With all due respect for Vardy and I really liked him as a player because he wasn't turning the field into a circus show with unnecessary tricks and gestures. He was straightforward and a hardworking offender with good defensive work during his strongest season. But his time has come and saying that he should be preferred over Mason Mount at this stage of his career isn't realistic. Vardy scored 3 goals in 37 Premier League appearances. But I don't even blame him. The whole team didn't play well and he is 36.5 years old. He could have left the club much earlier but decided against it and I think that decision should be well respected because a lot of people just leave for a team that pays more or makes life easier. He took on a challenge and that is a great act in this profit driven world.

Despite the team's poor performances in this season, I wouldn’t blame it entirely on Vardy because I believe his performance last season was also influenced by the team's inability to win most of their games and lost most of their games. It's unfortunate that even Vardy wasn't able to save them from relegation this season and will have to compete in the championship next season.

So much will be expected from Pochettino coming in as a replacement for the coaches that have come and left especially with the high profiled players at the club currently. The process might take a while certainly but how much patience the board and fans can excercise matters too. I hope Todd Boehly will leave the dressing room affairs and let the manager do his job.

Am not expecting much from pochettino so that at the end I won't end up being disappointed, but let's see if his performance will be better than Chelsea previous coaches that have been sacked. Pochettino have to work on Chelsea squad, from the way Chelsea players are playing, maybe they are having internal conflicts, because with the squad Chelsea is having, then their performance should be better than the way they played in the season that just ended. He should just sell most of the players that are useless in the club, pochettino need to get players that are talented and are ready to play for the club.

I must say that you just expressed my mind here, most times, it's not the changing of the coach that matters in clubs but finding a way to increase the psychological issue. Forget about the fact that many of those players playing for Chelsea have good profiles, they could be demoralised as well and have lack of true will, the club needs to get it right in the way of morale. Let them start believing in themselves as a team again, the lack of this is what many clubs are paying for unknowingly. Imagine at times, they will sack a coach and the same coach will be doing well elsewhere, so it's not about them.

Also, the introduction of new players is key here, and these players must know their objective, they need to excite the dull team and see if they can bridge the link.

Tottenham has signed celtic Coach  Ange postecoglou, i think with his static, he is a good coach, won five trophys in two years is great achievement, if he sis able to bring more hands and experience to this Tottenham team, he might perform better. secondly, the Tottenham management must give him more money to spend to be able to compete in the league next season, you can actually have  a coach good with Average players, and he will not be able to win anything, any serious club must spend to compete in every competitions.

I didn't hear much about him, although he seemed to be Australian. But the stats at Celtic seem like he's a coach who has great potential in his career. He began his career with Australia at the World Cup and Asian Cup, then moved to Japan. And in celtic he is quite good. Maybe Tottenham is the second step, if he succeeds he thinks he will be in great demand by other big clubs. I don't think the club needs big targets, it's quite good from this season. Because rivaling Man City seems too difficult if you don't have large funds for player spending. I read in the local media he has a 4-year contract with Tottenham.

@Sterbens indeed firing Tuchel was a very big mistake and on top of that buying player’s at record speed was a big blunder by the Chelsea new owner’s. Furthermore I expect Poch to improve them but if anyone expects them to win the title in his first season then they’ll be disappointed as he’ll at least need one full season to show off his magic hence I hope that the Chelsea owner’s stick with him for the long run and don’t fire him quickly.

Firing Tuchel was not a wise decision by Chelsea management. Tuchek is a good enough coach. Given enough time, he might have been able to stabilize the Chelsea team. Of course, we cannot fully blame Jamie Vardy for Leicester's failure, because Jamie Vardy himself is very old because he is 36 years old. Pochettino will do better as long as Todd will stay off from his managerial role. Outside players trying to adapt to new coaches and trying out the instructions from their new managers, Todd too have been a big problem for Chelsea with his consistent interference with the business of his coaches. Pochettino might not do as good as Pep or Arteta and Hag but if given a chance he might bring Chelsea to top four position at least qualifying them for the upper season CL and maybe winning the FA or Carabao cup.

He had big limitations in PSG due to the over crowded squad he had to manage but yet he managed to the French league even though the point difference used was just one. With more effort at Stamford bridge it will trigger better result and good points for Chelsea
