This looks almost done for sure Chelsea can sign him for the Manchester city man even this rumor has been a few days ago.

Not bad closing on deal on £45m with Raheem Sterling move to Chelsea from Manchester City, I think losing Lukaku have loaned to Inter Milan make Chelsea try who will replace on central forward position. Raheem Sterling have talented and most potential player for Chelsea and good close on deal if values transfer reach £45m. Chelsea still looking for with defender and Nathan Ake is not bad option after difficult negotiating with De Ligt from Juventus. Now Chelsea can prepare for pre season match with several new player and still have several weeks later find good formation team before primer league new season begin.

It would be very good if they brought Ake too now, especially this season they have lost some of their pillars in defense so Ake can indeed be an option there.
With the availability of Ake they don't have to bother with Kounde and De Ligt for a transfer because even though they are wanted but the price is definitely not a good choice.
