I cannot imagine a more interesting start to the season than the Liverpool vs Manchester City game. It's hard to say which team will be in better shape in the first match, but I am crossing my fingers for Liverpool's victory.

if you look at the performance of both teams in pre-season matches, I think City will be superior to Liverpool. however, the two teams were rivals last season for the Premier League trophy.
The match will be very interesting because both teams will show how prepared the players are after a long holiday at the end of the season. especially with some new players, I'm sure this will be eagerly awaited by fans.

Liverpool and Manchester City games have always been an interesting game to watch,  based from performance during  this preseason league Manchester City performance are more superior than that of Liverpool. Am not so sure if Liverpool will be tough like in the last seasons,  i don't want to judge from performance of preseason alone, their can be improvement as the main league starts.

leicester city has rejected the first offer for James Maddison of newcastle united which was at €47 million. now newcastle is said to have made a second improved offer to the foxes. the midfielder had moved to leicester from norwich in 2018 and still has a contract there until summer 2024.

James Maddison is the best player in Leicester City team by far. So i understand why Leicester dont want to sell him at all this season. But with how much Newcastle has money they will probobly keep pushing to get him. Also Leicester is one of those rare teams that hasnt bought a single player in this transfer window.

Yes, besides this being a competition between two teams that are giants in the English League, this will also be a proving match for two new players from both teams, Haaland and Nunez. It's true as you said that will they prove that these two teams are not wrong to reward them with high marks. Watching these two leaders will be eagerly awaited.

It will help them to have a final test before a start of Premier League 2022 - 2023. Manchester City will still be the biggest competitor of Liverpool in Premier League. This match will help the winner to get better confidence on their race for Premier League championship. Very important for both clubs so this match is very tough for players and exciting for audience.

This won't be easy considering their rivalry has formed in the last few seasons and if we look at what they've been through it's clear it won't be easy for both clubs because they won't be willing to give in to each other.

Yes it's quite strange that Leicester have not signed new players so far and there is only one player who has just returned from a loan spell is Dennis Praet, not only getting new players but Leicester have not released any of their players in this transfer window. If James Maddison leaves it will probably be the first Leicester player of this transfer window to leave, but I think the negotiations are going to be tough. Because James Maddison is a key player for Leicester itself which of course Leicester will keep him, or ask for higher money.

Liverpool and man city teams will face each other in the FA community shield tournament man city are the favourite and its logical they seem more prepared and after seeing their performance in the friendlies i think they will win and the odds are tempting so i think i will place a bet on them.

Arteta has really tried his best to work on Arsenal so much. I'm very convinced that arsenal will be one of the best team in the English Premier league. All the games they played during the training was so impressive,  arsenal are good to go win

Reportedly via a tweet made by Fabrizio Romano, Martin Odegaard will become Arsenal's new captain. Mikel Arteta's decision has also been approved by all players.

I don't think this role is suitable for Odegaard, he is not very experienced, he is also very young (23 years old), Besides that, since his arrival to the Emirates from Real Madrid, I have not felt the big impact he has made.

At first I thought Kieran Tierney would be the captain but maybe in this case there are several reasons why Arteta didn't choose him and maybe one of them is the injury he always faces.
In this case Odegaard is not too bad in my opinion despite his very young age but for experience maybe he already has it because in the Norwegian National team he is already captain and this may be a consideration for Arteta.
