The dropping of Leicester City Leeds United and Southampton from the English Premier League is undoubtedly disappointing. These clubs now have to choose between competing for promotion and rebuilding in lower leagues which is a difficult task. Everton is in a somewhat vulnerable situation in the meantime. The team is attempting to recover stability and momentum with  firing of Frank Lampard and the hiring of Sean Dyche. To do this Everton must place high priority on bringing in fresh talent that will improve their on field performance. Despite having a competent management the board must turn its attention to long term growth. The recent problems of Everton Which have seen them escape relegation in both of the past two seasons highlight the urgent need for stability and reform inside the organisation.

It is very interesting to not see James Maddison among these players. But of course his contract doesn't expire this summer like Tielemans' do. However I still expect to see him leaving the club as well. Because he can't just compete in the Championship while he is a really solid talent. He is still young so I believe he can find an above average team for himself in the Premier League. Normally I would have liked to see him at Arsenal especially. But they already have many nice attacking midfielders.

Manchester United is already interested in Tielemans and I see the deal being possible than we think.
I also believe that list above should rather be called the list of players whose contracts are already ended.
Because if you ask me, the only player that should leave is Tielemans and others stay back why more famous players like

Vardy,
Ndidi,
Iheanacho,
Maddison, etc should be allowed to go...

Newcastle had a great performance in the English Premier League in the just concluded season and rightfully deserves to finish in the top four position which automatically qualifiers them for UEFA Champions League football come next season.

I was surprise to see Newcastle end the season in top four, when the season started and they where in third position, I was thinking they won’t be able to maintain it till the season end, i was thinking even before the league gets to the middle they will have dropped in position anyhow, but they surprised me to end in top four, they performed well, the players really put effort in most of their matches and they really got the result, let’s hope they Will perform better in next season, maybe they will be able to end the season in a better position.

Newcastle is doing fine now but until they replicate their performance this season in two or more seasons to come, I still consider them "Lucky" to achieve what they achieved this season

This season is not going well enough for Tottenham. They even failed to secure a ticket to the Europa League or to the Europa Conference League qualifiers. Because this season Tottenham only managed to end the season in 8th place.

And to be honest, I am quite unfamiliar with the name Ange Postecoglou, but he said this Australian coach did have quite extraordinary achievements for the team he is currently under contract with, namely Celtic. The likes of chelsea and Liverpool will want to take their spot back in the top 4 next season. I’ve heard rumors of some good players Newcastle intend to sign and with a spot in the champions league i think they can land some of the players since money is not a problem to them.

Furthermore, Youri Tielemans is a crucial player in the club competitive offers from clubs triggered. James Maddison perplexes me; he's one of the best players in the English Premier League, yet his performances and identity are obscured by his association with a mediocre team. Leicester City has been demoted and will not compete in the next Premier League season. The Foxes have already identified playets available for free transfer; of course, no prominent player will want to return to the Championship, as their market worth will plummet.

I'm glad that Çağlar söyüncü has left. he hasn't had a chance to play lately and he has shone here. I want him to play for better teams. he's a really good defender and I think he deserves better teams. Tielemans is a good player too. of course, the relegation of the team has a part in the departure of these players. despite such a good squad, the team has been relegated and they need to make a fresh start.
Since Leicester have been relegated, I think they will want to get rid of some players, maybe the ones who are too much of a salary burden are the main ones.
