Aston Villa 1 : 1 Liverpool

Just a few minutes the two of them made a goal for each other. It started with Luiz and of course, Liverpool did a very good reply. Without Salah in the first half, it was a bit difficult. So so far Aston Villa has played quite a match for Liverpool. Even trying to make the pressure as effective as possible by the Aston Villa attackers.

Aston villa was able to surprise the liverpool defense by scoring a goal in the 3rd minute, but fortunately liverpool players were able to reply with the goal within 3 minutes, after getting a draw with tottenham in last week match, liverpool can't lose any more points in the remaining 3 matches including today match against Aston Villa, Liverpool, who are still competing with Manchester City in the race for the title, must win today or their have to get out of the championship competition and give up the EPL trophy to Manchester City at the end of the season.

It looks like Liverpool are having another tough game against Aston Villa. In this away game for them, things started very interestingly in the first minutes. I mean that we watched two goals in the first six minutes already. Aston Villa found a shocking goal in only the third minute. But thankfully Liverpool answered in three minutes. The first half is nearing to finish and there is still a 1-1 tie. Both teams have performed decently so far but Liverpool must do better. I know that they are more disadvantageous against Manchester City now but they must keep trying.

What we saw in the first half was this: the Aston Villa defender was very good and tight, followed by the movement of the striker who also effectively threatened the Liverpool goal. While Liverpool's backline was easily penetrated and several goalkeeper errors almost turned into goals.

It seems that the officials want this as well because so far in this game Liverpool have gotten away with some tackles. Entering the game...i didn't see any motivation for Aston Villa,  but their players have really stepped up to the challenge of Liverpool and are playing like it's their biggest game of the season, very unexpected from perhaps Liverpool players and klopp. Steven Gerrard has done a fine job tactical keeping Luis diaz in his tracks with two men marker just as Conte did.

In his usual manner, klopp dashed into the dressing room likewise Gerrard, looking forward to what both coaches come up with to break the tie in the second half.

It's only natural that Liverpool game is not so good, they only play the second team. When the first goal was made automatically, Liverpool movement was balanced. I believe It's better Liverpool focus and chanel their efforts on winning FA cup and UCL trophies respectively because with the look of things EPL trophy is getting out of reach, it's obvious that Man City would win the trophy and Liverpool wouldn't risk their key players for the league with two important finals ahead, beside only Thiago Alcántara and Salah are on the bench, Liverpool played 90% of their full squad,  the is an exciting match with two goals within 6 minutes in the beginning of the match and it is a must win match for Liverpool.

After previously Liverpool drew against Tottenham, now against Aston Villa Liverpool should have won the game. But the first half of
the Aston Villa vs Liverpool match ended in a draw, and if this score did not change until the end of the match, Liverpool will most likely miss
the chance to win the Premier League trophy. I'm sure Liverpool in the second half will play more aggressively and it is possible that in
the second half Mohamed Salah will be played if Liverpool cannot score a second goal. Because after all, Liverpool must win if they want
to open up opportunities to win the Premier League trophy.

But a draw is not enough. They need to win and score more goals. City play tomorrow away vs the Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Liverpool are still leading at this time with a 2-1 advantage . This match was quite interesting this time because Aston Villa were able to score in the early minutes but only 3 minutes later Matip equalized immediately, And in the 65th minute, Mane was able to reverse the situation 2-1 for Liverpool advantage. I hope Liverpool can win the match against Aston Villa so that they can continue to stick to Manchester City in the race for the Premier League title.

The gap in ball possession is still encouraging added to the 1:2 lead already. I think Liverpool is reserving so much ahead af the big catch in the champions league final against Real Maldrid. Klopp is wise to reserve Sallah for the second half. If they can end the game this way without been extremely worn out it would be best for Liverpool. Madrid is a big threat already

Now from what I'm seeing in today's game between Aston villa and Liverpool, and with Aston villa is playing right now, I think the title depends on how well wolves fare against man city and aston villa giving man city a run for their money  last game of the season still alot to play for

Guess this didnt happen huh but in the end, its still 3 points so its enough to atleast keep Liverpool in title race although honestly at this rate the race is pretty much over already. Gotta hope that City lose their next game but thats definitely not happening and even with the same point, City is currently still taking the top spot

Oh well, I got a bet on Liverpool -1 because I thought they would have dominated Aston Villa but I guess I took the bad timing to bet on handicap

I still can't believe that mane earns just 100k pounds all these years for all he has done for them. He should leave to a bigger team that will pay him. You see why some of us say that mane actually important than salah in this team. In difficult moment like this he turns up but Salah is a streak scorer.
