The problem is that the odd to stake this kind of match is always small, but Manchester City is highly likely to win. Going for first half win is not bad all.

One thing coach fails to understand is that it's not an easy job to manage team like Chelsea and not all coach can fit in the shoes of manager. Chelsea have sack good managers in the past, like Jose Mourinho, Anthonio Conte, Sarri, Frank Lampard, Thomas Tuchel and now is Graham Potter. When you're no longer performing your duty as a coach, the fans will start booeing on the pitch and the owner will give you specific time to fix your job. That's exactly what's going on in Chelsea.

First half win seems like a nice bet but the odd isn't encouraging. Etihad Stadium will be too corrosive for Brentford because Brentford hasn't won a single away match this season all the have managed to get in their away games are draws which sums up to 4 away draws. ManCity draws were from away matches where the played against the third best club in the PL this season and Aston Villa who specialises in giving big teams tough time. Even their lose to Liverpool was marginal. City can get a clean sheet from Brentford

You are correct that being a good player does not make you a good coach, even though we have seen some good players turn into coaches and perform very well; Frank Lampard's issue is different; he was given all the time and chances to prove his quality as a coach at Chelsea but he fails to prove it, and now Everton, I just hope they will sack him soon so that they do not shattered the teams dream by making them below average and relegation zone team.

The opportunity had been given to Lampard but he could not capitalize on the trust placed in him. Everton performance under Lampard control is far from perfect, Everton is still very easy to get defeat. Everton's performance was very poor in this game, their defense was also very fragile, as a result Everton conceded 4 goals which made Lampard's team get two successive defeats after last week they were beaten 0-2 by Leicester in the premier league.
Everton staff must immediately take a stand on Everton's fragile form, finding a replacement for Lampard could give Everton new hope to bounce back from their poor form.

Graham Potter might still have a chance because they got a good result in the champions league but the next match is even tighter when Chelsea have to play another great team like Dortmund.

So far, Graham Potter has led Chelsea to a change for the better although he still has a lot to correct. especially when Chelsea are up against big teams, like against Manchester United and Arsenal. it won't be easy for Potter, after all he is a new coach who needs time to maximize his squad's performance. he still needs a strategy test, player rotation, and we have seen that in his early games with Chelsea. early on when he was appointed to replace Tomas Tuchel, Potter said. he, had to bring Chelsea to finish in the top four of the premier league. if not, maybe his career with Chelsea ends until this season only.

So, Potter still has time to maximize and fix the weaknesses of the strategy he applies and maximize the potential of his players.

I agree with you and I wish everyone backing Frank Lampard will accept the fact that he is never a good coach.
Frank Lambard made his first mistake by accepting to manage Chelsea football club which he spent so much money on signing average players that couldn't help the team to get better. Lampard ought to maintain his reputation as a former legend of Chelsea and England as a country by taking managerial jobs with smaller clubs maybe from them England championship or League one where he will gather more coaching experience or work as an assistant coach to his former bosses like Jose, Conte, or Pep, I believe this will help him to get better rather than taking offers and sending clubs to the early relegation zone. If Everton fails to win their next game from away against Bournemouth, they will be in the relegation zone and Lampard will be sacked then because he can not help the team out.

No one should underestimate them or write them off just yet; they both had successful football careers and I think with time they will become better coaches. These men have managed some significant clubs despite being in the early stages of their coaching careers. Backing all you've said bout Frank Lampard, from start to end of his coaching days for Chelsea, he was Subpar, the way he handles big game's got him sacked. Some more players like him are Steven Gerrard and Wayne Rooney. They might be good players back then in them playing day's but not good enough as managers. Frank Lampard will also loss the job with Everton if they don't go above this current level by next transfer window.

I think they Chelsea has a good defense those player's were responsible for winning the Champions League with Thomas Tuchel.
He doesn't need a better squad he can still manage these players, they Chelsea just need improvement in the kind of midfielder's they have.

He is not a good coach now but never is not true. Did people call Claudio Ranieri is not a good coach and in late of his career, he won Premier League with Leicester City in surprise of all ?

He made that mistake but if people don't have brave to take risk and challenge, do we see big successful surprise like Pep Guardiola or Zinedine Zidane? Lampard accepted challenge and failed with it but it is not too bad for him. Having that lesson is very good for him as without lesson and real experience, it's hard to know what you are bad and what you must improve.

I believe this will help him to get better rather than taking offers and sending clubs to the early relegation zone. If Everton fails to win their next game from away against Bournemouth, they will be in the relegation zone and Lampard will be sacked then because he can not help the team out.

On paper, it is clear that I am also quite sure that Manchester City can still win and still bring a landslide victory. Although Brentford's side can also score goals, the possibility of winning is not too sure. Pep Guardiola will continue to install Haaland, Kevin de Bruyne, and Phil Foden as breakers of the opponent's defense which will certainly make this dominated easily.

When you look at this Chelsea side, from the way they have been playing, you will realize that the defense is not the problem. Difficulty in creating chances and using the right player in the right position is where the problem lies. Graham Potter has been tryin to make Chelsea play in the same system he used at Brighton but it’s obvious that he doesn’t have the right player for that. Now he’s been trying to twerk formations in all the games tryin to find balance and it’s just not working. I think they’ll need to enter the Market in January to bring in the players that suits the system he wants to deploy.

Gerrard indeed has failed on Aston Villa that he cannot fulfiled the management expectation and this makes him got sacked this season but talking about Gerrard achievement during his career as the manager it comes when he train to Rangers that Gerrard can bring this team to get Scotland league trophy even with unbeatable status even he has made a history on Rangers with achieved more than 100 points in 1 season so this proven he can being an good manager at the right club

This also makes Aston Villa to recruit him because they want Gerrard can be success at Aston Villa but i don't know why Aston Villa isn't suitable for his strategy and eventually this team always be playing poor under him but the current manager of Liverpool Klopp has been believe Gerrard will be great manager someday even at the press conference Klopp said if someday he leave Liverpool probably he will recomend Gerrard as his replacement

No one doubts that manchester city will be able to win easily against brentford later, manchester city impressive performance in the league at the moment is unstoppable at all, Haaland, Bruyne and Foden have become a deadly duo for the opposing team and I think manchester city will be able to score a lot goals in the match later, currently manchester city is the most fertile team in the league because it has managed to score 39 goals in only 13 matches, the quality of players owned by the manchester city squad is above average, especially since brentford is also in a less than optimal condition after their last 5 matches in all competitions have not managed to get a single win,  So I'm pretty sure that 3 points will belong to Manchester City in the 14th week.

I think, Chelsea president need to bring in a new talented coach that can handle Chelsea players very well in a way they will start performing well like Manchester city in this season. Chelsea has missed many opportunities in this season, because their formal coach was trying to move the team higher with some new strategies he brought to introduce to the team before he got a sacked letter.

Thomas Tuchel wasn't doing anything positive, you can't get the kind of money that was handed over to him and this was the best he could bring to the squad. There's little or no improvement from what we had in the last season before Chelsea was sold to the new boss. Thomas Tuchel was just surviving on the team that frank lampard built and that's the team that won us the champions league. When it was his turn, look at those he brought in, how do someone buy Fofana when we have Chalobah.

We just have to give Potter sometime, he's a very young manager and if you follow his career and previous clubs he coached, they didn't just start playing well as the clubs are known for under his management. It took sometime before the players adapted to his style of play. Potter needs at least one transfer window to get Chelsea in shape. For now we just have to secure a champion league spot for next season and shouldn't be over expecting this season.

The worst performance by chelsea. It doesn't matter whether it's attack, midfield or defense. All of these have horrible performance. Chelsea needs not only to get a new coach but so many players need to be replaced. A few games without win in EPL. What a horrible performance by chelsea. This club may not able to enter into the top 4 at the end of season. Goals collected by whole of chelsea players even less compared with haaland. What a very bad result from the team that worth hundreds millions dollars.
It needs to sell so many players and then buy the new players with better quality.
