I didn't expect that the first half would end with a score of 3-0, Brighton's back line defense was not what it used to be, it was very vulnerable and really easy for the opponent to penetrate. Aston Villa enjoyed each of their quick goals with full ambition. I never expected a game like this from Brighton but for their performance in the first half they clearly deserved it. Ollie Watkins was the hero in this match, and the third goal is difficult to say.

Second half can Brighton reverse it? At a minimum, they have to reduce their lag.

Ollie Watkins got himself a double after a delicate finishing situation. Brighton is losing themselves by constantly failing passes and fouling Aston Villa players. Defender Estupinan fumbled and scored an own goal after Diaby's not-so-dangerous shot. The score is 3-0 in favor of the home team. I couldn't believe my eyes anymore. The first half ended surprisingly. Brighton is really sleeping. What will they do in the second half to deal with this consequence?

It seems Brighton is no longer a black horse in Premier League, they will back become a mediocre team with their unstable win and lose result. I think it's not possible Brighton will able to comeback with this big margins, they definitely will lose. Just take a look how poor they're playing, just a high ball possession but only can shots two times.

Aston villa beating Brighton to  3-0 in the first half in this game is an indication that Aston villa may most likely win this match except there can be a come back by Brighton which I doubt it's possible. Brighton is at 15 points  at third position while Aston villa is at sixth position with 12 points but if they win this game they will be at 15 points and will step up.

Aston villa in their last five games have lost three and won two, although they don't really look like they started bad this season but they aswell have not been their best buy in this game they are showing us something different and they may likely finish top five if they improve and play better, this match of won will definitely be a boost on their side.

Brighton has in the last five games won three and lost only two, they have the highest possession of the ball in this game and are trying but then are not able to convert their play into goals, but we hope they will be able to get some goals in the second half of the game, if they could possibly get three goals without a reply from Aston villa then it could be possible they secure a draw.

Brighton is hit hard with 2 goals in the first 20 minutes of the game from Aston Villa.I don't know what to think as both teams are not in the most perfect performance both not performing well in the EFL cup and also before that in Europa Conference League where both teams lost against weaker teams but Brighton was playing at home and lost the game which makes them the worse team out of the two.

I placed a both teams to score yes and Brighton to win at 3.85 odd which most likely won't come true and once again I did the wrong thing to believe in this team after losing so many bets recently backing them.

Brigton losing against Villa, shocking events do happen these days in football. Watching a competitive side dropping points is absolutely something to worry about. Aston Villa dealing with the visitors at the Villa Park. It's 30th minutes in the first half and Brighton have already suffered a trembling goal conceded of 3 nil. Roberto De Zerbi will change his plans in the second half because he's having a dissapointing game from Unai Emery's men. Watkins seems to be very much in form in today's game, netting a brace already, he might look forward for his first hattrick this new season for Aston Villa.

Brighton had to be 3 goals behind Aston Villa in the first half, Aston Villa in my opinion successfully muffled the game from Brighton so that they could not develop their game in this first half. In the second half Brighton had to catch up with their 3 goals, and it was a difficult thing to do. But I still provide opportunities for them to be able to reduce the position or even equalize, as long as they can play better than the first half.
On the other hand Aston Villa themselves will not let their advantage be overtaken by their opponents.

My prediction for today: Brighton, Arsenal, Everton, Manchester United, Newcastle, West Ham and Manchester City will win, it's a blind prediction by just looking at the teams. I will watch Manchester United vs Crystal Palace because it's more interesting to see Hojlund's progress.

Definetly, am interested to watch the Tottenham vs Liverpool match today.
I believe Tottenham has what it takes to win Liverpool although most people will say Tottenham can't win Liverpool but Tottenham has been playing well this season.
Looking at there previous games both teams got the confidence, tough game for Tottenham but am rooting for Tottenham.
Arsenal past match were poor with the striking and there performance, I hope all goes well, am not sure Arsenal will win today match and also Nketiah should bring his A game

The EPL has become so unpredictable that when you've feel you've arrived another team would just shock you, and that's what makes the league more interesting than others, Brighton have been in good performance since the season started but ever since they lost their match in the Europa League they've began to underperform, a 3-0 defeat in the 1st half is so embarrassing and know De Zerbi won't be pleased with his teams performance, they're more possessive but are finding it difficult to create more chances and allowing the home team to utilise most of their chances created.

 They're currently in the 2nd half of the game and thanks to a goal from their recent signing from Barcelona, Ansu Fati,  atleast it would serve as  a consolation goal in a case where the match ends with this current result, one player that's caught my attention in this games is Ollie Watkins, he's been very outstanding and scored a brace to put his team in front in the early minutes of the game.

Tottenham-Liverpool match will be the most watched match of the day. My favorite is Tottenham in this match. He will take advantage of being a homeowner. Liverpool have 16 points and will not want to move away from Manchester City. This can motivate them. Tottenham has 14 points and is in 5th place. If they lose points in this match, they will move away from the higher ranked teams. They will go on the field knowing this.

It will be a quality match in every aspect and a difficult one for both teams. I think it will be a good match in terms of viewing pleasure.

I've lost too many bets on blind bets based just on the teams. That's why I take care not to place bets without seeing how they start the match.

Brighton was able to reduce their deficit by scoring a goal in the 50th minute by A.Fati. But unfortunately Aston Villa were able to increase their lead again in the 65th minute, so the current score is 4-1.

I think this match was really unexpected. Because I didn't expect there to be such a clear difference in strength in this match. Aston Villa seems to be able to make attacks with very good accuracy. And Brighton's defense was terrible this time. I think it is certain that Aston Villa will get 3 points.

Brighton's first-half defeat was painful, incredible, and unexpected for them. They are currently experiencing the same emotions that the opposing team in the premier league must have felt when they lost against them. They weren't expecting to lose in such a manner in the first half, so Aston Villa's three goals against them will come as a surprise to them. Let's see what Brighton has to offer in the second half that has just begun.  Whether they will score three goals in a row or concede more goals.

There is a game between Wolves and Manchester City today as well. Rodri got a red card while playing against Nottingham you know and he got a three-game suspension. He missed the EFL Cup game and it will be the same for today too. But I don't expect this situation to create any problem against Wolves of course.

I see it as non serious problem for manchester city, missing rodri was nothing compared with kdb. Manchester city is still having a lot of great players to player in his position. Wolves is also easy team for city and there's no need to feel worry about that. Manchester city will not be wasting three points for nothing. The main mission to beat wolves will always become the main target for manchester city at this moment. I think that pep is having tens solutions to fix that problem.
Im still feeling disappointed about how rodri was getting provocated by its opponent. Rodri was just keep calm and everything will fine.

Having good players all around is a great thing but also having a system where all the players, including bench and even youth team, end up playing with means that when one player is missing you can replace them with another player and the system will go on.

Pep has been playing basically a great team football which means that stars do not matter, and yes the better your players are the better results you get, that's how they get all those titles, but when you are playing against Wolves or any other bad team, you do not need those stars, you need those stars to win the title and end up winning the UCL as well, otherwise when you are playing these level teams you do not need to spend that much money to get these superstars.

Brighton is just brighton, brighton will never be manchester city. It seems like that the weakness spot already revealed. De zerbi's strategy has a very weak defensive line. This is also making chelsea able to win in the last match even with narrow score.
Im feeling so good caused by fati was helping me in winning this bet. I took btts and it's working. I almost lost my hope caused by villa was not let brighton scoring even a single goal but im so happy to see fati has managed to help me out of my problem.
Everything is still remain very good at this moment. Brighton is having very poor defensive line and the bad runs from brighton is just starting. This club will be also facing liverpool next week.
Brighton needs to fully prepared against liverpool. Aston villa is far better in this match compared with brighton. Im seeing how emery was so happy with the result.

Aston Villa attacked a lot from the first half and found success in short order. Meanwhile, the Brighton goalkeeper and defenders were not active enough and, being underpowered, every attack was deadly. Because the defense department could not work at all due to which this match ended with a huge margin of 6-1 goals. Ollie watkin opened the scoring with a brace and was quite aggressive towards the end. Aston Villa fans are satisfied with today's performance.

Brighton, a premier league team, is considered to always surprise many big teams, but when they visit Aston Villa's headquarters, they are like a team that has just been promoted from the championship.

Amazingly Aston villa played with a high line making Brighton look as if they didn't play with their boots on in the match.
Brighton has to step up their defense in their next game to avoid such humiliating defeating from reoccurring because it's convincing enough from today's scoreline of 6:1 that Roberto De Zerbi needs to tighten  some loosing ends.

After Brighton's quite good performance in the early matches of this season, I didn't expect them to lose -1 to Aston Villa. very bad results when they play matches against strong teams in the next few matches as you said.

Of course, this is a big match this weekend because as we know, these two teams are currently in the top zone of the standings and it seems like no one thought that Tottenham could be ranked 5th in the standings at the start of this season and they have not been beaten in 6 The matches they have played indicate that they are playing very impressively this season, which is different from last season, but likewise with the Liverpool team this season they are also very impressive and are also undefeated so it will make this match very exciting to watch.

Nice performance from Aston Villa,  so surprising they will be able to play Brighton with several goals it wasn't never expected from Aston Villa.  Watkins was the man of the game for Aston Villa, he was able to score 2 goals . Brighton had much confidence of winning the game but they couldn't match to the  strength of their opponent.

Liverpool will definitely reduce points from this match, because Tottenham Hotspur players are very good in this new season to use home advantage to win this match 2-1 to improve their points which their strikers are capable to score goals that will give them victory at the end of the match. But there is no way Liverpool will not achieve a goal from this match no matter how strong Tottenham Hotspur strong at home, Liverpool will definitely look for way to score goal that will make their fans to feel good with the one goal they achieve from the match. I think Arsenal, Newcastle united and  Aston villa will win this match but Manchester united and West Ham will draw their match 1-1 because I use their past matches to predict for the game.

In my opinion, Liverpool is in trouble. Tottenham is playing well at home and may be underrated. Very important! Do we forget how often Liverpool has won and scored three goals recently? Great, but Tottenham's form may make it difficult to win. Although Liverpool has a solid record, this season feels different. Im worried about Liverpool's chances and Tottenham's home wins. But will it be 2-1? Could anyone say? Even though Liverpool will likely score to please their fans, the result is still in doubt.
