Graham potter still has time to lift Chelsea to the top of the table, at least being able to close the season by finishing in 4th place. Chelsea under Graham Potter care have not been able to show their best performance in every game, which makes it difficult for Chelsea to penetrate the top 4 rankings. but I'm sure in the transfer window Graham potter will buy some players to strengthen their midfield and maybe also bring stickers to be able to achieve the targets planned this season, at least being able to reach the top 4 until the end of the season .

Maybe he wasn't able to train a finished player in Chelsea. And as I know he looks excited when forming unfinished players in Brighton and creating an unusual formation that is filled by players who have not honed their skills, and it is a success, that formation that make the big club overwhelmed and stunned Chelsea to bring him to Stamford. I believe he need more time to adaption to recognize talent for each players.

This 47-year-old coach does have strong ambitions and tomorrow Chelsea will have a match with Manchester City in the 2022/2023 English League Cup round at the Etihad Stadium, Graham Potter as Chelsea coach has ambitions to get rid of the hosts. Alvarez does not have a body like Haaland and he does not have same skill set like Haaland has. They are different players and can contribute differently to the team. We should recognize good contribution and effort from Alvarez for Manchester City. He at least has good performances and did not waste scarce opportunities were given to him by a few matches missing Haaland. When Haaland returns, Alvarez will have to accept his position on bench and wait for other chances.

They each have their advantages, although they have nothing in common, what I want to say is that all Manchester City players are of almost perfect average quality, despite losing several people to injury, the substitutes that Manchester City have can play perfectly, while at other clubs it is very rare to find substitutes like the ones owned by Manchester City, especially in the English league.

With the quality that Julian Alvarez has shown in the last two games, Pep Guardiola will surely give him more playing time. Julian Alvarez and Erling Haaland in a duet against Nottingham Forest were able to show quite positive results when they played together and won big.

What has become of Frank Lampard's coaching career. I truly expected a great coaching from him but it's been bad and now worst. Everton under Lampard's management has been in a state of decline. I can't imagine them playing against Bournemouth now in the Carabao Cup and the same Bournemouth that was beaten from a come back (1-3, 4-3) by Leeds is the same thing that is a path such a wonderful football against Everton. Creating very good chances and scoring goals as well.

The whole defense line for Everton is been a big mistake. We have N. Patterson on one side and Ruben Vinagre on the other both make defensive errors. They suffer yet another loss after losing to Leicester City over the weekend in the Premier League.
Maybe it's true they say, that good player don't make good coaches but, Zidane isn't about that!

My happiness is that English Premier League is the most competitive league and clubs in English Premier League are not wasting time dismissing any underperforming coach. Many coaches have been sacked already and Frank Lampard should not be different. If not that Manchester City drawn two matches and loss 1, they would have been at the top because they have both conceded same numbers of goal but Manchester City has more number of score goals, that’s where they flop and since then Arsenal has been trying to avoid similar mistake. I think Fulham has playing well in that match but indeed they weren't lucky because conceded goal in the last minutes of second half which makes Fulham failed to gets point from home team and for Manchester City this match is very hard for them and not easy to managed the performance by playing with 10 players and besides that i think Manchester City has showed their champion mentality because after red card incident they weren't stopped to attack and dominated the match although the result might be not so satisfied but i think rare to see there is a team who can fliped the situation with only 10 players and win the match

Chelsea is always sacking without giving any chance once the performance from the club became so bad. This trend is still even continue after it has been acquired by todd as a new owner. this trend doesn't look good at all. Liverpool lost to two relegation teams in the previous few games, that is the best comparison. So Liverpool's loss to the relegation team could be Arsenal's by the time they travel to Wolves, it's a match one can never fully predict. Zidane has his best moments but a weaker one too. Without good players, it is hard to be a winner coach even if you are a good one. By good, I don't mean known or expensive players but a fit player doing perfectly what he was asked to do.
Anyway this competition isn't the main one for Everton, they are in the 16th position in EPL and should try to stay in the middle of the table to avoid the relegation zone..

The problem is that the odd to stake this kind of match is always small, but Manchester City is highly likely to win. Going for first half win is not bad all.

First half win seems like a nice bet but the odd isn't encouraging. Etihad Stadium will be too corrosive for Brentford because Brentford hasn't won a single away match this season all the have managed to get in their away games are draws which sums up to 4 away draws. ManCity draws were from away matches where the played against the third best club in the PL this season and Aston Villa who specialises in giving big teams tough time. Even their lose to Liverpool was marginal. City can get a clean sheet from Brentford

You are correct that being a good player does not make you a good coach, even though we have seen some good players turn into coaches and perform very well; Frank Lampard's issue is different; he was given all the time and chances to prove his quality as a coach at Chelsea but he fails to prove it, and now Everton, I just hope they will sack him soon so that they do not shattered the teams dream by making them below average and relegation zone team.

I am beginning to think that Chelsea is too big for Graham Potter to manage.
He has a different style of play and a very poor performance at Chelsea, which is why I believe it is too big for him; the Potter we know in Brighton has very good technical ideas, knows how to analyze games, and knows how to change the game with a mire substitution, but all of these are not there now at Chelsea, so maybe he will have to improve or leave because I don't think Chelsea management will continue to tolerate such poor performance until the end of the seas.

The opportunity had been given to Lampard but he could not capitalize on the trust placed in him. Everton performance under Lampard control is far from perfect, Everton is still very easy to get defeat. Everton's performance was very poor in this game, their defense was also very fragile, as a result Everton conceded 4 goals which made Lampard's team get two successive defeats after last week they were beaten 0-2 by Leicester in the premier league.
Everton staff must immediately take a stand on Everton's fragile form, finding a replacement for Lampard could give Everton new hope to bounce back from their poor form.

Graham Potter might still have a chance because they got a good result in the champions league but the next match is even tighter when Chelsea have to play another great team like Dortmund.

So far, Graham Potter has led Chelsea to a change for the better although he still has a lot to correct. especially when Chelsea are up against big teams, like against Manchester United and Arsenal. it won't be easy for Potter, after all he is a new coach who needs time to maximize his squad's performance. he still needs a strategy test, player rotation, and we have seen that in his early games with Chelsea. early on when he was appointed to replace Tomas Tuchel, Potter said. he, had to bring Chelsea to finish in the top four of the premier league. if not, maybe his career with Chelsea ends until this season only.

So, Potter still has time to maximize and fix the weaknesses of the strategy he applies and maximize the potential of his players.
