For tonight's match, I chose Arsenal. Although I know both teams are both eyeing the UCL seat next season, but based on the history of the match, Arsenal is superior to Tottenham.

Not only to secure a champion's league place but Arsenal will also receive a bonus if they finish in the top 4 EPL standings, making Arsenal's motivation even greater in my opinion plus the page to lock their current place with a win.
I know Arsenal should not be underestimated there might be a surprise where Spurs can become a dominant attack into a victory on the other hand Arsenal will not give up tonight.

Well, it will indeed be very difficult for Liverpool as competitors now.
they only have 2 games left there and at this point City are 3 points clear which makes it even more difficult.
it doesn't really matter if Liverpool will be able to continue to win in the last 2 matches but it will be a bit of a problem if now City have to lose because indeed this will be very difficult to happen considering their performance and focus now is only on the EPL

Without intending to underestimate Liverpool, but looking at the remaining matches this season, I also think if Manchester City will be able to win the EPL trophy this season, the draw that was obtained liverpool against Tottenham makes Liverpool now have a difference of 3 points from manchester city, meaning that if Manchester City will get 1 times a draw or lose keeps them still ahead above Liverpool, Liverpool hope to get the title this season  if Manchester City lose and draw in their last two matches.

for me, the EPL has always been interesting at some points. now there is Liverpool and City like you said.
there is also a fight for tickets for the Europa League between Man United and West Ham.

Almost several season before only Manchester City and Liverpool as competitive and keep consistent team until end matchday for becoming the winner, except still have Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester United they are not really consistent keep touch top performance until end league. Standing position remaining 3 points between Manchester City and Liverpool but different 16 points from 3rd position team standing Chelsea and looks only Liverpool and Manchester City as top team on Primer League almost every season, with another team looks not as really competitive team.
