Emery taking over at Aston Villa is a positive development, yeah we all know about Emery's effect on teams. His time at Arsenal wasn't a long one but it was productive, I expect same productivity at Aston Villa. Certainly Aston Villa will improve under Emery and be a successful team. We saw a glimpse of this improvement in the game today against Manchester United, Kudos to Emery.

Emery first matched as Aston Villa coach is ended in an amazing result which was not expected by anyone because in last few weeks we have good performance from Manchester United and there was clearly indications they will be doing good performance here in this match as well but from start till end they were completely unable to hold things in positive way even in second half Manchester United was in good shape but still they fail to have good result and Aston Villa and Emery surely going to be improved side in coming matches specially after break they will be out of danger zone, and definitely it's going to be good fight till end of this season for many teams which are also having bad time in this season.

Manchester united lost to Aston Villa surprisedly today. The first half was entertaining but the red devils failed to convert their chances to goal scoring. The game ended 3-1 with the villans not giving up on anything. Rather it's home game and Villa needed the winning points in other to claim upward on the table. The looks on Erik ten hag is not funny as he's unhappy with the results, but I trust united to bounce back with good winning in their next game before the world cup.

I do not think it was surprisingly, it was a woeful performance right from the kick off, with poor performances being rewarded by ETH again this season. Eriksen and Donny came off an awful europa league performance to drop a stinker again today in the EPL. Also, Manchester united missed bruno fernandes, anthony and Sancho. I believe the bounce back is near

There is no doubt they will bounce back after this big defeat against a team which is struggling and near to relegation zone but here we have to talk about Ten Haq has to change his strategy and keep going with players which are doing good because if you are going to change players and strategy in every match then surely you have to face consequences of these as well there was good chance for them to have positive result and better end in this match, but they were completely awful and fail to have any positive result in second half while they were dominating in this half against home side.

Injuries problem is also hurting but still they have few quality players those can do good as replacement, but things like these every time you have new strategy for every match is surely not going to work for them, they have to keep going with positive way for this season.

Liverpool got a really important win for themselves truthfully. After losing against easy opponents such as Nottingham and Leeds this was going to be a much tougher matchup for Liverpool. This was the time they needed a win the most in the end. But we really watched a different Liverpool compared to those matches. I believe it was a deserved win.

Tottenham were actually close to making the score 1-1 after Salah scored. But Perisic's attempt was saved by Alisson and came back from the post. Perisic's another goal attempt later in the match came back from the post once again. He was really unlucky. Dier made a huge mistake on Salah's 2nd goal. Maybe things could have really been different for Tottenham. Kane actually didn't find the goal too late but they continued to waste important chances after that and couldn't prevent the loss. By the way Kulusevski's return was really good with an assist.

Now as we are heading for International break specially as you describes after losing matches against teams like Nottingham Forest and Leeds United because after these mostly were feeling now they are going down and out, but this win will bring good confidence booster and good energy which will help them for having better results and strategy in coming matches because now after break we will be in second phase of this season which could be hard and long because now after this break we will have around 24 matches, so things can change for them.

And they can fight for their higher spot which is surely not easy as right now three teams are on same level form and difference from fourth team is seven points which is surely not easy to fill with Manchester United and Chelsea both are also doing their best for better results.

This was an extremely significant win for Liverpool. Really needed this. And this was also against a very competent team. We are getting closer and closer to the World Cup. It will soon be time for the international break. It has not achieved too many worthwhile things this season. But I think when they’re going to look back at how they have done they are obviously not going to say that it was the performance from them. However, they will certainly keep in mind that I have beaten some really good teams in this season and they are also capable of doing that in the future as well.

FT Aston Villa 3: 1 Manchester United

I am surprised at this result that a club like Aston villa has recorded against a club like Manchester United. I heard a new coach just started a job at Aston villa, maybe he has inspired the players in the team to play better, and maybe the players are playing better to keep themselves on the good side of the new coach. Whatever the reason, they have a result they can celebrate. After this big win for them, it is expected that they win their next game against Brighton and get themselves up from their current position on the league.

Since Man United performance is always inconsistent, it is not really surprising to see this defeat. Moreover, it is an away match for Man United, their opponent has the advantage to defeat Man United. Aston Villa with their new coach showed they have a bigger motivation to win. Yep, it is the first match for Unai Emery managing Aston Villa on the field. And this debut ended with a happy result for him.

For Man United, they are unlucky because of the absent of Antony and Varane. These two players are the key players for Man United squad now. Without these players, you must be aware that Man United game isn't as effective as usual.

Yes Manchester United is difficult to predict, sometimes what we expect is not what the final result is for example Manchester United is stronger against strong teams and vice versa. previously Man united played well in the last 4 matches 2 wins and 2 draws but today's defeat will add to their bad streak.

In other matches Arsenal still hold a good record and continue to collect points including Newcastle who managed to take 3rd place I don't see anything special here but their performance is very worthy of appreciation, does anyone think that Newcastle will penetrate the champions league next season?

They did it again, Arsenal won again versus Chelsea.

I still don't think they have any chance to beat Manchester City in the long run, but this season we have 2 leagues one before the World cup and one after the World cup.

Emery's performance at Villarreal last season surprised me especially as they beat Bayern in the Champions League and now he's moved to Aston Villa with another surprise.
Aston Villa's performance in Emery's debut was really very good, especially considering the opponent is Manchester United who are very seeded.
Hopefully this will not only be a debut for Emery and Aston Villa because they still need a win to improve their current position.

A good start, era and debut performance from Emery I hope he will be consistent in subsequent matches, it's been long Aston Villa defeated Man Utd on their home ground precisely since 27 years ago it's remarkable and well deserved win thus pushed Aston Villa through to 13th position on the table, Man Utd was very poor today and Erik Ten Hag playing Ronaldo as well captain the team couldn't make any positive impact, their defence wasn't solid I think since Varane got injured that defence line had been struggling likewise their midfield was nothing to write home about today.

In this match it also seemed that Ten Hag had tried a few new schemes at the start because seeing Van De Beek and Garnacho and Rashford playing on different sides was definitely a surprise for me.
The result has happened and Manchester United wasted their chance to continue to improve in this match.

This was an extremely significant win for Liverpool. Really needed this.

in addition to liverpool being able to win, liverpool's defense this time was very good, I think that if liverpool wins in the next game then it will be in a good position, liverpool's opponent in the next game is not a difficult opponent, so liverpool can win the game


Southampton 1- 4 Newcastle



excellent victory for Newcastle, they are playing very well and that way they will finish in a good position

Tottenham 1 - 2 Liverpool

Tottenham are not doing well, that's why I'm not surprised by this Liverpool victory

This amazing form has carried them to the third position in the league standings now. It is admirable to see them this much successful without signing many top players too.

It looks like they will finish the first half of the season in a great condition. But I wonder how much consistent they will be. January transfer window is another opportunity for them to strengthen the lineup a little more. Finishing in top 4 seems really difficult but it'd be a great achievement.

Among the teams in the Premier League, Newcastle's performance impressed me the most. Compared to other teams in the Premier League, Newcastle does not have any star players. However, they continued to perform consistently well. And Newcastle has lost just one game this season. I would say all this is possible because of their coach Eddie Howe. Howe's brilliant match strategy has seen Newcastle sit third in the table.
And my guess is that their performance will be more stable after the winter transfer. Because they have a lot of money now. They will try to bring in star players in the winter transfer window. And will try to strengthen their squad.

Tottenham 1 - 2 Liverpool

Tottenham are not doing well, that's why I'm not surprised by this Liverpool victory

An easy team to be beaten by liverpool. I have been watching whole of match totenham against liverpool but no doubt if totenham is rarely winning the trophies. it seems like that totenham might face another lose again in the upcoming match. Liverpool is doing so well against totenham. It defensive is quite dicpline even tough totenham was able to creating a goal against liverpool. My prediction was coming true about the result from this match. The game may be so difficult for both. 2-1 is a great result for liverpool consider totenham is still placed at the top of positions right now with arsenal and city

In this match Tottenham vs Liverpool I found Liverpool scored 2 goals and Tottenham scored 1 goal. It was almost a very good game between two teams. But Liverpool played very well in the beginning of the game. But after the second half time ball in favor of Tottenham.  Was almost always. Tottenham they did very well at the end of the game.

It was the fourth defeat for the Tottenham Hotspur team this season and with this defeat Tottenham Hotspur had to sit in fourth place in the standings because the previous position had been taken over by Newcastle. I didn't even think that Newcastle were able to win so much in the match with Southampton and that made Newcastle able to be in third place in the standings with only one defeat this season.

If Manchester United allows Aston Villa to win this game it will be a big disappointment.  This is not a match Manchester need to lose, this game his supposed to be an easy way to gain complete point.  Manchester United has better players to achieve this win in this match against Aston Villa.

Unfortunately Aston Villa managed to get a win in the match against the famously violent Manchester United but in reality Manchester United had to submit to Aston Villa who managed to get 3 goals and humiliated Manchester United, with this defeat many supporters were disappointed and angry with Manchester United.

Newcastle is the new dark horse this season, before the season started no one had predicted that Newcastle could perform this well, but now many great coaches have made predictions that Newcastle will be able to secure their position in the top four standings until the end of the competition, they are able to secure a ticket. to the Champions League next season, if they manage to secure a ticket to the Champions League they are sure to be able to recruit star players in their squad, because for now Newcastle do have very good finances compared to other clubs,

Arsenal is getting all the lights right now with its successful matches so far. At the opposite, Spurs and Chelsea are declining. Liverpool is recovering slowly and ManU is a weird team with weird results every round. You never know when they play good and when not.
For the Newcastle case, they are getting popular in some areas especially in KSA since they own the club. Their good results made them third while moving silently and steady.

very disappointing to see a manchester united match when conceded in the first minute and that was the beginning of the bad manchester united players against Aston Villa with a score of 1-3.

I have a slightly different opinion from yours. actually the defeat of manchester united is on the coach who is still there today. Since Alex Ferguson retired (MU legendary coach) Manchester United performance has not been as good as it used to be.
and for me actually Manchester United is the time to buy new players who have good performances to boost the performance of Manchester United game in the future. because a few times I saw Manchester United games were really bad not as good as before.
but Manchester United still has a chance to avenge Aston Villa treatment in the third round later. If Manchester United can still be beaten by Aston Villa in the third round later, I think Manchester United need new players and a more reliable coach like Alex Ferguson.

Don't you see there are already some new players on Man United current squad?
They have Casemiro, Antony, Varane, Lisandro Martínez, and Tyrell Malacia.
They are new players, they even become the key players on Man United squad now (except Malacia).
So, it is clear that Ten Hag already reconstructed Man United squad. However, it is impossible if we want to expect an instant result. It may need 2-3 seasons to see a significant change in the performance.

Aston Villa's performance was very good but United's defense was also poor.
The first goal and the third goal scored by Aston Villa could actually be prevented if their defense line was swift. There are around 4 to 5 players but still letting the Aston Villa players free on the ball is too much in my opinion.

This was a very odd performance from Manchester United. They basically couldn’t do anything in that match. Even the goal that is on the board against their name was not scored by a Manchester United player.

There was no coordination between Manchester United's attack and its defense. Well well well, was Aston Villa not in the relegation zone prior to this match?

Manchester United are in a decent position on the table, but the biggest problem is that they are very inconsistent. They will be unable to finish in the top four for as long as they are unable to be consistent with their scoring, so they will not have any chance of finishing in the top four in the near future.

From what am seeing from the game Chelsea is really pressing hard on arsenal,  the game might end with a draw result.  Chelsea is dominating the game more . Chelsea players are putting more pressure on the game which is not really favoring arsenal  players. This game will result to injury for arsenal players.

Now the match already ended, which one is pressure their opponents? it's Chelsea or Arsenal? Arsenal has an edge about the ball possession, passes, and shoots, Chelsea only did more fouls lol. Is there any Arsenal's players injured after this? Nope.

Chelsea is a weak club in this season, they didn't even win on their home and if they always let Mendy, Aubameyang and Havertz play, it's 70% the match will lose.

Anyway congratulations for Liverpool for beaten Tottenham for 2-1, Salah's performance is came back!

Aston was winning the game. There's no thing that needs to be disappointed. MU has been accepting the result against aston villa. The performance from MU is really bad. Mu has almost the same performance as chelsea. It was always dominating the ball possession but the result was so bad. ten haag was facing so many questions again about the performance from MU. MU has been showing a horrible performance during the matfch against villa. The goal that already made by MU was also coming from jocob ramsey as own goal.

It's quite an amazing job Arteta is doing as he has not only spurred his boys to retain the first spot, but has also managed to ensure that Man City never topped the week in any game since the season started.
 Personally, I need to hand it out to Graham Potter because he seems not to know his starting eleven. I wonder why he benched Kovacic instead of playing him alongside Loftus-Cheek for with such a pair, the Blues would have had a fighting chance. 

 Two losses in two game weeks, is Graham nearing his end as Chelsea coach or can he redeem himself when they next meet Newcastle?
