It was just goals after goals for Newcastle and they've managed it to be third place on the league table although, there are doubts they could hold on to it for so long like Arsenal is doing. Arsenal is simply getting the job done and Arteta is at the top of it. It's surprising how they come put anytime that it matters to get the 3 points to help them stay at the top of the league a little longer. Am sure Manchester City might have thought that, this is it. This is the time they get to take over the league from Arsenal and Chelsea was the team to hand it over to them but, Arsenal wasn't tardy to give it up just yet and Chelsea did very little to offset that.

Arsenal is getting all the lights right now with its successful matches so far. At the opposite, Spurs and Chelsea are declining. Liverpool is recovering slowly and ManU is a weird team with weird results every round. You never know when they play good and when not.
For the Newcastle case, they are getting popular in some areas especially in KSA since they own the club. Their good results made them third while moving silently and steady.

manchester united's problem is not with the coach, they have already changed many coaches, their problem is that they are keeping the same players and the same team that does not produce good results, they should have taken a good part of the old players and hired them new players, would restructure the entire team. anyone who watches manchester play notices how annoying they have a way of playing, but they insist on not changing a part of the old players

very disappointing to see a manchester united match when conceded in the first minute and that was the beginning of the bad manchester united players against Aston Villa with a score of 1-3.

I have a slightly different opinion from yours. actually the defeat of manchester united is on the coach who is still there today. Since Alex Ferguson retired (MU legendary coach) Manchester United performance has not been as good as it used to be.
and for me actually Manchester United is the time to buy new players who have good performances to boost the performance of Manchester United game in the future. because a few times I saw Manchester United games were really bad not as good as before.
but Manchester United still has a chance to avenge Aston Villa treatment in the third round later. If Manchester United can still be beaten by Aston Villa in the third round later, I think Manchester United need new players and a more reliable coach like Alex Ferguson.

Don't you see there are already some new players on Man United current squad?
They have Casemiro, Antony, Varane, Lisandro Martínez, and Tyrell Malacia.
They are new players, they even become the key players on Man United squad now (except Malacia).
So, it is clear that Ten Hag already reconstructed Man United squad. However, it is impossible if we want to expect an instant result. It may need 2-3 seasons to see a significant change in the performance.

FT Aston Villa 3: 1 Manchester United

I am surprised at this result that a club like Aston villa has recorded against a club like Manchester United. I heard a new coach just started a job at Aston villa, maybe he has inspired the players in the team to play better, and maybe the players are playing better to keep themselves on the good side of the new coach. Whatever the reason, they have a result they can celebrate. After this big win for them, it is expected that they win their next game against Brighton and get themselves up from their current position on the league.

On the other hand, currently Manchester United is still lacking in defense.
Aston Villa's performance was very good but United's defense was also poor.
The first goal and the third goal scored by Aston Villa could actually be prevented if their defense line was swift. There are around 4 to 5 players but still letting the Aston Villa players free on the ball is too much in my opinion.

This was a very odd performance from Manchester United. They basically couldn’t do anything in that match. Even the goal that is on the board against their name was not scored by a Manchester United player.

There was no coordination between Manchester United's attack and its defense. Well well well, was Aston Villa not in the relegation zone prior to this match?

Manchester United are in a decent position on the table, but the biggest problem is that they are very inconsistent. They will be unable to finish in the top four for as long as they are unable to be consistent with their scoring, so they will not have any chance of finishing in the top four in the near future.

From what am seeing from the game Chelsea is really pressing hard on arsenal,  the game might end with a draw result.  Chelsea is dominating the game more . Chelsea players are putting more pressure on the game which is not really favoring arsenal  players. This game will result to injury for arsenal players.

Now the match already ended, which one is pressure their opponents? it's Chelsea or Arsenal? Arsenal has an edge about the ball possession, passes, and shoots, Chelsea only did more fouls lol. Is there any Arsenal's players injured after this? Nope.

Chelsea is a weak club in this season, they didn't even win on their home and if they always let Mendy, Aubameyang and Havertz play, it's 70% the match will lose.

If Manchester United allows Aston Villa to win this game it will be a big disappointment.  This is not a match Manchester need to lose, this game his supposed to be an easy way to gain complete point.  Manchester United has better players to achieve this win in this match against Aston Villa.

Aston was winning the game. There's no thing that needs to be disappointed. MU has been accepting the result against aston villa. The performance from MU is really bad. Mu has almost the same performance as chelsea. It was always dominating the ball possession but the result was so bad. ten haag was facing so many questions again about the performance from MU. MU has been showing a horrible performance during the matfch against villa. The goal that already made by MU was also coming from jocob ramsey as own goal.

It's quite an amazing job Arteta is doing as he has not only spurred his boys to retain the first spot, but has also managed to ensure that Man City never topped the week in any game since the season started.

They did it again, Arsenal won again versus Chelsea.

A big congratulations to Arsenal for the massive victory they got from Chelsea, because many people predicted for the favour of Chelsea that what happened between Arsenal and Manchester united that made Manchester united to defeated them will happen, for Chelsea to defeat Arsenal but the match ended up for the favour of Arsenal 1-0.  I think, the two teams really performed well from the beginning of the first half till the end of the second half, despite the struggle Chelsea strikers struggle to score goal to make the match draw, but Arsenal defenders made the defense difficult for them not to achieve any goal from the match.

Manchester United must accept the painful reality after being made up by Aston Villa. Previously United were very favored in this match considering that the Red Devils were able to record a sweet record of five consecutive wins. The defeat suffered by MU also made their chances of failing to push into the top 4 of the standings even though they still have a chance to catch up with Tottenham because they still have one game left.

Aston Villa outshined Manchester United in the game, they deserve to lose the game. Congratulations to coach  Unai Emery for reversing the team, the win against Manchester United is big boost in the team. Absent of some key players due to injury cost Manchester United the defeat against struggling Aston Villa, i never expected this result. It has been a great return for Unai Emery. Emery made a successful return to the Premier League by defeating Manchester United 3-1. Aston Villa opened up a two-goal lead. There has been a real lift in this place under Unai Emery. It was a great performance by Jacob Ramsey. Still baffled by how Aston Villa managed to defeat Manchester United. Strikers at United need to put in more effort. Cristiano Ronaldo failed to live up to expectations in his first match as captain.

I think Ten Hag should look for a right wing striker and a central midfielder to support Ronaldo's game, he is like a dragon playing with worms if Ten Hag still has hopes for Ronaldo. Of course it will not be easy for Ronaldo to bring his team as it used to be when he was young considering that his current age of 37 years will certainly greatly affect his playing performance, Manchester United's management may prepare funds to bring in new players who are more competent and potential in every part of Manchester's formation. United, as you said "Manchester United have to bring in new players" or even change the coach.

I believe Ronaldo fans are all happy because they have gotten exactly what they wanted, they want to see Ronaldo playing all matches than Man United performing better with the good result without him.

Mohammad Salah is coming back in form but sadly now we are going back on vacations which is going to be around 40 days so hopefully now when we will back things could be in positive way because after this break things could be tough and race could be also fast for having better and positive results Liverpool which is already behind needs to have better results for going above in ranks, and they are looking for better results from their Premier player Mohammad Salah.

Graham Potter done good job in early matches but now suddenly momentum is changed and Chelsea is back on decline which is surely the biggest concern for management after sacking Tuchel most thinking was now they could be improved but nothing positive happening which is bringing moral also down and if we have not good timely changes then surely things could be worst from bad for them.
