First half is gone and so far Arsenal have been very impressive in the game, dominating in possession, passing and accuracy already. This is indeed a good sign that something good might come out of this game tonight for the gunners. Arsenal are looking very solid and promising in the game. We are yet to see a goal in this fixture, hopefully it will not be a boring game in the end.

Manchester city lost at home after a long time. Despite playing a dominant game, they struggled in front of goal. City had 29 shots during the match but could only score 1 goal. This worked in Brentford's favor and they managed to win with a goal in the last minute.
Chelsea continue to lose. They need to stop getting bad results in the league. Of course newcastle are a strong and in form team but they should have at least not lost.

What a disappointing result for Pep today, I'm sure he will be furious with his team's performance today, losing all three points to  Brentford at home and ending a long home unbeaten run. What a sad way to go into the international break this time, I'm sure they had hoped to go into the break leading Arsenal. Brentford were superb defensively and that gave them the edge over City's attack. I am eager to see if Arsenal can win against wolves to increase their lead to 5 points clear off Manchester City.

Brentfor were indeed great in the defense and managed to get an amazing three points. It's not every team's job to get into countless positions in the currently challenging away game of the premier league like City. Especially Ivan Toney of Brentford, there is no other football player who enters a position other than him like that. The man alone turned Etihad into a sad place for City today. Brentford are playing excellent this year against teams that play in the premier league together with Brighton. They play very well in big games. They waited for the right moment to pull City on them in this match and won with Ivan Toney's great performance. Brentford offensive players are like 100m runners. Very very good. Guardiola has been either too late or not making the moves he should have made. Leicester game De Bruyne's free kick goal was extra. The last game was completely taken by De Bruyne's individual skills also, but only to a certain extent. Great teams go through such periods, but this is entirely due to Guardiola's preferences.

Even though Arsenal dominated this match with a high percentage of ball possession, apparently they still had trouble scoring goals. Until the first half ended, the score was still 0-0 for both teams. I haven't seen Arsenal really threaten Wolves when they have the chance, but there is great hope Arsenal can increase the intensity of their attack to score goals.

The probability of Arsenal's victory is very high, so I don't think I can change my belief about Arsenal's chances of winning in this match. But Wolves will likely focus more on their defense in the second half so they don't concede, if that works then Manchester City has the right to be a little happy. Lol

Maybe there has been a big domination by Arsenal so far. But it has been by ball possession rather than the number of effective goal attempts. Despite one shot that came back from the goal post they have had zero shot on target so far. Arteta must make the players increase their concentration level about this match. Because it is a golden opportunity for them to raise the point gap with Manchester City more before giving a long break to the league.

As for Manchester City they were just a mess against Brentford. I mean that they had many goal attempts but only one goal at the end indeed. They could have been better in defense at least but they couldn't. I wish Haaland was in a good mood and saved the team. Manchester City gave huge spaces to Brentford and Brentford punished them hard for that. The winning goal came by a counter-attack which they were good at it. Toney deserves all the appreciation as he got 2 goals.

This is a result that I did not expect that Manchester City will be beaten at home by a club who has not had a good record in their last few matches, Brentford. It's not a stroke of luck as Brentford performed well in this match.

One of the worst defeat indeed for Manchester City in a home game where we expected Brentford to be hurt by City with lots of goals but City didn't even come close to a good performance or even getting goals.
When I saw Pep signal his boys that they've got 10minutes added time, I felt that was it, that Manchester City would come up and claim the game but Brentford reminded me that it goes both ways. The 10minutes wasn't for City but it was there's and they could have even made it a third goal if not for Ivan Toney that was too sloppy on the ball, trying to get a better control.
That was the most of there problems, counting feets, trying to get a better look at the post and in position before making an attempt when you could just whip it right in the direction of the post instinctively.

With a squad that is actually very complete for Manchester City, this is indeed one of their mistakes, but in the match it is a little difficult to predict, especially in this match Brentford also played very well. They are really very disciplined and don't even hesitate to keep most of their players in the defense zone and perform quick counter attacks.
The direct pass by the Brentford players was also very good in this match. Defeat at home is clearly one thing that is disappointing and this can be maximized by Arsenal at this time to widen the gap.

Chelsea is increasingly having trouble dealing with Newcastle attacks and the hosts are able to score goals now Chelsea are getting worse after consecutive defeats Potter really can't play Chelsea to be more aggressive because I see Newcastle's game is more to press and dominate the game I think the same that the hosts can win again consistently with outstanding wins.

It's been 75 minutes, I see Chelsea are still trying not to lose, meaning that only one goal is difficult to do, with the remaining time, is Chelsea likely to lose again?
I think a draw is a possibility with minutes remaining but for a win it's much more difficult in fact Newcastle are still holding out for it.

No, it looks like Chelsea will lose this match even though it is still possible for them to end the match with a draw. Newcastle seem very motivated to win so that they remain in 3rd place in the standings. But to be honest that their good performance so far is hard to believe, but that's the truth.

It's been a good season for Newcastle, they've been amazing even though I don't think they have some star players. In fact that doesn't make them any weaker than other teams who spend lot of money buying top players. Now it's only a few minutes before the match ends, so Chelsea's chances of scoring are getting smaller.

Newcastle won 1-0 against Chelesa the match just ended and Chelsea are looking really bad. Potter is doing a really bad job so far and things need to change fast if they want to save this season. While Newcastle is really doing good the best result for them in last 20 years

I'm so disappointed about the performance of Chelsea in this season. Yes, they need to change their tactics as soon as possible to come back in the right track. Newcastle is very solid in this season and they're improving continuously. They're positive now and there are a lot of potentiality for Newcastle.

My only disappointment is that Chelsea could not get a draw. Playing against Newcastle i wasn't expecting Chelsea to win against Newcastle following the number of injured key players they had to play without but getting a draw would not be too much to get for their fan. The disappointment from the club is becoming a norm

Chelsea surprised everyone in this match, because what we believe is that Chelsea will defeat Newcastle, but i never believe that Newcastle will defeat Chelsea, the problem of Chelsea is not even really the coach alone, but the team organisers, because the way I'm seeing what is happening now in Chelsea , i believe that if they reframe the team starting from the coach to the players, it's when the club will regain it's fitness, I'm a Chelsea fans it hardly believe you see Chelsea win a match.

There has been so much surprises so far this weekend in the premier league. First was Manchester City losing by 2 goals to 1 against Brentford and Toney scoring twice was really shocking,

The only match that really suprised me today was Manchester city again Brentford, I don't believe Manchester city can every lose the match, if Arsenal can win their match against wolverhampton which they are already winning 1-0 then the gap which they will be using to lead Manchester city will increase and it will be difficult for them to meet up.

Chelsea been beaten by Newcastle and Newcastle retaining the 3rd position and closing up the gap to two points away from Manchester,

I wasn't suprise that Chelsea lost their match, before the match started I knew Chelsea is going to lose, Chelsea have been inconsistent this season and Newcastle have been performing excellently, I knew Newcastle won't want to drop points against Chelsea, they will want to retain their top 3 which they did.

Arsenal have managed to find the net for Wolves thanks to Odegaard's goal in the 55th minute. If Arsenal can maintain this until the end of the game, of course this will put their points gap with Man City. Arsenal's style of play is very good, even though they are playing at home to their opponents, they continue to control possession.

Gabriel's attackers ignored, during the first half all support from Arsenal fans, but Odegaard had already given Arsenal the lead. Come on you Gunners! Manchester City finally lost second time this season and it's a good chance for Arsenal to raise point gap to five. That will be a really good advantage before World Cup. Arsenal just need to hold on to this score. Ødegaard scored again, he's showing his skills this season. He has almost same productivity statistics as last year already. Arsenal paid a good price for him so it's time to harvest.
If somebody say Arsenal will finish the league first before World Cup break at the start of the season, people would probably laugh at him. Well, it happened. Hopefully they can go on with this pace after the World Cup too.

Emery when in La Liga has always made a very good defense at Villarreal and this can be used as a test with Aston Villa's defense not being too good.
But if Emery can change this for the better obviously it will be a very good achievement for Emery.
His EPL debut was excellent but there will be a surprise team Brighton now ready to tackle.
With only two days left for them to rest, whether Emery can now make this another win for Aston Villa is certainly worth the wait.

Let us not be quick to give Emery, the title of a savior in Aston Villa since the player has just been around for a short time now, his impact on the club is highly commendable but the question is how consistent will he be in the coming games and how he will manage to play with other players in the club to guarantee future winning. But to this point, Aston Villa made a good decision by having Emery in the team this season.

What you say is true but for Aston Villa to get out of the relegation zone is one step forward and now they can do just that.
It's only the first game but the hope for him is still there and of course this has to be proven by at least a point against Brighton tomorrow.

Check the arsenal methods of playing game this season, you notice that arsenal have not be losing chances of their opponents defeating them. The highest wolves can actualized is draw game the way I'm seeing, because even though arsenal have missed so many numbers of chance of winning the match, i believe strongly that wolves can't defeat them, arsenal team is not like Chelsea that is all about disappointment. The match the force is higher in the side of arsenal.

Tottenham is losing 1-2 to Leeds United in the first half. It is difficult to predict what the outcome of the second half will yield. But when they played against Bournemouth they had a strong come back in the second half getting 3 goals in the second half after the ended the first half in 2-0 loss.  Leeds are almost of equal strength with Tottenham and the pressure from the visiting team is so high that Conte needs so much work to make a good chance of taking the lead else they might lose point just has Man City did against Brentford

Well I watched this match since the first round and has placed a bet for Tottenham to win, the current score is 2-2 I hope Tottenham does something
If the final result is a draw then this will be a bad record for Tottenham because in the last match they lost also 2 other defeats last week.

A few hours ago we were surprised by the defeat of Manchester City no one predicts that they were defeated at home but this is the fact lol
Manchester City defeat means Arsenal chances for the title are getting closer especially if they can beat Wolves tomorrow.
 

Tottenham was losing three times in the match and was able to catch them and get that win in the end what a match honestly. Leeds making problems to all of the big team and o most took points in this match. I dont think Arsenal can keep this form for long

I think they can, what's their problem? They have a generally good squad and a good game even with serious opponents, I think if they can break away on points from second place they can easily win this year. As for Leeds, they are a dark horse I think, it's not the first time this season they have surprised, although it has never been the case before

So far you are right, Arsenal have been the least disappointing team in the Premier League. Their fine form has made people feel optimistic about the title chances this season even if the Premier League is not yet halfway through the season. Martin Odegaard became an important player for Arsenal's victory today with his 2 goals, but if I'm honest I really like the performances of Gabriel Martinelli and Saka this season.

Manchester City and the rest of the squad are very disappointed today to lose at home to a team that I think has little chance of winning. I've seen them go down against Fulham, and today they really lost. 5 points below Arsenal at this time is really disappointing.
