Yeah Spurs might think of that way but we have seen lot of players pressurizing the club for a move and club accepting bids below their valuation. Its possible that Spurs might go for a bid below 100m Euro if Kane has agreed with some other clubs and is desperate to join them or leave Spurs. Well right now most likely scenario is that Kane will continue at Spurs. He seems like not a kind of guy to ditch the club who developed him. I simply don't know why 100 million is too high for Kane, it's a choice, you should also forget about the market values quoted, the value placed on a star by the selling club is the actual asking price while the eventual price they sell him after the negotiation is the deal price.
