For Ten Hag United and Pochettino Chelsea, they did not join in the competition in the top four, because these two clubs had quite strange, humorous performances and were difficult to predict. But on the other hand, I am more interested in Newcastle, I think in the future they could be a stumbling block for anyone, just like Aston Villa.

I was thinking that Chelsea would give it their all to finish in the top 6, but  as things are now going, I don't think it will surprise me as much if Chelsea ends up in the relegation zone. They are currently in 12th place, having previously struggled in 10th place. Every time they begin a match, their playing style always surprises me, it's always so good So I'm still confused as to whether Pochettino or the players are at fault.
The performance of Newcastle cannot be compared to that of Manchester United and Chelsea, But Manchester United will perform better if they can get a new manager.but the issue is, who will be the next manager?

Aston villa are really pushing hard for the title composition which I see that in them, I have much confidence in them because they have defeated all the strongest teams we have right now. If Aston villa can continue I believe they will land themselves in champions league zone. I don't expect Chelsea and Manchester United in the europa zone because of their performance, but Tottenham Hotspur is capable of making it, they are just left behind because of injury challenges and I believe if the squad is fully back they can make a difference.

I don't think Aston Villa sets a target for the title. They must realize that it is something very difficult to achieve because there are many strong teams in EPL. I assume Aston Villa just tries their best to finish in UCL zone, so they can make a history to play in UCL for the next season. It will be another surprise if Aston Villa joins UCL next season after Newcastle joins the UCL for this season. Sure, they are very confident now, they could beat Man City and Arsenal, these are the strong teams in EPL. For the next matches, I assume Aston Villa can beat Man United and Newcastle. It should be easier than Man City and Arsenal.

In the EPL for now Aston villa is a good side, they were able to record a win against Arsenal and Manchester city, despite that the two winnings was just 1 goal each I will still give them a credit for that, EPL has been very interesting recently where almost all the former top four has been disappointing in their games, I know that the league is not over yet, but aston has demonstrated seriousness in their pursuit to either maintain a good position for a possible top four finish, they have remain unbeaten for some couple of matches and complement them for that, as see them making it to the top if the maintain this peak, both arsenal and Manchester city are not consistent, Manchester city narrowly defeated luton on a 0:2 victory, but ordinarily this match is suppose to be a work over for the city, what am trying to say is that for now, Aston is in a good form and the can withstand any team now.

Pochettino is a good coach, Napoli have a strong squad. However, we cannot be satisfied with Napoli's performance. But often this team surprises us by performing well. But there is no consistency in their performance. Despite playing well against strong teams Tottenham and Manchester City, they dropped points in their last matches against weaker teams. Chelsea team needs more improvement. Chelsea's performance is likely to improve if coach Poch can build his squad with his preferred players in the next winter transfer window.

I've seen no quality performance from Chelsea this season, I'm still watching the exact Chelsea game pattern under Frank Lampard and Graham Potter. When Todd Boehly appointed Mauricio Pochettino as headcoach, I thought everything will work out fine and smooth for the club, but it will definitely take time before this event could be triggered. However, Mauricio Pochettino have intents for the club, he's keen on signing more players for the Blues this season and he will not hold back his determination and actions for his club.

I guess they need to give the captain band to a more experience player and also not an injury prone players, Chelsea are may currently be lacking on defence (Cb) because of these players are injured like Fofana and Chalobah while Badiashile is not yet back to his best since he returned from injury, Silva really needs some rest but this has not been possible because of these injuries. The truth is chelsea will not be relegated the issue is them going bankrupt because of all these failed signings and injury woes. Chelsea mainly needs a good 9 and an experience midfielder.

The problem is that their consistency is not well maintained. Currently, if we look at what is happening for Chelsea, they do not have problems in terms of players because in terms of individual skills and prices they are still above average.
It's just that when we look at the performance shown, especially productivity in creating goals, things like this have always been a problem for Chelsea.
They sometimes play very well and praise is clearly deserved but in other situations they even play worse than usual.

This still cannot be fixed by Pochettino until now which makes Chelsea unpredictable easily because of their erratic performance.
Of course we expect something more than today and that should also be Chelsea's realisation because if indeed they only struggle in their current zone they will increasingly not be seen as a big club in the end because of their monotonous performance since several seasons.

Seriously, since the presence of Ten Hag at Manchester United, he has not brought a very excellent result. So far, the manager has not improved the club in any way; he is just causing damage to the club. Manchester United needs to understand that the manager is not improving their club in any way; there is no good performance, no winning, and he still remains in the club. I can say he is lucky, seriously, because if it’s another club, they could have sack him by now.

However, there will be a very important game that Manchester United needs to win tomorrow. I hope to see them succeed because the game is very important. Even though I know Bayern are a strong team and the Ten Hag squad doesn’t have the squad to win them at the moment, I hope Ten Hag will do a good job tomorrow.

If Chelsea's inconsistent performance can turn into a consistent situation, they are good enough to be in the top 6 places in the league. Pochettino is trying to rebuild a team so we can't be mad at him. I think he is one of the best coaches in football. He is one of the best options for Chelsea. Now all Chelsea has to do is wait another year.

What you are saying is not a new thing as we are know that united board show alot of relent when it comes to sacking of coach, but that's doesn't mean they can pull the plug when it calls for it, Erik ten hag is still given some breathing space because everyone knows that it's not his fault for the club playing performance been very poor because the club players  themselves lack discipline to play and it's also believe that the players themselves are the one actually underperforming on purpose.

I don't know why you mention Napoli here. I think Chelsea need time to recover after they failed in the previous two seasons. Since Abramovich sold Chelsea to Todd Boehly, that's where Chelsea decline in the Premier League began, where Todd Boehly failed to make Chelsea stronger. Even though many players were bought at quite expensive prices, when they joined Chelsea their quality immediately dropped drastically.

Pochettino is indeed a great coach but he has not been able to bring his team to become champions in the Premier League like when he was with Tottenham. Well, this season Pochettino has a lot of pressure in his task of building Chelsea because Todd Boehly has budgeted a lot of money to buy players, so if he fails, of course Pochettino will most likely be fired.

This is a big question, who is that next manager that can rescue Manchester United by calamity that befall on them, their performance is just decreasing in any match they played, Manchester United have given Ten Hag enough time to change their game to better one, even though Manchester United decided to let go of Ten Hag, it okay by me let give other the chance to know their problem, am not confident for them to make it to even Europa league because Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle united are in line capable of filling that gap.

On the other hand Chelsea are getting worse every day, they are active when the play big club but find difficult to defeat small club or even underperformed teams, Chelsea have the same points with Wolves and Bournemouth which is 19 points, the only thing that make Chelsea on top is because of goals different, now let see their next match against Sheffield United, Sheffield United have make a U turn from the lost to win.

If Ten Hag fails this season, surely he must accept the consequence. I don't think Man United will try to keep him longer, Man United must prepare another coach to replace him. But since it won't be easy to find a new coach, Man United management will give time to Ten Hag until the end of the season. Man United management seems wiser than Chelsea management.

Liverpool had patience with Klopp and ripped the reward, Arsenal he Patience with Arteta and I can say that they are now better than they were. Guardiola didn’t win anything in his first season and city didn’t sack him, now he has won almost everything for them.

It is not that Ten Hag isn’t making mistakes tactically but asking for his sack just during his second season is considered not the right to do to me because after his first good season he deserves a chance and the board should be trusting him with good Signings.

From what I hear the main problem is player injuries I see several important players are on the injury list. Apart from that, there are also internal problems between the coach and the players, which creates a few obstacles in determining the line-up so actually the problem is not only in Ten Hag hands but there are several factors. I think they still give Ten Hag a chance until the end of the season, firing him at this time was not the right choice because whoever the coach is, it will be difficult to improve the team's performance in conditions like this. Manchester United only has 2 choices, wait for all the players to recover or look for replacements in the next transfer window and we know this is not an easy choice because it requires sacrifice.

Chelsea under Todd Boehly's leadership has been full of bad decisions. The coaches, the player signed, etc. To me, the only good business that Chelsea has done under him that is significant enough is their player sale. They managed to sell their players off at fair prices. I'm still trying to figure out how they were able to sell Kai Havertz to Arsenal for about £65.

When Potter came, I expected him to do well but he didn't and he should have been fired sooner, but they didn't, then they eventually did but they signed Lampard as an interim instead. Who makes those decisions? After Lampard they hired Pochettino.  So many bad decisions.
Pochettino is good, but for a team that doesn't want to fight for anything. A team that can go 4-5 seasons without winning a trophy and they'll be satisfied with just playing well and finishing in the top 6. That's not what they need at Chelsea. With the amount of money Chelsea has spent, they need results. They need to win games and compete for trophies.
In my opinion, I think Pochettino has to go. It's sad but he has to go.

At the same time I think charging coach might bring a fresh air and discipline to the team, as much I feel this will not work out as planned for a team like Manchester United. Chelsea for example, are living hard seasons and their results were catastrophic for a team like them, yet large investments and a turn over of top coaches didn't work as it was expected to be. I doubt it will work for Manchester United too.
Pep Guardiola in the other hand might fix that team but he will not move there since he will be considered as traitor at least for Manchester City fans.
