The game ended 3-1 with the villans not giving up on anything. Rather it's home game and Villa needed the winning points in other to claim upward on the table. Emery's performance at Villarreal last season surprised me especially as they beat Bayern in the Champions League and now he's moved to Aston Villa with another surprise.
Aston Villa's performance in Emery's debut was really very good, especially considering the opponent is Manchester United who are very seeded.
Hopefully this will not only be a debut for Emery and Aston Villa because they still need a win to improve their current position.

Liverpool got a really important win for themselves truthfully. After losing against easy opponents such as Nottingham and Leeds this was going to be a much tougher matchup for Liverpool. This was the time they needed a win the most in the end. But we really watched a different Liverpool compared to those matches. I believe it was a deserved win.

Tottenham were actually close to making the score 1-1 after Salah scored. But Perisic's attempt was saved by Alisson and came back from the post. Perisic's another goal attempt later in the match came back from the post once again. He was really unlucky. Dier made a huge mistake on Salah's 2nd goal. Maybe things could have really been different for Tottenham. Kane actually didn't find the goal too late but they continued to waste important chances after that and couldn't prevent the loss. By the way Kulusevski's return was really good with an assist.

Manchester United lost today's match only because of their poor defense. The performance of Manchester United's defenders today really surprised me. The performances of defenders and goalkeepers were very poor. Aston Villa scored three goals in today's match. But they did not play an attacking strategy in this match. Still they managed to score three goals. Aston Villa made a total of 6 shots in this match. 4 of these were on target. Manchester United was badly beaten in today's match due to the poor performance of defenders and de Gea.

Emery taking over at Aston Villa is a positive development, yeah we all know about Emery's effect on teams. His time at Arsenal wasn't a long one but it was productive, I expect same productivity at Aston Villa. Certainly Aston Villa will improve under Emery and be a successful team. I heard a new coach just started a job at Aston villa, maybe he has inspired the players in the team to play better, and maybe the players are playing better to keep themselves on the good side of the new coach. Whatever the reason, they have a result they can celebrate. After this big win for them, it is expected that they win their next game against Brighton and get themselves up from their current position on the league.

On the other hand, currently Manchester United is still lacking in defense.
Aston Villa's performance was very good but United's defense was also poor.
The first goal and the third goal scored by Aston Villa could actually be prevented if their defense line was swift. There are around 4 to 5 players but still letting the Aston Villa players free on the ball is too much in my opinion.

Nobody would have guessed that Liverpool will be behind 15 points after just 13 games. They have beaten Newcastle, Manchester City and Tottenham while losing these weird games against Leeds and Nottingham.

Barcelona is said to be interested in signing Klopp, but his manager already said that Klopp will under no circumstances step down on his own from Liverpool. There is a scenario though that he fails to deliver. When would Liverpool take action? I believe their relationship is very close and they wouldn't fire him anytime soon if he doesn't deliver perfect results.

Now as we are heading for International break specially as you describes after losing matches against teams like Nottingham Forest and Leeds United because after these mostly were feeling now they are going down and out, but this win will bring good confidence booster and good energy which will help them for having better results and strategy in coming matches because now after break we will be in second phase of this season which could be hard and long because now after this break we will have around 24 matches, so things can change for them.

And they can fight for their higher spot which is surely not easy as right now three teams are on same level form and difference from fourth team is seven points which is surely not easy to fill with Manchester United and Chelsea both are also doing their best for better results.

The situation is not good, to be honest, yes. They have no choice but to be patient and wait for new players. I thought to be honest this season Chelsea would be able to compete hard in the top 5, but it's not there yet, and if it is, it will be in the second half of the season, because there will be a big break for the World Cup soon

Chelsea's condition is getting more difficult after there are problems everywhere.
From last season their officials left and of course this will affect their performance, Tuchel's performance has not improved because indeed the change of officials can obviously be a bottleneck especially after some policies about releasing a lot of their players.

There was no need to meet a prophet to predict Chelsea and Arsenal match. When I entered the football hall and when the match as stated I just knew that Arsenal would win the match. This is one of the match that players received yellow cards.
Arsenal possession of ball was very much okay and stable in the midfield.

The outcome of the game was definitely going to go in Arsenal's favour because Arsenal are currently in a very good form and playing every game like it's the league's finals. I am not even surprised that Chelsea didn't get even a goal because Arsenal have a good combination of defenders now, good midfield pair and good attacking options Saka, Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus. It will be really difficult for Chelsea's defence to withstand the attack in the game, I expected a win for the Gunners.

For Man United, they are unlucky because of the absent of Antony and Varane. These two players are the key players for Man United squad now. Without these players, you must be aware that Man United game isn't as effective as usual.

There is no doubt they will bounce back after this big defeat against a team which is struggling and near to relegation zone but here we have to talk about Ten Haq has to change his strategy and keep going with players which are doing good because if you are going to change players and strategy in every match then surely you have to face consequences of these as well there was good chance for them to have positive result and better end in this match, but they were completely awful and fail to have any positive result in second half while they were dominating in this half against home side.

Injuries problem is also hurting but still they have few quality players those can do good as replacement, but things like these every time you have new strategy for every match is surely not going to work for them, they have to keep going with positive way for this season.

This was an extremely significant win for Liverpool. Really needed this. And this was also against a very competent team. We are getting closer and closer to the World Cup. It will soon be time for the international break. It has not achieved too many worthwhile things this season. But I think when they’re going to look back at how they have done they are obviously not going to say that it was the performance from them. However, they will certainly keep in mind that I have beaten some really good teams in this season and they are also capable of doing that in the future as well.

I still don't think they have any chance to beat Manchester City in the long run, but this season we have 2 leagues one before the World cup and one after the World cup.

manchester united's problem is not with the coach, they have already changed many coaches, their problem is that they are keeping the same players and the same team that does not produce good results, they should have taken a good part of the old players and hired them new players, would restructure the entire team. anyone who watches manchester play notices how annoying they have a way of playing, but they insist on not changing a part of the old players

This was an extremely significant win for Liverpool. Really needed this.

in addition to liverpool being able to win, liverpool's defense this time was very good, I think that if liverpool wins in the next game then it will be in a good position, liverpool's opponent in the next game is not a difficult opponent, so liverpool can win the game

Newcastle have been very impressive for a long time. They haven't lost a game for nine weeks in the league. They are on a winning streak of four games at the same time as well. This amazing form has carried them to the third position in the league standings now. It is admirable to see them this much successful without signing many top players too.

It looks like they will finish the first half of the season in a great condition. But I wonder how much consistent they will be. January transfer window is another opportunity for them to strengthen the lineup a little more. Finishing in top 4 seems really difficult but it'd be a great achievement.

Among the teams in the Premier League, Newcastle's performance impressed me the most. Compared to other teams in the Premier League, Newcastle does not have any star players. However, they continued to perform consistently well. And Newcastle has lost just one game this season. I would say all this is possible because of their coach Eddie Howe. Howe's brilliant match strategy has seen Newcastle sit third in the table.
And my guess is that their performance will be more stable after the winter transfer. Because they have a lot of money now. They will try to bring in star players in the winter transfer window. And will try to strengthen their squad.
