Arsenal played really good football there is no doubt about that but is this sustainable. I mean it looked like they were playing like a team that would be fighting for the title, and let's be honest with each other , they haven't been a club that tried to get the league title for many years now, I do not know when was the last time they were there but it looks like they haven't been there for a long long time and I feel like it would be a difficult thing.

I am not going to lie, Arsenal look really strong, it doesn't matter if it was just pre-season games, but they moved the ball really well in all the games they played, they controlled possession, and most importantly they scored goals. The monopoly in the EPL is between Liverpool and City, and i don't think any team is prepared/ready/strong enough to break it just yet, but Arsenal might just take themselves above United, Spurs and Chelsea to become the third team amongst the big six, it is very possible, it can happen.

Having said that, some weeks back, i thought Chelsea was going to be the only team that would come close to City and Liverpool when the season starts, i know the transfer window isn't shut yet, but i am far from impressed with their transfer business thus far, they have acquired two brilliant players, but they aren't enough, Tuchel said the same thing i have been thinking in my head in his press conference after the Arsenal loss, they need to buy more players, they can stand City and Liverpool with their current squad, and there is Arsenal who have done so well in this summer window, they are buzzing and i am pretty sure Arteta can't wait for two weeks so the season kicks-off, they might just finish third, we also have to look out for them in the cup competitions, an FA cup and Carabao triumph wouldn't be bad for Arsenal.

What about Newcastle in the transfer market? so far we haven't heard any big news there whereas previously many people predicted that Newcastle would make big changes in the team when Newcastle got a new owner with unlimited funds   from the list of new players there are only 5 players who have been recruited this season and none of them are famous players while there are 9 players released, this is totally beyond our expectation or indeed unlimited funds are just rumors 

Well, the wealthy new owners who purchased the club said they wouldn’t interfere with the management and runnings of the club and I think that’s what they’re trying to make it look that’s what going on. One would have expected that the club having really wealthy new owners would have made drastic changes in relation to acquiring new, well known players. But so far, they haven’t made any move in getting a well known player to bolster their squad. Maybe they’re just bidding their time slowly.

I have seen the news that Klopp doesn't want to make any transfer from now on unless there is any problem with some of their players. I support this thinking also because Liverpool's current squad is quite enough for not only the Premier League but also the Champions League. Darwin Nunez's performance is going to be one of the things that people are going to be curious about. Liverpool have everything they need to become the champions in the league. They just need to improve their consistency even more.

Impressive play from Arsenal many might say that it’s only the pre season game but if you understand that the both team field a good squad and The gunners came out victorious by 4:0 goal line. I think the preparation from Arsenal is on flick and with players like Gabriel Jesus and many others I believe we shouldn’t underrate them in the title run, they may just be in the run for the English premier league title.

Arsenal is prepared for next season and with the winning it shows to a large extent how far arsenal will go in the coming season, with the new players and team i guess arsenal will perform better than last season.

Arsenal did well last year. It is no longer the great Arsenal of 10 years ago but they have shown in several matches that they are doing well again. They will of course never compete for the title, but in the first 5 seems to me a realistic target for this team. And then you also have to be lucky that you take points against the bottom teams. Last year they were also able to claim a CL ticket. That will also be nice for Arsenal to play in the Cl once again. Except that they started playing better when Eaubamayang left.

Manchester city and Liverpool have proven beyond all doubt that they are the top team that will compete for the EPL title, perhaps other clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United will still be in pursuit. All the top  clubs have the perfect signings this summer especially strengthening their Frontlines and I hope they still have more time to prepare for the new challenges in the new season. These new players in their various clubs have different purposes and roles obliged to them and they need to put up an excellent performance.

Of the clubs mention above, Arsenal are the ones who have spent the most money in the transfer market this season, it is recorded that almost $150 million has been spent by arsenal to get Gabriel Jesus and several other players. Mikel Arteta looks more serious about improving his squad and reaching the top of the EPL table next season, win from chelsea some time ago gave hope to Arsenal fans that next season will be better.

For a long while, I have not seen Arsenal being so serious in their transfers like this summer, they have shown they mean business this time. Yes, Haaland's move to Manchester City was the right decision. If he had only been at Borussia Dortmund he would have gained nothing. But if he is at Manchester City I believe he will achieve what the players really want which is to win. The spigot has opened, now he has to get as many goals in as possible. A good start for a player if he gets his first goal.

Haaland has help Dortmund so much in scoring many goals, but that could not grantee them trophies. The club was so much dependent on the young player, such that whenever the player goes on injure, the distance between Dortmund and Bayern becomes longer in the table. But with all the goals nothing to show. It is obvious that if Haaland can maintain or improve his scoring ability in Manchester City, he will definitely be ending every match as a winner and that would help him and the team.

The problem at Dortmund is not only the club relying  or being too dependant on one player, the club prefers making profit from selling their young talents more than playing to win trophies. How will you sell your best players at the end of every season and start a new season with new recruits every year and expect to compete with the league giants, it only makes things even more difficult cause you have to scout for replacements and get the new players to blend in again which is like starting all over again.

With the Gunner's pre-season matches there is no doubt they're well prepared for the season, they are having a good game in the pre season and the players are performing excellently. Arsenal did so well by bringing Gabriel Jesus and zinchenko to the team, this two players has contributed alot to the team pre-season sucess and no doubt with their pre season performances the Gunner's might be able to qualify for the champions league next season and also a big contenders for the EPL title.

Arsenal will do better next season after a big victory against the Chelsea. The gunners thrashed the blues 4 nil and it was a big humiliation on the faces of the players and the manager Thomas. While Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta is happy about the wonderful display of his player especially his new signing Gabriel Jesus who scored in the game. Arsenal have a long way to go in the league and many challenges will definitely arise for arsenal but with these current squad, they might scale through it and come out with good results.

I think the Newcastle coach is aiming to make last season's squad more stable. Newcastle's performance last season was quite good. Despite a poor performance at the beginning of the season, their performance was very consistent towards the end. And if the coach can experience these players, they will be able to provide better performances. I think Newcastle will once again spend money and bring in new players in the transfer window next winter.

Newcastle United new management is doing very good job for big achievements as currently they are in developing mode and this is good now in this season if they are going to stay within top ten surely this could be big achievement because quality wise Premier League is one of the best in the world and having spot in top ten never been easy this season they have few signings with most chances they will do some more in winter transfer window.

Most of the people's feeling now they are not interested but most chances they have long term planning, and they will go ahead with this all because they already announce they will do this all like Manchester City and PSG, so hopefully we will have some good and revolutionary changes in coming years which will help this club for positive and high rank in Premier League and UEFA.

Next season is going to be competition among top six not the usual top 4, clubs Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea will have to up their game else Tottenham, Arsenal and Man Utd with give those three top clubs a run of their money going by the quality signings made  especially by Arsenal and Tottenham, the gunners signed Gabriel Jesus,Fabio Vieira, Oleksandr Zinchenko while Tottenham signed Clement Lenglet, Richarlison, Perisic etc, it's not going to be the usual walkover, these two clubs if eventually pick form it will be absolutely difficult to defeat them, EPL will be more competitive among those clubs and their is the possibility of an upsets in some of the matches to be play against those top clubs.

Yeah, now things are change in Premier League and most chances we are going to have very tough and entertaining competition for title between top six teams which were ruling in all transfer window in England and no other club were near to compete with them with this all few peoples feeling Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea are still strong contenders for title and other three can stay in top six, but it's not easy for any team to beat each other in presence of quality players and which team is going to have good start surely going to enjoy good handicap in title race with others could be also in serious hunt which is interesting.

Arsenal is also one of the strong contenders for staying into top four as we all know they spend big amount on few players which were missing from their squad in last season so now with this they can also do much better than last season when they fail to have fourth spot.

Manchester city game against Bayern Munich was one big game to watch. City won the Bavarians 1 goal to nil. All credits go to the new signing of Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland who netted 12th minutes of the game. It is a good debut for the 22 year old and many more goals awaits him. It's just the beginning for his goal run up tally and city fans are counting on him to impressed them and the club. He is handed the number 9 jersey and Pep with his teammates trust him to deliver them in the Frontline. However, let's see what he will probably offer to the club next season.

There is no doubt a good start for Manchester City and Haaland because both were on target against another giant Bayern Munich and with this win they started in good way for their defense of their title and still a signal for Bayern Munich how they are going to fight without Robert Lewandowski even it's just an exhibition match and not serious trouble for anyone but still things are going good for English club as they wanted and on other side Bayern Munich is still having some trouble which need to settle now with in few days as new season start is just coming.

newcastle has bought 5 players in this transfer window but all of them are not big names like haaland or lewand.  I'm sure the newcastle owner is working on a strategy that we can't predict. newcastle will find it difficult to compete with top Premier League clubs because their squad composition is mediocre imo.  what still remains a question mark for me is why the new owner of newcastle until now has not made a big transfer, is he short of money LOL.

It isn't money issue, they have plenty but maybe a strategic move? I mean what's the point of spending a lot of money when you face all stars clubs like City, Liverpool and even the others like Spurs, Chelsea and Arsenal? They might be planning to recruit progressively players since it isn't easy to convince top players to join a team played most of the season at the relegation zone.
Newcastle needs to recruit at least 5-6 talented players to get a chance to fight for an European spot. So far they only signed 3 new players. A goalkeeper and 2 defenders..

There are some new interesting claims about Ronaldo recently. One of them is that Ronaldo can be loaned to a team this summer on the condition that he extends his contract by triggering an option. Ronaldo wouldn't say no to this for sure however I'm not sure about the credibility of this. Because we are seeing every kind of news related to him these days. As long as there is no serious team to sign him these rumours don't mean anything to any of us as well.

I have come across a lot of rumours about Ronaldo future. He's been in the news more than anyone contrary to what is being promoted in the media, I think Ronaldo will not leave Manchester United, Erik Ten Hag has mentioned that Ronaldo is important in his team. To crown it all,  I have not read or seen any statement from Ronaldo publicly declaring that he would like to leave so until then I take these speculations with a pinch of salt.

It is really hard to be confident about any team for next season actually. Because nearly all of the big teams in the league have made good moves so far. I would like to see a different team joining the championship race this time honestly. Maybe it seems really difficult while Manchester City and Liverpool are this much strong. But it isn't impossible. The key point is being consistent. When it comes to a team that could make it happen I'm thinking of Manchester United. Because I really wonder what they will do with Erik ten Hag.

How can Thomas Tuchel's allow this happen, he should reinforced his squad with new players, because I'm not fully sure the blues will withstand tough teams this season.  It's indeed a bad results and Tuchel should go for new player with potential instead on sticking to just one player. With Gabriel Jesus, I am sure Arsenal potentially finishes in the top 4 EPL standings for the next season. Gabriel Jesus makes Arsenal play more aggressive, during pre-season matches they show us that they are more productive now. Beating Chelsea is a proof that Arsenal becomes stronger right now. Let's hope they can play impressively in the EPL matches, not only in pre-season matches.

The poll results are pretty much against my prediction i don't why the poll's top Team is Good but still there stand a chance for the 3 of best teams i would like to see Liverpool to be winning this. On the end of the day the best performance will decide how it goes sometimes Luck by chance also decide what is going to hapen next. Fingers crossed lets see

it's a poll for the past season, and not always the top team will always be the favorite because the selection of who will be the champion will very likely be based on the favorite team from the voters, but I don't think it will be different in the new season that will take place soon there will only be a few teams who can be a competitor for last season's champion

Yes and also, everyone has a different point of view with these teams, especially if they are fans of the team then they will not consider the background of the team itself. But speaking of the top three teams for next season and with the transfers they have made so far, I personally remain confident that all three teams will still be on the title track for next season as well. Of course, then there are Tottenham and Arsenal but maybe they will still be fighting for the position for the remaining places for the Champions League zone.

It is often possible that the champion of the last season is not going to be even one of the favorites of the upcoming season. But it does feel like Manchester City is going to be the champions of the English Premier League title again. In the last season, I think City did not have enough strong strikers who could score at any given time and that is what caused them to lose the Champions League title. But they have already solved that problem by bringing in Erling Haaland.

So it really does not feel like they have any weakness right now. My fear is that if this squad cannot win both the English Premier League title and the Champions League title, a question will be raised about the manager. According to me, Liverpool is going to be the best English Premier League competitor for Manchester City, but I am not so certain about that because Liverpool has made some decisions that I and many others do not agree with.

I agree that many things are wrong with chelsea i was a bit shocked by the result and i don't like how they let go of some good players like rudiger and lukaku and managed to keep some poor players like werner, and pulisic i agree with you that they need new players asap if they want to compete for trophies, their current squad is filled with young unexperienced players and some just not good enough to play in chelsea.
