Actually, I don't think it can ever be called a failure. Nobody expected Arsenal to be this good at the start of the year. They could have even been champions, but they missed the championship because of the points they lost in a row. That's why their success seemed to be overshadowed. It should not be forgotten that the Premier league has an extraordinary team like Manchester City. This team is a team that can be champion anywhere in the world. Brighton is not a big club and they don't have good finance so after a successful season, they will receive many transfer offers from big clubs. Players like Mac Allister, Mitoma will receive many offers and I am not sure they will want to stay in Brighton and I am unsure that Brighton will be brave enough to reject those offers.

Small clubs like Brighton usually buy cheap players and if chances come, they will sell those players at expensive costs and use part of transfer money to buy new players. The cycle is very common in small clubs and I believe that Brighton will not fall into risky strategy like Leeds United, Leicester City. If they want to keep those rising star players, they will have to offer those players new contracts which are good enough in salary for those players. If those deals finish, Brighton will increase their club salary budget and if one or two more seasons, their sport results are bad, their income will drop and they will be in financial crisis.

After all they will have to let star players leave and Brighton will have to accept rankings in middle of Premier League if they want to have sustainable strategy for their club.

Why do you feel so? The so called Alexis Mac Allister at some point was literally dropped when the speculations came up of him leaving the club Brighton.
Have you watched how they build up from behind, it's so lovely to watch honestly. Pep Guardiola recently rained praises on De Zebri and I weighed em, as I do not consider it to be flattering in the slightest way. Chelsea deserves a coach like him and not Pochetino Mauricio who I still think will be sacked.

Brighton might not have to depth for the length of the league next season due to them involvement in the Europa League, but they're quality enough. They'll still be consistent, this has got to be them first time in the europa league competition failures and challenges will come, but regardless, they'll still have a great season.

Having said that, i don't think Pochettino can lead Chelsea to trophies, they will definitely bounce back to become a decent team, but they aren't going to compete for the EPL title as some people think, their goal next season should be to get themselves back into the CL and prolly win either the Carabao or FA Cup.

If in his first season later Mauricio Pochettino can do good things like what Eddie Howe did at Newcastle, it's actually an achievement, being able to bring Chelsea back to the champions league zone to become a more competitive team by being able to win a lot of games, that should be quite encouraging for Todd Boehly because the damage done to Chelsea's body was quite severe in my opinion because Pochettino didn't build a team by looking for players on the transfer market but instead had to get rid of quite a lot of players at Chelsea and choose which ones would stay and play under his tutelage, but who will be the biggest pressure for Pochettino is the news from the media if when the season has started several Chelsea matches have not shown any changes, of course, he will be in the spotlight because when he started being linked with Chelsea there were several managers who were also experienced in building a team also linked to Chelsea but he actually went to Chelsea.

The premier league is highly competitive, only the strong survives, that's how the league operates. The Gunners had everything in their power to win the Premier League this season, but they squandered their chances. Brighton owner know this will be happend that their key players such as Alexis Mac Allister or Moisés Caicedo possibly will leave this summer because since the beggining of season these players were targetting by big clubs but seems they didn't worried about it and Brighton will allowed them to left this team but although they will losing some of key players but i don't think Brighton will lack of good players because they still have young talented players such as Julio Enciso, Evan Ferguson, or Facundo Buonanotte

Brighton holding back their star players like Allister will pressure them.
They will face challenges of maintaining the players such as salary raise among others but that is not the kind of situation that Brighton want to face now until they reach top 4 on the English Premier League table and then they could be called a big team.
I don't know why you gave all the glory of Brighton performance to their coach. Have you forgotten so fast that when Potter was there, he was doing excellently well? I will rather give the glory to the team and  not single out the coach for the glory.

Arsenal is a team that has slumped in the last few seasons and Arteta has managed to improve their performance, of course being able to finish in 2nd place in the Premier League standings this season has been very good for them.
all teams need a process to achieve achievements and success, and I think Arsenal are now going through that process.

Haha, you shouldn't believe so blindly friend. Arsenal have performed well this season. They played consistently. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that they will be able to maintain such consistency in the next season as well. More importantly, Newcastle, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Liverpool will try their best to strengthen the team. And they are preparing big funds to get the players they need in the wardrobe squad. And so the fight to qualify for the Champions League next season will become even tougher. So it should not be guaranteed that Arsenal will easily qualify for the Champions League next season.

I don’t know where we are getting this news from. Arsenal management believes so much in Arteta and they know  that he over performed this season because the aim wasn’t to win the EPL but to qualify for the UCL which they did and almost got the trophy. Poor squad depth was what messed up their campaign for the league title. And seeing how this season has gone, they need to reinforce and come back for next season. Arteta stays and I know he’ll be supported in the transfer window to get more players.
