There must be something wrong with this if based on evaluation, Ole must have some small or even certain changes to fit with his all players.
Cz, not every similar tactic will work on different players' arrangements.
Although his tactic has positive and negative sides, we can see the results so far, it may not work really well.

The simple truth is that Old is not fit for Manchester United.With the caliber of players Man-u have in their team,they should be competing for the champions league trophy,because they have one of the best midfield in the world,in the combination of Pogba and Fernandes.Ronaldo and Sancho is upfront,therefore winning shouldn't have been a problem.But because the coach does not know the right players to use,it had demoralised the good players that are there.

I think what Newcastle United Owners should be looking at now is how to avoid relegation battle and stay up the 17th line from now till January. That should be their priority right now. Either Steve Bruce leaves or they help him tactically to make that happen. Because their dream of getting world class players will be cut short if they don’t maintain this top flight division. Honestly it is not realistic how we the fans have been looking at a massive overhaul and getting all the star plays in a single season? Besides they have a budget and a plan on who am how much they would pay for each players. So the problem right now is how to adjust to find their form back to the winning ways. I believe they have the spirit to fight but they need a new manager with similar mentality.

Check the squad, apart from Manchester City, no England team has better squad than Manchester United, but there is nothing to show for it.
My problem with Ole is not that he losses matches or draws matches. Every match is win, draw or lose. My concern are;
1. Manchester United has no tactics
2. If Liverpool is playing Watford, I can comfortably predict that Liverpool will win Watford and it will happen. Right now, if Manchester United is playing Watford, I cannot predict that Manchester United will win.
You can't tell the matches Manchester United can win or draw or loss.

You lament a whole lot about Manchester United,you take them to heart so deeply.

Manchester United have a great squad anyways,it's high time they make good use of the quality players around.

Yea, any true Manchester United fan who witnessed the era Sir Alex Ferguson. When he will use Rafael, Fabio, Oshea, Evans, Henderson, Jones, Smalling and win matches need to lament after seeing these high class players being mismanaged.

Being reluctant of sacking Ole because of compensation fees is also absurd to me sir. Recently, one good thing happened to Manchester United, that was the return of Ronaldo. It is a mistake if the MU board expect Ole to be like Sir Alex Ferguson. I agree with you. With the takeover from Saudi Arabia, Newcastle now has almost unlimited funds and they are now keen to build a dream team within the next 4 or 5 seasons. So if a team is built around the best players in the world, A better coach is needed. I'm not saying that Bruce was a bad coach but a better one is needed to handle star players. I'm not sure who's available or not but I think Conte, Zidane, or Lampard could be a good fit for building Newcastle.
