They should be the favorites but the odds don't show it with Bayern having them.
Don't know if city will be dressing Haaland for this one. But more than likely in the second half just like Liverpool did with Nunez.

Match started later but right after Haaland scored they told them all to go back to the locker rooms. It looked like it was raining abit harder than they thought it would. So the referee stopped it for now.

That's very surprising as I just looked through their stats for last season and both Haaland and Lewandowski outscore mane so why are Bayern been favored. They already lost their goal machine to Barcelona and their lineup isn't that matchable with what Manchester city are playing. Manchester city are already leading with a goal from Haaland and it seems Mane isn't on the pitch neither on the beach as he's no where to be found on the team sheet.

Do you think Chelsea will take the risk of selling Werner and not find a replacement? I'm not sure about that Chelsea must have other plans
Besides Werner himself was still given a chance to prove that he deserves to be a starter , Tuchel hinted that if he still can't play well this season then Chelsea will definitely sell him.

Timo Werner is a very lovable guy and even though he hasn't reached his full potential at Chelsea, we can still see the work he put into his play and just that the league hasn't favoured him yet if not with all the chances he has been missing, assumings he was successfully buried them, he could have easily been a top striker in the premier league by now. I don't think Tuchel will sell him yet.

what a start for Haaland, 12 minutes were enough for him to score and to assure people and man city fans that he's bringing something new to man city, his style of play and his height definitely is going to work out with city's strategy, too bad the match was interrupted, we could have seen more, I think Man City will dominate the Premier league this season, champions league is their bigger goal, but I still don't think they can win it now.

Chelsea vs Arsenal started and both teams bringing out strong line up. The winner of this match is highly likely to win their first trophy of the new preseason/season. They are playing in the Florida Cup along with a few MLS sides. Timo Werner is starting even through the speculation that Chelsea's manager doesn't like the looks of Werner and would like to sell him before the season commences and hopefully find a replacement if necessary. I guess this is Werner's chance to turn the page with the manager and gain some trust of him.  

Edit: Arsenal up 2-0 before half time and deservedly so. They look like a complete team while Chelsea at the moment just look like 11 strangers who've just show'd up to play football together. Literally no team coordination. Good thing is that its still pre-season and they have some time to rectify it.

Match is back underway with Manchester City still leading by the goal from Haaland who opened his Man City goals record books already and they would look pretty much like slide/tap in but it was show of how instinctive Haaland can be a striker, knowing the perfect way to make runs and open up the backline with his positioning.

Gabriel Jesus also gave Arsenal the lead vs Chelsea, before Odegaard doubt it for the Gunners, what signing is Jesus proving to be for Arsenal, I know it's just  preseason but that's his 4th goal for Arsenal in 4 matches played so far already.

It was great for Haaland to score his first goal in his first 11 games, and to do it against Germany's best team, Bayern Munich. This kid does his job very well. As an offensive player, he dominates that area very well. He's a striker who could make his mark in the Premier League if he doesn't suffer an injury.

At the moment Kounde is still a little gray although indeed if we look at it it looks like it's only a matter of time for Chelsea to be able to bring in this player and that means Barcelona's chances of bringing Azpilicueta are still very big.

Kounde seems quite clear to move to Chelsea. I heard Chelsea already got a personal agreement with him and Chelsea got a deal about the transfer fees. So, everything is achieved, it is only about time to announce Kounde as a new player for Chelsea squad. Barcelona surely has no chance anymore because they are too late if want to negotiate with Kounde and Sevilla management.

I don't think this year is the most critical season for Manchester United since they have faced same problem over and over.

On 2013/2014 they're on 7th place, next year later they're improved and take place 4th place.
On 2016/2017 they're on 6th place, next year later they're improved and take place 2nd place.
On 2018/2019 they're on 6th place, next year later they're improved and take place 3rd place.
Previous year they're on 6th place, this year it will on ... place.

This mean their performance aren't stable and there's no problem as long as this year they're not same or below 6th place again.

In the end I think both teams performed interestingly as it was just a friendly, and such one game as this should be a yardstick to determine how a player as Mane will do in Bayern for he has already made his first goal in their previous game. So the focus should have rather been on Haaland who did not fail to cling a victory for City as the game end 0:1 in their favour.

While Liverpool beat Leipzig 5-0 in the friendly match, 4 of the goals came from the new transfer Nunez. This is a great start for a new transfer. He has already shown that he will not embarrass those who trust him... We can say that the championship race in the English Premier League next year will be tougher. Things will not be as easy for Manchester City as they were last year.

Liverpool have been Manchester City's main rivals since the last 2 seasons, same thing this season because I haven't seen improvement from other competitors like Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United. Man United, for example, was previously reported to be making a team overhaul, but it hasn't been seen yet and some of the players they targeted haven't been recruited.

Manchester United's transfers can be very good on paper.  Last year's squad wasn't bad at all in my opinion.  They could try their luck for the championship this year by strengthening the defensive line.  However, there were shortcomings from the main staff.  Important players have been lost and will be lost even more.  Last year, they handed over the championship when they were plagued by a coaching problem.

I don't know if the player who was signed by Manchester United is a reliable target as far as I know Frenkie de Jong and Antony from Ajax are the players they really want
But until now there is no clarity regarding the transfer when compared to other Premier teams, of course Manchester United is  behind in terms of recruiting new players
a team that is known to be stingy in buying players like Arsenal actually brings in new players first

In fact, it shows that Manchester United are much more careful in this transfer period.  They choose their players carefully.  I know they want Frankie De Jong.  I don't know if De Jong wants them.  President Laporta said they wanted to keep De Jong in the team.  It looks like he will stay in the team this year as well.  Still, I'm really curious about Manchester United's transfers.

United's performance in the previous season was poor due to the lack of understanding between the players. Manchester United have changed their coach, if the new coach can sort out the problems between the players, I think we will see a stable performance from United this season. Some time between Timo Warner and Raheem Sterling could have the same position on left winger side, but Chelsea could make Warner as central forward and move Sterling as right or left winger, I think not really worry about Timo Warner will losing his position on Chelsea regular player because until Lukaku leaving club still not find with new central forward. I think Thomas Tuchel never put Raheem Sterling as central forward and always give position as left or winger side. But Timo Warner can't guarantee to get regular position because he can't give consistent performance with Chelsea depending what happen last several years his contribution for team.

It's a good thing that Arsenal are starting this way and if I'm not mistaken, this is the second time they are beating Chelsea in a preseason game.  Even if the Florida cup is not as big a title as the Premier league cup, or champions league cup, at least it's a start of something good and this would not only encourage the new players to put in their best, Mikel Arteta will also be encouraged to push his team to perform satisfactorily in the season.
 So far both Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel martinelli have become regular names in the score sheet and this goes without saying how much impact they are having on the team and also pushing the others to do better.
