oh shit, how the hell did the arsenal draw? I was happy when they scored, but then the equalizer came at 65 minutes, this made me very angry, honestly after the equalizing goal I realized that Arsenal would lose points in this game and with this result

Kinda expected that to happen especially after the 2nd half start. If you look at the statistics, both sides are pretty even aside from the ball possession and both sides have quite similar goal attempts. I thought they would let Arsenal take on the initiative to attack when they equalize but Southampton decided not to stop there which makes things even harder for Arsenal

Arsenal played way better in the first half, they were able to score and they created more scoring opportunities then they did in the 2nd half, Southampton managed to steal a goal and were okay with a draw and went defensive mode which made it really hard for Arsenal to score or even shoot on goal.

Chelsea v Manchester united ended in a draw. Obviously, in the first half, Manchester United dominated the match. But in the second half they played a bit worse. Chelsea scored the first goal in the 87th minute. With a goal in the last minutes, united made it 1-1 and the match ended in a draw. This result is a positive result for united. After all, you are away. They also have a better fixture.

Chelsea had what it takes to win the game, but they weren't good enough to win the game. Manchester united put their best in the game and deserve the draw points with the home team. Jorginho taken the deserve penalty but Casemiro levelled the game at extra time. I consider the game a bit boring in the first half, it's more less actions in the game because blues didn't play up to my expectations. However it is what it is, blues are still one point ahead of united which happens to be their arrival.

The most interesting part of the game was the ending, to be honest, the game itself was generally uninteresting, thankfully the score was 1-1 and not 0-0 (it's been a long time since I've seen such a score between the top teams in the English league). Manchester did make mistakes that could have led to goals at some points, and yet they did so at the end, getting a penalty...

The game was so boring especially in the first half, both teams kept playing the ball around in the middle and I expected to see a very tough and competitive game where both teams will attack and try to score goals nit until late in the second half when Chelsea scored from the spot that was when Manchester United realised they needed to try and score a goal in the game. They were lucky to get one from Casemiro's late header to end the game in a 1:1 draw.

Totenham was loosing against newcastle. this puts totenham is even closer with chealsea and MU. Totenham faces two loses in a row which was affecting the mentality from its players. This will become a difficult thing for totenham for this time. The competition becomes even strict as almost there no gaps anymore between totenham and the club under it. It seems like the competition to get the top 4 will be so hard until the end of season.

Tottenham players appear to have lost the ability to do simple things well.

Some games we saw which had a good turn around was both from Leicester City, Aston Villa and Nothingham Forest. This sides impressed during the weekend. Leicester City put four good goals pass wolves, the best goal and goal of the week should be awarded for that perfect strike from Tielemans. Also Vardy finally scored his first premier league goal of the season. Immediately Steven Gerrard got sacked, Villa stood strong to bounce back to get wins immediately, Danny Ings with a brace for the day. Also Nothingham Forest shocked Liverpool after there old timer scored to seal the win for Nothingham Forest. The chase for the golden boot continues, Haaland has been far from impressive, he is been followed both by Harry Kane and Mitrovic who has ten and nine league goals.

I'm a little surprised what caused Tottenham to experience a decline in performance, losing 2-1 to Newcastle was really beyond prediction. I bet for them in this match but it's really unlucky. MU and Chelsea's points are getting closer to them, there is a possibility that their position will be shifted if they continue to lose.

If they could have scored another goal in this match, Tottenham could have drawn the match but Newcastle scored 2 goals in this match and they won the match. Let's say Nottingham forest, Leicester city and Aston Villa had a remarkable weekend in the premier league with stupendous win against their opponents. Nottingham shocking everyone with a 1 nil win against almighty Liverpool, that was really a bad news for gamblers who bet winning for liverpool because at the end of the day, they didn't smile. Leicester coming in the end with so much confidence, Tielemans strike which led to the opening of goal for the Foxes, and is probably goal contender for the week. They later made it 4 nil against wolves who also had bigger goal scoring opportunities but couldn't net a single goal. While Aston Villa seems to doing well at the moment after relieving Steven Gerrard of his duty as coach.

Tottenham - Newcastle game ended really shockingly to me. I was expecting a competitive game for sure but I would never thought of a win for Newcastle here.

The first half was no different than a nightmare for Tottenham. Newcastle got 2-0 ahead already and captured a huge advantage. I wouldn't expect this to happen after seeing that Manchester United kept Newcastle at 0 goal. Tottenham should have been able to defend them well also and they should have been the side to get ahead first. Recently there is a significant amount of decrease in their performance. This is their second loss in a row and Conte need to wake his players up immediately.

This match was very competitive in my opinion, Both teams played attacking each other and in terms of ball possession Tottenham were superior to the visitors by 52 percent. In terms of the opportunities obtained by both teams, Tottenham were able to make 17 attempts with 5 on target, while Newcastle created 15 opportunities and 5 of them were on target.
Actually Tottenham played well in this match, Tottenham players immediately launched an attack from the early minutes, but were always broken by the Newcastle defense. Tottenham were not able to do much in front of Newcastle, during the game only 1 chance that managed to tear the Newcastle goal.

With these 3 points, Newcastle managed to penetrate the top 4 of the Premier League with a collection of 21 points, while Tottenham are one level above it with a difference of 2 points.

Interestingly, this win against Liverpool... bring Nottingham Forest back into the competition for the safe zone in the table. I think until the game against Liverpool everybody would have said that they are not going to make it, but taking 3 points away from Liverpool will give them a boost in confidence certainly for their home games. They will definitely be able to beat the teams right in front of them at least in home games. A point here and there and I would say it is not yet safe to say that they are not going to make it. They were under pressure because they were about to lose contact, but then came Liverpool to help them achieve a temporary turnaround...

Their defensive strategy was quite successful. but Draw is not a bad result. regardless of losing the bet. but I am quite satisfied to see this match.

I don't see any chance for totenham to be able to beat newcastle. Newcastle's performance is better than totenham. Look at what happened with first goal by newcastle. The goal keeper from totenham was doing a very wrong thing by going forward to get the ball outside of penalty area.
The defensive players of totenham were doing nothing too. totenham's performance was so bad in that match. No doubt if totenham lose against newcastle. Im sure that totenham fans will be blaming referee

I get it, Spurs are suffering because of Kulesevki and Richardlison who are injured and they are the frontlines that always do the winning for Spurs. Anthonio Conte have not been happy in their past two games and would do better in the champions league game.

And because Arsenal only got a draw from the game against Southampton then this is actually very unfortunate. because with this draw, Arsenal became unable to widen the difference in points with Manchester city. even though if Arsenal can win this match then the difference in points between Arsenal and Man city will be more. then of course with this it provides an opportunity for manchester city to reclaim the top of the standings if Man city can continue to win in the next match. but for the title then I still can't predict which team will take it this season and even though Arsenal are now at the top. but indeed by looking at the results of this match we can say that Arsena may not necessarily be able to stay at the top of the standings until the end of the season. unless Arsenal can be more consistent in showing their best performance in the next matches.

These result has showered that football is not mathematic, therefore its results or outcome cannot be accurately predicted. Hugo Lloris orchestrated Tottenham's defeat because of his two mistakes. Maybe he needs a break like Édouard Mendy of Chelsea. Liverpool's loss was incomprehensible because they were a far better side in the match but all their efforts couldn't produce a goal. Southampton was just fortunate not to have conceived more goals against Arsenal. But I must recognize that they have a very organized and solid defense.

Aston Villa's massive win against Brentford immediately after the sack of Steven Gerrard means a lot to me. Firstly it might be that he didn't have a good relationship with the player which made them not give their best when he was in charge. Secondly, maybe Aaron Danks the caretaker coach understands the player more than Gerrard. Lastly, yesterday was just Aston Villa's lucky day.

It seems the Arsenal squad is getting tired. The Gunners' winning streak was finally interrupted at Southampton. Mikel Arteta of course must immediately evaluate his squad. Two consecutive defeats that Tottenham have received in two consecutive weeks, this is increasing dangerous if not corrected, Spurs are getting closer to the point difference with rivals Newcastle, Chelsea and United, despite only playing eleven games, currently Tottenham are under great pressure, following the results bad in the previous two games.
Anthonio Conte must be able to refresh and rotate injured players, so that in the next match they do not lose again and do not lose points again.

In the important match of the day, totthenham hosted newcastle united.  Both sides played a balanced match. Totthenham didn't put much pressure on newcastle despite being the hosts.  Newcastle united is doing well this season. I can say that they are playing good and enjoyable matches. They may not be champions but they can finish the season in a good place. Totthenham also lost for two weeks in a row and opened the points difference a little bit.

Tottenham must put aside these losses now. I think that's what they usually do. They started the league very well but turned things around after losing a few games in a row. As a formation, they can turn to alternatives instead of 3-5-2. I'm sure they want to be in the champions league next year. For this, they should complete this year in the top ranks. Considering that Manchester United is a more serious competitor this year, they should work harder not to lose points in such matches.
