Amazing thing really happened this morning. Woke up this morning and opened my Twitter, all I saw trending is #KoundeIsBlue. It's rather obvious that Blues fans really need Kounde in Stamford bridge this summer but it seems Barcelona are winning the race to sign the centre back. However, other big teams are also interested in signing the player. Therefore Chelsea have to act as fast as possible in order to avoid losing him to another club.

One thing I love about Chelsea is that they make their chase and get it. Any player that they are interested about, they go for him with a full chase and get it without much delays. This was seen in sterling and also in Koulibaly. If Chelsea is really interested in Kounde, it will not be a problem or a difficult situation for them to bring him down to Stamford bridge. Having Kounde and Koulibaly will be a strong line of defence for the blues.

Maybe this is also Todd Boehly's expertise in negotiating with them, so his target player can really accept an offer to join Chelsea. If Todd Boehly can also land Kounde then that would be great, whereas Cheslea and Barcelona do have good offers for Kounde. then all the choices will come back to the player himself, because from what little I knew before Kounde did want to play for Barcelona. But yes, with a more attractive offer, maybe Kounde will forget his desire to play at Barcelona and choose Chelsea, I personally don't have any expectations because Kounde is being demanded by a big team that is already a big achievement.

Arsenal have finalised a deal for for Olexandr Zinchenko from Manchester city,and he has left Mancity camp to join up with his new team mates at Olando,where he will undergo a medical and become an Arsenal player.It seems Manchester city and Arsenal are very good when it comes to business because of the relationship between Arteta and Pep Guardiola,it is very obvious that Arteta is copying Guardiola's pattern which is obviously working for him.
Zinchenko will really be a good addition to the Arsenal team because of his versatility.

Tottenham have a well plan budget for players this season and also the transfer window. The Spurs don't basically spend excessive of their earnings and only go for what the team wants. Like Ivan Perisic who got into the team as a free agent. While Fraser Forster also on free transfer, then Yves Bissouma  got sign for fee of £25m, Richardlison for £60m. Clement Lenglet is on loan to the club then this newly signed player they got from middlebrough Djed Spence. Contracts have been signed and this is Anthonio Conte 6th signing in the transfer window. Chelsea seem to be close about finishing up the deal of Jules Kounde. I have heard that they are going to pay more than 50 million pounds for this signing. I think that he is worth that much money as he can consolidate Chelsea's defense even more. After this deal I'm wondering when they are going to start looking for a solid centre-forward as well.

Chelsea is a very rich club in Premier League. But they are very reluctant to spend money. They are not interested in buying players with high prices. They want to build better teams with less money. But this is not always possible. If the Chelsea management had given Tuchel enough funding, Chelsea would have fought for both the Premier League and Champions League titles.

With Chelsea's current squad they can compete for all four titles, i am surprised you are writing them off, even when the season is yet to start, Chelsea didn't have a bad squad before this summer to begin with, they just lost a couple of their defenders, of which they must have to replace them, they have already signed Koulibaly, and they are chasing one more defender i think, they have also strengthened their attack with the acquisition of Raheem Sterling from City, which is a brlliant signing. Chelsea are doing good business in my opinion, they are only being somewhat prudent in their spending because they already have a good squad, and only minimal spending is required to ensure they are going to compete for all four trophies.

Compete for all four titles is a bit exaggerating I think, but I do agree that the signing of Sterling completed the squad puzzle, Chelsea has been struggling with striker, werner and and lukaku has poor performance last season, and Sterling will be perfect as the main striker. However, Champions League will be harder I think, with barcelona, real madrid and bayern munich, any premiere league team will find it hard to beat them.

In this case it looks quite tempting but I still think that even if they are seeded it's just their name because in the game it's clear they will still make some new things such as trying players and trying their current schemes and tactics so it will be a bit risky too bet.

In this match now I will just be in front of the television casually watching without betting.

This was also welcomed by Chelsea fans, it seems they really expected Kounde to be a part of them. So I also guess Arsenal and Chelsea will win easily.  Actually I was curious about Gabriel's performances with arsenal and Sterling with Chelsea. I agree that so far Tuchel has made Chelsea a stronger team than Lampard before. Tuchel has a good strategy and he understands how to make Chelsea play well all season. This season Chelsea have signed several players and that should make them stronger than ever.

Sterling and Koulibaly are good players to rely on this season, they are players who have proven their quality in previous teams and I believe these two players can help Chelsea do well this season. I'm actually happy with this but on the other hand I'm still quite optimistic about the offer made by Chelsea.
As far as I know at the moment Chelsea are still in a bid of 47 million (when I saw the latest news) and obviously this is still very small to what Sevilla want.
At the moment there is some information that says Chelsea and Kounde are getting closer to an agreement, but I still find it quite difficult if Chelsea don't raise the offer.
