For some reason. I think Pogba's red card was a blessing in disguise for Manchester United. They all just decided to go behind the ball to avoid further damage, well knowing that they are now only 10 men vs 11 men.

I don't know about Ole's future at United, but his days are surely numbered.

The next upcoming matches are not going to be easy either.

Its actually way beyond horrible. This is probably the worst performance so far that I've seen including last season. I think the most horrible thing is that Ole left Pogba out of the starting lineup, thats pretty weird and Subbed him in in the 2nd half. Pogba literally played for 15 minutes before getting a red card then get sent off. I seriously dont know what did I watch lol

I am sure Ole will be frustrated with his team's performance.

 I am sure this has put serious questions on his managing now. Let's take a review of this match. No real pressure from United on Liverpool. It was Liverpool who made all the pressure, 6 yellow cards for United players, 1 red card for Pogba and no cards for Liverpool. They were up there frustrated by the scoreline and kept on making mistakes. No wonder Liverpool enjoy a 5-0 scoreline.

I felt really sad for United's fan as they were leaving stadium in the middle of the game.

Hahah, this is soooo satisfying, I cannot stop smiling. I knew it, you cannot play serious football without pressing today and in this United team both Ronaldo and Fernandes are like statues in defensive part of the game.

United played horribly, they should have gotten 3 red cards today. Taylor didn't show the Pogba's red card at first as well, horrible refereeing.
Solskjaer has to leave after this, although he is not the only one to blame for current situation at United.

they played pretty badly from start to finish.
but despite all that after pogba was sent off at least they are busy focusing on their back line and this is quite good considering their midfield and back line were not even given a breath by liverpool especially in the first half.
with 10 players they haven't conceded any more goals of course this is a pretty good thing and it's better than forcing them to keep attacking and getting nothing.

I didn't think I will see such score today, we aren't talking about 1 or 2 goals difference but about 5 damn goals vs a big ZERO! What a crap! What a shamefull defeat for a contender of the title. From week to week their performance does not improve, so Man United is prone to conceding (whoever the opponent is). I think Harry Maguire is a defender who shouldn't be playing. Man United signed him for a high price, but his performances were not worth the price Man United paid. Harry Maguire is not a world-class defender, he is too slow and often makes blunders. What's even weirder, he was instead chosen to be a captain.

I'm still trying hard to figure out what Ole was thinking when he brought his lineup against a club that hasn't lost a match this season. The performance was like a classic joke

for this reason i don't know how to call it but after the second half started especially when pogba was sent off by the liverpool referee it was not aggressive anymore and just played around in midfield.
I don't know MU players focus on defending until there is no gap or only Liverpool players are satisfied with their 5 goals.

Manchester United's game is getting tougher for the coming week even though it's true that he still has to survive, at least he doesn't force a formation that doesn't support it.
I think the Fred and McTominay duo didn't really contribute much during their few matches together.

This is a painful one. I can imagine how pissed Ronaldo is and I am not quite sure how the club is going to defend any decision towards the fans that is pro Solskjaer. These are going to be tough days for him because this game clearly showed that they are not competitive in the league. They simply are not. This wasn't just an unlucky day.

I agree , if maybe lose narrowly it's understandable because Liverpool is also a big team, but as you said 5-0 is a pretty embarrassing score, even Liverpool can't beat Norwich who are at the bottom of the standings with that big score.
This defeat certainly makes Manchester United fans quite disappointed and this disappointment will increase if the Manchester United management does not immediately fire Solskjær.

Having ronaldo, cavani, pogba and also Bruno fernandes, but not being able to make manchester united win in a big game, and honestly I don't know, what type of player Solskjær needs to be able to make manchester champion this season , now this is the only way of management manchester united is to sack Solskjær and replace him with conte or zidane.

A captain should be more swift and not slow in the game and the blunders made by Harry Magueire happen often and this is too glaring that I see and it's true he is not a world class defender if his form is bad we see.
Coach Ole Gunner is the same whether this humiliating defeat at Old Trafford will be a material for Ole's dismissal? Why does the management of Man United trust Ole so much when we have seen bad evidence for his team, this is really unbelievable if it is still being maintained.

I've been saying it for a while, but 5-0 surprised me, too. Man United are really under a lot of pressure now, and they have a very tough run of fixtures coming up. I'm not sure they are going to even maintain their current position in the table, they seem likely to be slipping for a while. Their only chance maybe is that the 5-0 is a big humiliation and it triggers a fierce response in their next game... I'm just not sure that's likely.
