I think Arteta would be very upset if the reserves could win and Arsenal had to come out in the next round  It seems to me that while Arsenal are so high in the Premier League, the team will be focused only on this tournament. They don't have the depth of a lineup to seriously compete in multiple tournaments.

My concern for Arsenal this season is that Arteta's players are not balanced between those in the first squad and the reserves. If faced with several competitions, it can certainly make it difficult for Arteta if faced with injuries that will be received by his players.
Hopefully the defeat in the EFL CUP is not a loss that is allowed or intentional in order to focus on the Premier League and Champions League.

Perhaps you meant the Europa League? Arsenal are playing there this season. I think in relation to City they have an advantage in this sense, because if Arsenal will fly out of the Europa League, then no one will pay attention to it (assuming good results in the Premier League), but if City fly out of the Champions League, then everyone will make fun of it and Guardiola will be fired.

Looks like ManU got its revenge from Aston Villa days after their defeat against them in EPL. Today they won 4-2 which made it a good one. 
The most surprising results these days remain imo Arsenal defeat by Brighton then Spurs failure vs Nottingham and West Ham 10 penalties defeat against Blackburn...

I think, Arsenal will definitely recover from this loss they lost to Brighton that made many people to lose their prediction, because people believed that Arsenal will defeat Brighton based on their past performance but the match ended up for the favour of Brighton. I believe, it will not take much time before Arsenal coach will solve this problem that made Arsenal to lose their points, so that it will not repeat itself again in their remaining matches. Despite, Manchester united won their match, I don't think they can achieve something good from this premier league competition because their defense is not too strong compared last season.

Mikel Arteta took the Carabao cup game against Brighton like an unimportant one. The team that was fielded gives you a hint of how the manager values the tournament. Arsenal made 10 changes from last weekend game against Chelsea and fielded players that don’t usually have regular playing time. I expected this kind of result because I know the quality of Brighton and I’m not surprised that they defeated Arsenal. 

Apparently you were correct about that because recently i had see Arsenal line up while defeated by Brighton and Arsenal playing used their reserved team and so far only William Saliba who playing since early minutes but i can understand why most of big teams didn't considering Carabao Cup as their target trophy because this competition still considers as 3rd level under FA Cup and Premier league
And same thing also happened on Liverpool match yesterday that they were playing with some of young players and maybe that's why they have to hard struggle to get the winning result from Derby Country but quite different if we see Manchester United line up against Aston Villa because they were used some of their key players and apparently Manchester United is more serious for this tournament compared to other teams

When compared to how Liverpool typically plays, Liverpool has a strong team, but they are still perplexed as to why their performance this year has been so unsatisfactory. Mohammed Salah joined Liverpool in 2017 and continues to perform admirably. However, when compared to last season, when Liverpool trailed man city, Mohammed Salah scored about 23 goals. And with a record of Winning the Premier League in 2019/2020. And now Liverpool being in the 9th position is just unlike Liverpool I know but that is just football table turns.

Europa League is a little bit easier than Champions League but if Arsenal or other clubs fight for trophy in either Europa League or Champions League, they will have to use their player resources for it. It will impact their available resources and performance in Premier League too. Mostly the effect should be negative, not positive.

Arsenal will be affected by Europa League if they want to win it. However, Manchester City will have same problem in Champions League and I am sure, Manchester City have more willingness to win Champions League than Arsenal's willingness to win Europa League.

I think that Arsenal will feel happy if they only win Premier League but fail in Europa League. In contrast, Manchester City will only feel happy if they can win Champions League in this season.

Man City should be able to achieve a landslide victory.

No matter how unimportant the Carabao cup is, it would have been proper if Arsenal had won without mercy. Anyways I wouldn't be one to castigate the technical expertise of Arteta in fielding players with less play time.
It would have been a confidence boost for Arsenal seeing how empty the trophy shelf had been, also their current performance would have been terribly boosted in that when other teams come to play against them, the winning spirit would first intimidate them into losing composure before being trashed.

Last games before the World Cup tomorrow. LFC vs Southampton, really hoping we can sign off with 3 points. I am fed up of beating the likes of Man City, Napoli, Spurs but then losing to really awful teams like Leeds & Nottingham Forest. It must be an attitude thing with the players, you can not beat the first 3 teams I mentioned but then lose to the utter dross of the league. The players have got complacent, just hope we can win tomorrow before a good break. Lots of our players are not going to the World Cup so it could be good for us.

As we all know, soon before the 2022 World Cup, the Premier League competition still has to complete its schedule until November 13 this week. The reason is, Jurgen Klopp's foster children have appeared a little 'abnormal' in recent times: winning against big teams but always losing at the hands of small-scale teams.

Liverpool managed to beat Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, but were surprisingly blown away by Nottingham Forest and Leeds United. maybe because Liverpool always underestimate the opponent, as a quality team They certainly have to improve this record if they don't want to be considered a lousy team when dealing with easy opponents, to be honest I always avoid bets like this when Liverpool are against lower teams

When Liverpool is against a more dominant team, ball possession tends to be controlled by the opposing team. however, they often benefit when counterattacked. and we can see that in the game against Manchester City.
as well as during the match versus Arsenal, the goals that were created in that match came from the counter-attacks they did. only in the match against Tottenham, Liverpool can play very well and they are able to beat the home team. actually, Liverpool have the quality of the players who are very qualified. it's just that they don't benefit from the number of players who are injured, plus sometimes they play very underperforms against teams that are below their level.

Currently, Liverpool are in 8th place in the Premier League standings. Klopp is faced with an unfortunate situation, bringing Liverpool back into the top four of the premier league is not easy with such an unstable form.
Tomorrow, Liverpool will play their match against Southampton at Anfield, Liverpool's headquarters. 3 points, is the result they must get in this match. My estimation, Liverpool will win the game by scoring at least 2 goals.

Newcastle are doing well in the league. They have won their last four games in the league. They managed to score at least two goals in all matches except the Everton match. But I think in Newcastle and Chelsea match, Chelsea can win. However, Newcastle are third in the points table and Chelsea are seventh. Still, I'm rooting for Chelsea, I think they'll bounce back with a great performance in this match. But now I don't understand what is responsible for such a big bad performance of Chelsea at present.

And this season they have drawn 7 matches. So Brentford's main goal against Manchester City will be to draw the match. So City must play well. If Brentford can score the first goal of the match, then Manchester City will not be able to get full points in this match.

There are so many good players with underrated performance has been playing for newcastle. The new owner has been changing the way of newcastle in the premier league. The team became even more consistent than before. It's also newcastle can perform quite consistent during several match with good result as this team never faced any lost in the last matches. Chelsea performance was going so bad. Over rated average player like havertz must go out. The team is still having reece james as the only good player that sometime can play as winger.
Chelsea needs more than only buy a few players. There are so many players with under performance need to be replaced with better players from another club

Manchester United can't get many wins in the recent times. They got only two wins in their last five league games. The Aston Villa loss must have demoralized them a little more. There is only a few points between Manchester United and Fulham in the league standings now. This will be another challenging away game for the Red Devils.

Mitrovic is a big threat to them with 9 goals in the league now. They will need to be as strong as possible in defense. Besides there is a possibility for Ronaldo, Antony and Sancho not to play in this game. There are some important missing players among defenders like Dalot and Varane as well. I don't think of betting on them as a result. Maybe I might give double chance on Fulham a try.

Man City will win the game against Brentford. They will score numerous goals to defeat Brentford. If you're staking, I'll advise you against betting on the draw since Brentford won't have a draw in the game. Up to the end of the Qatar World Cup, Man City will hold the league's top spot. Man City will ultimately prevail despite Arsenal giving them a hard battle for the league. If Arsenal Want to wins the league, there is no other choice but to put league games ahead of all other titles.

Arteta played mostly the second team in Carabao Cup to access their eligibility of snatching shirts or positions from the first team players based on their performance and in-form, unfortunately majority of the players flopped in that match against Brentford so he will have to manage his main players in both Europa league and EPL of course in any case of injury to one of the keys players probably that would be a big problem for the team alternatively Arteta might sign new players in the January transfer window and send some of the present reserve players who didn't merit a first team shirt on loan.

I am not worried about the Manchester United team. Manchester United's performances have been completely erratic this season. And their front-line squad has not been consistently performing well. Manchester United team won against the top team Arsenal in the league. But they have also lost against weaker teams. And so if Manchester United build their second-tier squad, I don't think their performance will change. I think United's match against Fulham will be a draw. And in this match, Manchester United players will try to draw by playing defensive strategy.

The quality of the team can't be doubted for Manchester City we see this more in the favourites, but that's in a disproportionate bet and even smaller odds because the bookie already knows this will be a Manchester City victory.
I feel that the chances of a draw and a Brentford win would have been overlooked would be more inclined to a Manchester City win for another reason stronger they don't want to fall behind Arsenal any more points.
There is no denying that I will definitely choose the host for the victory in this match, I also almost see that the statistics are very far when compared so there is no better choice than Manchester City.

Leicester have started to improve their form. This is good news to me because they normally don't deserve to relegate from the league. Their squad quality is quite decent to even finish close to top 5. There are of course some weaknesses in especially their defense line. But this can be solved easily by making the right transfers at the first opportunity. That opportunity is in January of course.

They are trying to collect as many points as possible before giving a lasting break due to the World Cup. They will play their last match against West Ham before the World Cup. This is a really difficult match for them honestly. Because they are sharing the points now. But Leicester have an advantage such as having a better form. Leicester couldn't beat them in an away match since December 2019 though. But it feels like their recent form can be enough for them to do this. They are already a much more productive team (They scored two times the goals West Ham did). 3.65 is a really nice odd for Leicester win to give it a try.

Will the club side really care about what happens in the world cup, as per resting players to prepare them for world cup? I dont think. In either ways, not featuring the players doesn't prevent them from being called up for the world cup. I think it would be in the best interest of the clubs to use what it's got to earn points before the international break steps in as, most of there players won't come back whole. Good enough, the world cup advances into the transfer seasons and so, they would have a chance to better there squard.

Man City will ultimately prevail despite Arsenal giving them a hard battle for the league. If Arsenal Want to wins the league, there is no other choice but to put league games ahead of all other titles.

This sort of certainty calls for a bet. Anyway, Arteta seems to be doing just that and I suppose it is his resting players that got him out of the EFL cup to ensure the team is focused on Europa and Premier league. Hope that's enough though but, what would be more surprising is a completely unexpected team coming up to claim the league ahead of Arsenal and Manchester City. Let's say Newcastle United! Anyone observing how they've been creeping to the top.
