Pre-season results are not a measure for a team.  But for a manager when his team gets bad results of course it is also very worrying.  Likewise, Liverpool are still achieving unsatisfactory results.  Moreover, in the near future the Reds will face the defending champions of the English League Manchester City in the Comminity Shield with the status of winning the 2021/2022 FA Cup.

However, no team should be judged by the results of friendly matches. But if the team is not able to perform well in the friendly match even after having all the important players of the team then it is really worrying. All team coaches should try to stabilize their team before the start of the season, if the team's goal is to win the title. Because the Premier League is very competitive. If teams lose points in the first few matches, it will become difficult to win the title at the end of the season.

Surely a matter of worry but still we have to understand this these friendly matches are just for having some practice and mostly coaches try to learn weakness of team with their strategy and system which they are going to implement for next season mostly no team play with full force which is also having big impact on these matches results.

Sometime these can work for positively but mostly no takes them seriously just for introduction of their new signings and having some engagement from fans are enough for them now we are heading for first big encounter of next season which is going to be Community Shield between Manchester City vs Liverpool surely it's going to be challenging for both teams and fans as with this we have very few days for next season.

even if they didn't put their best players, if they were strong they would win and i doubt they can beat city unless city doesn't put their best players, as a liverpool fan i think that this season we are not very strong or we need more games to get in shape

Well these game serves as coach to check their strategy and directions and how well player receives those instructions and implements on the pitch. This serves as coach to see if some players are ready for big games or not. The main thing about these game is experience without any cost. Any League games or cup game that matters are risky but these are not that's why coaches love to play other players and check if players are ready for big games or not in these games.

No doubt Manchester City is most dominating side in this Premier League but still few other coaches like Conte and Arteta are also having now good strategy for top spot because they all know how to handle things here in English Premier League with most chances now Manchester City wants to have better results in Champions League as well.

We can't doubt the ability of Pep Guardiola because of his success in bringing Manchester City to be a club that continues to be on the winning path, but if you say Manchester City dominates the English Premier League, of course you are wrong, because in my opinion, the English Premier League is not currently dominated by one  teams like other leagues, the competition in the premier league is the toughest and tightest because there are several teams that are often candidates for champions every season not only Manchester City, Conte and Guardiola, maybe we can say the same level from the point of view of experience, but for Arteta I think we have to admit if Arteta still has a level below Guardiola in this time, but I'm curious from the name of the coach  you mentioned, why don't you include the name Klopp?

Arsenal and Tottenham will perform excellently well in the coming season, they will give those top teams a run of their money, it's not going to be easy win as usual over those two clubs, considering the quality signings made by those club especially Arsenal who had beef up and strengthen their squad in all area and departments likewise Tottenham are now stronger honestly they will improve their performance, I believe top 4 spot will become more competitive now after Arsenal narrowly missed the spot to Tottenham last season they will try and clinch it this upcoming season.

This is beauty of Premier League we have too many teams for competing for title and all are doing good job for big challenge because we all know Premier League is one of the most challenging league in the world and all teams are having equal chance for giving their best in last few years Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool are dominating teams but now in last season we have good challenges from Tottenham and Arsenal which are creating more interest with these Manchester United are also having big hopes for bringing back their golden days six top teams are going to be in line and who is going to stand until end it is a big question for millions around the glob.

Most chances we are going to be very entertaining start and more amazing end of this season with many unexpected results and change of positions for staying at the top.

^^Liverpool are aware of their game against City in coming days and their Community Shield game is much more important than a friendly one so it was likely that Klopp will not roll out his best players and so he did. We will see Liverpool with all best players in their game against City in coming days and not like a performance they showed in their pre season game against RB Salzburg.

I think this Community Shield match will be very important for both of them I can't wait how they play with the best strategy and with some players, like Haaland at Mancity and Darwin Nunez at Liverpool of course it will be the spearhead of each.
Of course this match is more than a friendly match they will do their best and with much better.

It would be a big loss if the performance was good and the purchase price + salary was not small just for display on the bench.
But, even so, this will still be a risky thing, especially if you look at the condition of Haaland's body this season while at Dortmund, it is clear that this is still very risky considering his legs are really vulnerable this season.

Chelsea have lose key players and will still lose Alonso and azpilicueta, yea they got koulibaily and Raheem Sterling in but I don't think they will be stronger this season, arsenal did well last season and with there good work on transfer they will do more better this season,if it wasn't for Newcastle, arsenal would have been in the champions League not Tottenham Hotspur, spurs will do well also in my honest opinion I think they will challenge Manchester city and Liverpool for the premier League title.

Ronaldo seems even okay for being released on free now. This is really insane to me because there is no meaning in just waiting for him. It is obvious that he won't be able to find any team that are going to compete in the Champions League. The Atletico Madrid rumour also seems like just a lie. He shouldn't leave Manchester United in this case as it would be a big disrespect to his team also. The fans want to see him here and Ronaldo should think about his memories in this team also.

If he can play possession football and still have eye for pass he won't get a problem in playing under pep Guadiola,but the competition will be hard on him here in the premier League, because he will face tougher opponent and players, at England the defenders can stand physicality and speed, players like Virgil Dijk, Ruben Diaz, Christian Romero,zouma, alot of defender's that can stand his type of player will be waiting to relish the pleasure of challenging one of the best at the premiership.

I do agree that it is going to be a bit of a tough situation. But at the end of the day, it is Haaland we are talking about and we all know that he does what he does because he can do that. We shouldn't be shocked to see him scoring 20+ goals a season for many seasons in a row. Certainly maybe he wouldn't be scoring 40 goals a year in a single season (in the league) but it would be possible to reach 20+ goals a year every year for nearly a decade, it looks like a potentially possible thing.

We have to wait and see, maybe he will finish the year with 20 goals total instead of just league, or even not that, or maybe he will finish the season with 50 goals total, who knows?

When Man City faced Bayern in a friendly, Haaland proved his quality by scoring one goal and making Man City win the match. But maybe Haaland
will struggle a bit when playing in the Premier League, because as you said, there are so many defenders of very good quality who can stop Haaland
from scoring goals. Because the Premier League is more competitive than the Bundesliga, most Premier League clubs have good financial strength,

I agree with your opinion about Chelsea. They are one of the most serious contenders of the Premier League title at the moment. It wouldn't be the right thing to overlook them this season. I can still say that they need some transfers now on one hand. For example their biggest need is a striker now as Lukaku is no more here and Werner might also leave the team soon. If they somehow find the right striker for themselves then they would really compete harder to achieve the title.

Don't be quick to write the blues off, the team has always been one with a fighting spirit. They had a fairly good team with quality last season, they just needed some more inclusions and options here and there. Raheem Sterling from Manchester City has joined them, he should at least count for something and Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli. I still expect Chelsea to get another big experienced player soon though before the transfer window closes. Also, i think tuchel has had more time with the team and it is going to have a visible effect on the quality of play and their delivery of tactics and strategy from the players in the team.

Yes, maybe this season has been one of the toughest seasons for Chelsea regarding the players in the squad. Moreover, some of Chelsea's target players could not be obtained. However, Chelsea is a big club, the transfer window is still running, and there is still a chance to get other reliable players. They are also negotiating some players who are capable enough to fill and strengthen the squad. So, even though it's not easy, I still believe that Chelsea can still be strong in the future. Maybe there will be a great surprise in the near future?
