there is so much that needs to be fixed in the Chelsea team, the players currently owned by Chelsea are indeed good players but among the players they don't have strong chemistry and they also have to find an experienced coach to overshadow next season.
this season is very bad for Chelsea, they are stranded in the middle of the Premier League standings and they are the team that has changed the most coaches in 1 season, maybe this can be a lesson for them to improve and be better next season.

Furthermore I expect Poch to improve them but if anyone expects them to win the title in his first season then they’ll be disappointed as he’ll at least need one full season to show off his magic hence I hope that the Chelsea owner’s stick with him for the long run and don’t fire him quickly.

This season Chelsea is having a very bad season by finishing in 12th place in the standings, Potter's coaching has had a very bad impact on the team, and the arrival of Lampard also in fact cannot make any changes. The importance of players in the back line for defense is very necessary for all clubs because of course they do not want to conced too many goals, which is why Arsenal need to have players to maintain their back line let alone play at UCL next season will certainly be very difficult to fight other great clubs, as well as Arsenal front lines are also needed by players who have good abilities especially young players will be better to play at Arsenal.

Like it or not, they must make improvements so that their squad is stronger and more solid to navigate the coming season. They have a good squad at the moment, but I think it's still lacking, especially when they start to look like they're dropping as the competition starts to come to a close. Yep, I'm sure Arteta has thought about that. for now, he has homework to build his team stronger. in fact, Arteta could rotate Partey into defender. unfortunately, Arteta often ignores the available options when his team is experiencing some difficulties. proven, in the last two matches when Partey was rotated to become a full-back. he is able to play very well, even though we are well aware that their opponent is not a strong team. but at least, Partey can be an option for Arteta.
I also hope that Asenal releases a number of players who really cannot be relied on, some of them are Rob Holding, Fabio Vieiera.

Coach Mauricio Pochettino has a good track record in some of the top clubs in Europe including leading Tottenham to their first UEFA Champions League final. He is well experienced and can manage any player regardless of their influence or reputation. He has all the players he needs to succeed because Chelsea invested almost half a billion dollars last season in players. This season is one of Chelsea's worst and the coach has to do a lot of work to motivate the players and restructure the team for next season.

I must say that you just expressed my mind here, most times, it's not the changing of the coach that matters in clubs but finding a way to increase the psychological issue. Forget about the fact that many of those players playing for Chelsea have good profiles, they could be demoralised as well and have lack of true will, the club needs to get it right in the way of morale. Let them start believing in themselves as a team again, the lack of this is what many clubs are paying for unknowingly. I agree on that, and I think that's one of Leicester's biggest challenges right now. Some players will be desperate to leave because they want to play in the Premier League, but if the Leicester management are able to convince their players to stay then maybe Leicester will manage to do well next season.

Yes it was a worry last season as we heavily relied on Saliba and Gabriel mostly in the season. But once Saliba was injured it went on shaky after that. Kiwior has the potential the way he played. He certainly plays with certain responsibility which I like but he still has long way to go, improve and mature.

Right now according to a tweet ^[1] quoting Romano's report, Arsenal plans to sign 2 midfielders, a centre back and a full back. Declan Rice(midfielder) and Joao Cancelo(left full-back) are confirmed Arsenal targets at this point.

I thought they could take the top spot this season, but in the last matches against the outsiders they failed to score the very important points... I think it will be difficult for Pochettino to take Chelsea to the top of the table next season even though he is one of the most experienced coaches in the Premier League. He will have to adapt his strategy at Chelsea for his maiden season and that will take a lot of time. Chelsea cannot be expected to be able to win the title as long as Manchester City are still completely able to dominate the Premier League with Pep Guardiola.

Losing consistency when the competition is about to end is very unfortunate, because by doing so they lose the title this season which they have been fighting for since the beginning of the season. Football being played by eleven players and it's not only vardy who has been playing it. It will be ashame if people were blaming him caused by it's the fault from whole of players in the club. The coach might become a better party that must be blamed but since leicester has been relegated to the championship and nice try for leicester city. I expect something better from leicester city next season. Leicester must accept if it must have won championship to get back again to the EPL.
