When it comes to great football, currently Chelsea aren't closed to arsenal form and that reflects on the table as Arsenal are currently sitting at the first position while Chelsea is struggling to get into the top 4. If the match will be played based on form then Chelsea are no match to arsenal but thankfully, rivalry likes this don't depend on the form of the players but which clubs wants the point more. I still consider Arsenal it looks like it will still be difficult to win but even so, Arsenal do have a better chance of winning. One thing that I am still confident about choosing Arsenal is because they are still consistent in making quick goals in the first half, if in this match Arsenal can still do that fast goal then surely Arsenal will be able to defend it until the last minute.
Indeed, there is no guarantee, but as a bettor I should at least have a reason to choose the team that will be included in the multi bet which is what I usually do.

this week, will present a hot match from the london derby.  a crucial match for both teams to get full points. the match against Arsenal will be Chelsea's revival match, having previously ensured qualification for the last 16 of the Champions League. last week, Chelsea had to accept a crushing defeat against Brighton and in this derby a revival event for them.

On the other hand, the Gunners are going on a very positive trend both in the Premier League and sealing the group leaders in the Europa League. however, if we look at it in terms of opportunity.
I remain optimistic, Arsenal will continue their positive trend by overthrowing Chelsea in the match later.

About Liverpool I agree with @lalabotax, that Liverpool is sometimes bad when playing mediocre teams but can be very good when playing against other top teams. In fact, previously Liverpool could beat Manchester City, but in that match Liverpool played at home.

But for now Liverpool will play away which even, so far this season Liverpool have not won when playing away in the Premier League. In contrast to Tottenham so far Tottenham have only lost once at home and because of that, although sometimes Liverpool can play well against other top teams. But for this moment I personally doubt Liverpool and will choose Tottenham to win, or a draw could be the result that could happen in this match.

as we know, Liverpool is the most volatile team compared to other top teams in the premier league.
in this match, it is clear that Tottenham have a higher chance by playing as the home team. after all, Tottenham are more consistent in their matches than Liverpool.
from the history of H2H, the last two meetings between them ended in a draw. however, I hope Liverpool can bounce back after beating Napoli in the champions league and overthrowing Tottenham with a score of 0-2.

Maybe its a bit difficult normally but I believe that both Arsenal and Liverpool will win. Thats my personal opinion of course and it could be wrong but thats what I think will happen. I have already wagered on a 5 game parlay this week for premier league, and I am not expecting all of them to be correct so its fine, I could lose, if I go 4 out of 4 until the last game then I may end up cashing out not waiting the last game since I wil lbe in profit, but I could end up losing even from the first game. Arsenal looking great, that won't be the one I will lose, thats not what I am guessing, maybe Liverpool might, thats possible.

Arsenal will definitely win their match but Liverpool, I don't think they can win their match because they are still experiencing the absence of Sadio mane in this season. If Liverpool can used the strategies they used to defeated Manchester city 1-0 to play their opponent in this match, I think it can make them to escape draw from their opponent in this match. I believe, Arsenal will never allow their opponent to make this match draw than to use their new strategies to embrace victory from the match, and to remain in first position in the premier league table.

Both are big match but apart from that for Arsenal I expect a lot from Liverpool in this game I'm a little bit frustrated by their performance this season and it's not very good for me so winning the game should be a must for them.
Arsenal even being my guest club doesn't really matter because obviously they are completely different this season especially for 2.65 Odds clearly in my opinion.
As for Liverpool as one of their fans I certainly have high hopes with them now because if they don't get points then I don't know what else to put forward in their defense because for sure this is ready for criticism and even echoing quotes will definitely return as before .

The Arsenal vs Chelsea match will be a very difficult test for Arsenal. What I don't like is the big mouth of Arsenal fans, aside from that, they deserve to win a trophy this season, especially the EPL. It's indeed a long year since they lifted such a trophy as 03/04 is a way long which is almost 2 decades. Even if they did not win, they have fought well and I believe they would continue to give impressive fights to remain in the top three, which is good. Also, I doubt if Man City would not win the trophy, or better stated that the winning is between Man City and Arsenal.

Seeing from the last match of the match between the two teams, Arsenal will be a good choice and the chances of victory are greater.
Chelsea is actually a strong team but I was very disappointed when Chelsea played Brighton 1-4 like being humiliated. while Arsenal can beat Nottingham Forest with a score of 5-0 in the last match.
so my current prediction is that Arsenal will be superior and can beat Chelsea even if it's only 1 point

Cheslea hasn't had a loss at home yet this season.  Arsenal on the other hand has had one loss vs United and it was an away match for the Gunners.  It comes down to being another 'big test' for Arsenal as far as away matches are concerned.  They're schedule in away matches were kinda soft after the loss at Old Trafford, going against Brentford, Leeds and Southampton.  

I think I had this match at 2 - 2 in hilarious' EPL pool.

Chelsea and Arsenal have nearly the same odds for their clash this week. I still think that Arsenal are one step ahead to take the win on paper.

Chelsea are still having bad days in the league recently. They haven't got any win for three weeks. Especially the Brighton loss was a disaster. I wonder how good they will be able to recover from this. I didn't like their performance against Dinamo Zagreb much. Things might change when it comes to big matches like this. But Potter needs to find the right strategies to be able to stop Arsenal here. Arsenal couldn't do the things they planned against Manchester United before. If they get prepared well for this one they can get a win.

Things are not looking good for arsenal, they will have a tough away game against chelsea, it seems that the table might shift after next round, man city will play home against fulham tomorrow and if they win this will add more pressure on arsenal and i don't know if that will be a positive thing or not i expect it to be a close one and arsenal team can get a win since chelsea are not in top shape but i expect it to end in a draw.
