This season is very difficult for Everton and Lampard but finally they have managed to finish it and achieved a position to stay in Premier League next season. They can celebrate this achievement now but there are ton of workload for them in summer. If they can not improve their quality, the next season will be another difficult one for them.

Lampard have to improve players he has and convince the club to sign with some players. First he and Everton scout team have to work to find good players for their club. Second, transfer deals must be done as expected. There are challenge for them because Everton is not too rich and definitely don't have too big budget for transfer.

The Toffees have successfully sealed their place back in the premier league, it's wasn't easy for the blues who was ranked 18th on the table to battle and win games to level up from the relegation zone. It was a win that required a huge effort for Everton how not, in fact Crystal Palace were leading 2-0 at half time.
