In Tottenham vs Southampton match, I expected Tottenham to win and bet on Tottenham's victory. However, Tattenham conceded a goal in just 12 minutes. But it didn't take long for Tottenham's players to level the match at 1-1. At the end of 90 minutes, Tottenham won a great 4-1.

Newcastle secured a comfortable 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest. Newcastle is more organized this season than last season. Perhaps they will be able to stay in the top 10 of the points table this season

Fulham have had a really good start this season, or Liverpool are playing poorly without Sadio Mane, it's not clear... Still, the two newbies have been pleasantly surprising so far...

luckily I'm not at stake because actually I'm pretty sure of Liverpool but indeed Fulham are really quite good in this match.

The first goal scored by southampton was quite fast, the penetration of southampton players and also the error in anticipating the ball from the tottenham defender made this beautiful goal happen, I think the goal scored by ward-prowse was a pretty beautiful goal through a volly kick and ball  that hit the ground so make it was difficult for Lloris to anticipate, at first I thought after the southampton goal was created they would be more motivated but in fact tottenham went berserk in that match by creating 4 goals in reply throughout the match.

Newcastle managed to show their strength to a team that had just been promoted and I think with the current squad it will be quite promising for newcastle to be in the top 10 later, even though it has got a lot of new players but reportedly newcastle not stopped to bring in other players, I think with the amount of budget that newcastle currently has of course they have a target to rise to status as a title challenger or at least end the season in mid-table.

First games surprises! That was a very bad result in the starting of the season for Liverpool especially vs a club that just came back from Championship.. Losing 2 points will have an impact later vs solid teams this season.. Arsenal won, Spurs too, Chelsea will play later today and ManU / City will have games tomorrow.

Liverpool has not won against Fulham in the last 3 matches. I thought Liverpool might be able to win the first match of the season. But I would say they are very lucky to get 1 point from this match. Fulham's gameplay was better than Liverpool's throughout the match. If Liverpool wants to win the title, their performances and match tactics need to improve a lot. I doubt if they can even qualify for the Champions League if they perform like that.

Liverpool struggled to create chances despite having possession throughout the game and Fulham's layered defense frustrated Mohamed Salah and the rest of the strikers and even counter-attacked.
I don't see Liverpool not playing well but Fulham know who they are playing against and put their defense first, considering Liverpool are constantly attacking and also dominating the game. The 2-2 score was well deserved in that match as a strong defense and a striker who kept trying to score made the score draw.

Fulham's defense is good and confident enough that it can weaken some of the other Liverpool players who can't move more freely, although this is not a not too bad result still, I'm disappointed because Fulham is a promoted team to the EPL this season and was able to hold a draw against the giants Liverpool because will most assume Liverpool will win.
Well, I don't understand why Klopp didn't play Darwin Nunez as an early starter whether he believed more in Firmino but in fact, Darwin Nunez was able to score goals and he could do well at the start of this season.

Kane has lost that scoring form a long ago. But he is still crucial as he lays off with great assists and has that great precision and vision to find his players while in at attacks and counters which also brings a lot of contribution from him. Conte knows what he is capable of and importance in the team.

About Chelsea, they don't have goalscorer right now and can see why they are struggling. Unless they sign a striker, I don't see them as strong contender for PL this season.

I don't think so they did well last season without a striker let alone now that they've signed Sterling , In my humble opinion think it is very early to start judging base on their performance because the season is just kicking off, looking at the performance of Liverpool today and comparing it with Chelsea performance in this game you would account same kind of poor performance within the two big teams.The new players and old players are getting to understand theirselves, therefore with time things are gonna change and some corrections will be made base on the outcome of this match.
For me nothing has removed Chelsea from being one of the strong contender in the premier league this season.

After such a strong start to the season, Spurs cannot take their success for granted because their next match is the London derby against Chelsea on August 14. Southampton will host Leeds as part of their next test in the first month of the season.
