, City would end up with slightly better stats overall. We will see, it is certainly going to be a highlight finally.

Lukaku is a very strong striker but Tuchel so far can not use Lukaku as good as Conte in Inter Milan. It can be problems from either Tuchel or Lukaku. Tuchel needs more time to understand Lukaku and find a good tactic for him. Lukaku himself needs time to adapt to Premier League again. I know he played many seasons in Premier League but the transfer to Inter Milan and Serie A help him to improve his skills a lot.

I think Lukaku will play better after the winter, in the second half of 2021 - 2022 season.

I think he is not actually comparing Lukaku to Ronaldo but is actually pointing out the crucial role they play for their respective teams and I do agree with him as Chelsea earlier needed a goalscorer and Lukaku is a great player filling out that void and United needed an experienced goalscorer and Ronaldo is filling out that void.

But if we actually compare then obviously Ronaldo far more better than Lukaku like you said.

Yes, this is a simple balancing act. For example, if we simplify as much as possible, then it looks like this:
If we flip a coin and the odds from the bookmaker for any outcome are 1.9, then if the crowd bets the same amount on each outcome, then the bookmaker is guaranteed to be in profit regardless of the outcome. But if all of a sudden $ 100 (conditionally) is placed on the first outcome and 10 dollars on the second, then there is a chance that the first outcome will fall out and the bookmaker will be in the red. Therefore, in this case, the bookmaker sets the adjusted odds, for example, 1,2 and 3, which from the point of view of real odds looks complete absurdity (the coin falls with a probability of 50/50), but allows the bookmaker to make a guaranteed profit.
