This was his first season in the Premier League and once again Manchester United was the first English team he coached in his coaching history. There's a lot of information about it to read here if you need.

Even though Manchester United are currently playing well and winning some pre-season match, it is still far from being a real competition. The Premier League is a different competition and will be more difficult than the games Manchester United had during pre-season. If you want to see how Manchester United are doing this season, then wait for the league to start.

Based on the facts, it is true that the pre-season match is not a big conclusion to be taken as a benchmark if the club will really perform well next season. pre-season or friendship sessions are a series of matches where the coaches will see the potential of the players brought in this summer and also often coaches play young players in friendship matches because the coaches can monitor the development of the player's abilities. So in this case Manchester United in this friendship session is like getting one of the players who shines, he is Zidane Iqbal because he is able to display his individual skills on Manchester United's pre-season tour this time.

I think for a player like Darwin who has not proven himself international and in European top flight level he was over priced. Many players come to the English premier league and didn't do well so for a player who is not proven in England and with just one or two season wonder it is a huge gamble on him for that price and Liverpool will be praying to their God and hoping they don't count their loss on this deal.

Even if a player does not have long track of English football league participation but the player made good impression in hust few outing, that will increase the value of the player since clubs are looking for young players that they can work with to attain a good level in the next season.

It's hard to understand Sterling's departure from City. I'm talking about a football player who has won four League titles, an FA Cup Cup and a Champions League runner-up. These are from City time. Just when he's approaching the top of his game. City got a good transfer fee with one year left on the player's contract. But that cannot be reason enough. Because they lost a very good football player. I admit he has been unhappy lately but he would have stayed with the team if he had been given more time. I hope his new team gets a good career at Chelsea.
Rahim Sterling has served his purpose at Manchester City, and now is the time to leave and accept a new challenge since there is no point in remaining in a place where your service is no longer valued. Sterling departed for a fresh challenge because Manchester City had recently made new signings and all of those players needed playing time. I wish him nothing but success in his career.
Rahim Sterling was surely on his best at Manchester City, and he needs much better but sadly due to Pepe rotation policy he was not happy and now with the arrival of Haaland its good decision from both parties because Manchester City management was feeling they need some better attacking power, and they bring one of the most talented strikers in their team for better results and then Rahim Sterling was also had right for having his desired team which is now Chelsea which was looking for quality striker hopefully with this signing they will have better results in next season and also able to have their best because new management doing some good things and bringing quality players which are under Tuchel radar for their better chances in Premier League and Champions League title hopes.

It is a fact that Liverpool have spent a lot of money for signing Darwin Nunez. He hasn't proven himself in a much bigger league like the Premier League yet also. However I don't think that it is fair to judge him by his performance in their friendlies. He would show his real performance after the season starts. I don't think that his end will be like Romelu Lukaku in this league. I believe in Nunez to keep a solid performance in this tough league also and to have an impressive season.

Erik ten Hag, a Dutch origin manager, was first hired by Manchester United to help the club bounce back from their worst Premier League season and develop a strong team for the 2022–2023 campaign.
United won their first two games while on their preseason tour under Ten Hag, so the early indications were positive. a 4-0 victory over Liverpool in Bangkok and a 4-1 victory over Melbourne Victory in Australia.

It is interesting to see how Manchester United is doing in the 2022/2023 Premier League competition, can United's new manager Erik ten Hag bring positive changes to United's new squad.
After end of Golden era under Sir Alex Ferguson Manchester United is struggling badly and have too many coaches sadly most of them fail to give good results and in last season they were the worst top ranked team which completely fail to give any solid result which was now concern for management and fans with this all they have done some good work and now have a quality coach with some positive hopes because this could be game changer for them in both ways they can go back at top.

Or they could be more down big gamble was played, but start is going good even still few things need to improve but after having two preseason games they are giving positive improvement which is good hopefully this change could be in their favor and Erik ten Hag will bring back their golden time with so many trophies.

Ronaldo wants to leave Man United because he still has ambitions to play in the Champions League and possibly wants to win the trophy with the team he will play for. Unfortunately, none of the clubs that play in the Champions League seem to really want to sign him. So I think it's time for Ronaldo to accept the reality and he has to act more mature and should put his ego aside. Man United has a very big role in Ronaldo's football career and with their current condition (which has not won a trophy for a long time), then this is the time for Ronaldo to return the favor to Man United.
After his attempt to move from Manchester United was unsuccessful, Ronaldo had to accept reality and had to be ready to play in the Europa League. Ronaldo was unable to realize his ambition because no club was interested in signing him, Chelsea, which was most often rumored to be Ronaldo's next destination, did not show any serious intention to sign him from Manchester United. Maybe it's time for Ronaldo to put his ego aside to help Manchester United out of adversity, at least until conditions improve so that he gets a special place in the hearts of Manchester United fans.
I mean I get it, he wants to increase his stats in UCL and all, and wants to keep playing at the top level, but he put himself in this position. Last year when he accepted to move to United, they weren't this amazing team that guarantees the UCL entry, that's not how it's done. Which means that we should be focusing a bit More towards Ronaldo being a bit harsher in the current situation.

I get that Ronaldo wants these things, but he accepted the offer and now he has to finish it. If he could have found some decent stuff then I would be understanding of it, but he didn't and he failed, so why focus on this and assume that it's the right of a player to get out, when he can't even find a team to pay his money?

In fact, Pep Guardiola has not been using Riyad Mahrez much lately. I think he will stay as a rotation player. Because he is more effective in the parts where he enters the game later.

Its contribution is still needed even though it is more often played as a substitute, Riyad Mahrez is said to be an alternative player when there is a deadlock in the match
I saw Riyad Mahrez as a savior in several matches as an old player he has experience in any situation and maybe this is one of the reasons.

Liverpool will definitely work on the player to get the best of him during his contract in Liverpool, but that not withstanding why Liverpool spend such huge amount on the player if for the fact that, Liverpool have high hopes in the next season and the club is ready to correct their previous mistake.

As it was expected it turns out that Cristiano Ronaldo has rejected the extraordinary offer by a Saudi Arabia team. He proved his point that it wasn't about money. He wants a challenge in the Champions League and Manchester United can't give it to him at least for this season. He doesn't want to stay any longer as a result. I wonder if there are any Premier League team interested in him now. The freshest rumour is about Atletico Madrid's wanting him.

Rumors about Ronaldo never ended, before were Chelsea and now Atletico Madrid? I don't think he will accept this offer because he was a Madrid player before
You can imagine how Madrid fans will hate it if it really happened, It's the same when last season he was rumored to move to Manchester City until finally Man United became the last choice.

About that yeah, it would be interesting for him to play against Real Madrid rather than playing for them. I don't know if he would like to be a part of Atletico Madrid still. If his wish to play in the Champions League outweighs that then we can really see him in the La Liga after many years. Atletico Madrid must have allocated quite a lot of money for their wage budget. Because Ronaldo is earning 26 million pounds per year already now. Maybe he would take some pay cut but it wouldn't be too much.

I mean I get it, he wants to increase his stats in UCL and all, and wants to keep playing at the top level, but he put himself in this position. Last year when he accepted to move to United, they weren't this amazing team that guarantees the UCL entry, that's not how it's done. Which means that we should be focusing a bit More towards Ronaldo being a bit harsher in the current situation.
when CR7 returned to Manchester United in the 2021/2022 season at that time Manchester United competed in the UCL competition but unfortunately they had to run aground in the round of 16. And at the end of the 2021/2022 season, Manchester United closed the season in 6th place where they did not qualify for the UCL. and this situation frustrated Ronaldo because he wanted to continue playing at the top level. last season he was very active in scoring goals and contributed greatly to Manchester United, even CR7 became the top scorer at the Manchester United club.

so he is wrong if he wants to go.

Firstly, we have to understand that Darwin Nunez will need more time to adapt fully to Liverpool pattern of football. Moreover, this is probably he very first time playing in the Premier League. However, their match against United was just a friendly game, and I wanted expecting any serious performance from Liverpool. Nevertheless, am looking forward to see how he plays in Liverpool's first match next season, which will be against Fulham on the 6th of August.

Pep Guardiola is not a PSG manager who has ambitions for a star-studded player but his form is even unstable when too many high-profile players are vying for the front seat. Let's see how Pep Guardiola tries to balance his squad so it doesn't overdo it, which is why Raheem Sterling was brought off and included Haaland who could cover several positions. Because if the two are in one match then Pep sees there will be an imbalance in the collaboration of the two.

It is perfectly normal for a talented player like Raheem Sterling to feel unhappy about not getting enough play time. He wants to play full time, he always wants to be on the pitch competing and helping the team win games and win trophies. It was so sad to see him drop down the pecking order with Mahrez getting games ahead of him, his move to chelsea will be for the reason of getting more playing time to help him improve and earn a call up to his national team for the upcoming world cup.

It's not like he left for a low-level club, he just switched from one of the top clubs to other one. His chance of getting more trophies in Manchester City was higher but he can do some great things in Chelsea as well. And I guess after all these new transfers he can start matches in Chelsea way more than City. Same goes for Gabriel Jesus and you can see it from his face that he's happier in Arsenal. Guys like these want to play in all games, their new clubs may bring them this opportunity.

Honestly majority of Premier league signings both foreign and local players are overpriced, personally it's look like gamble to me if such a play flop then that club will be at loss, clubs like Man Utd spent a lot of money on players who couldn't live up to expectations thereafter loaned them out to other clubs, Liverpool was lucky with the signing of Luiz Daiz who had already prove himself when signed in January, however Nunez is still untested yet wouldn't judge him based on pre-season matches until the new season starts before a thorough assessment can be made on him.

I think that it's quite early to be ticking the boxes for Erik Ten Hag yet. Other coaches have arrived before Ten Hag and made the same impressions at the beginning stages of their contract and fell off along the way, hopefully the case will be different with Erik Ten Hag controlling and directing the affairs of the squad as we already see some positive changes in the team and their playing style. It will be interesting to see Manchester City fight to win the league this time.

Anybody else think it’s a little low behaviour by Ronaldo? He’s effectively whoring himself out to anybody who is in the CL. Maybe he should just do his job & play for Man Utd.

I dunno, I just find it a little cheap behaviour.
Maybe he is not satisfied, some say he is not satisfied with the transfer performance of Man United now, but his ambition is still UCL but too cheap to be offered but other clubs refuse.

I like Ronaldo but it would be more appropriate for him to stay at Manchester United for his loyalty as the last club.

But I found a troll on twitter about the club rejecting Ronaldo.

But if you look at last season's move from Juventus to Manchester United this will be something interesting considering that at that time there was also no really hot news other than in the last few days rumors about a move to City but a few days later it was immediately officially announced by MU.
It is possible that there will be surprises like this again now.
The chance seems rather small since there are not many clubs interested to sign Ronaldo anymore. It is a bit different than the previous transfer window when Ronaldo has some options to move. Now, those clubs that are linked with Ronaldo, seem to revoke their plan to make an offer. They may doubt Ronaldo because he is almost 38 years old and has a huge salary. His huge salary may bring a problem to the club's financial stability, and it may be a big mistake if Ronaldo's performance declines with his age.
