The game is drawn in the first half, and with less time to play now, Chelsea would have a bigger problem if Sheffield scored the first goal because they have defended well so far and will try to defend more better if they can score a goal. I suspect that Nkunku will have some time to play in this second half, if he scores if given a chance, that will be a good way to make his return.

That will be a tougher rock for Chelsea to crack through should Sheffield UTD have to score in this game before Chelsea, Sheffield have proven to have a strong defense in this game so a goal from them they will just sit behind and defend their goal till the end.

I am not impressed with Chelsea's defense and midfield, the defenders are slow behind while the midfielders are not making decisive crosses to the attacking front who I think are doing better today than in their previous games only that the ball is not regularly getting to them from the midfield. I expected Chelsea to come back into the second half with a hunger to score and win this game.

Sincerely I'm having the same doubts as you too, the consistency to maintain the top spot in the English premier League is not an easy task, let's just watch how well arsenal would go about this their campaign this season, although I give it to them haven been this consistent till this time of the season, though Manchester city has have had their fair share of inconsistency this season too, so maybe arsenal could capitalize on that weakness by Manchester city to end at the top ranking of the league.

Arsenal are still one of the strong contenders in the league this season but we doubt they can survive until the end of the season after entering the second half of the season. Arsenal and Liverpool should be able to take advantage of Man City's unstable condition because currently Man City has a weak point after several players suffered injuries. Both Arsenal and Liverpool have to really take advantage of the conditions because the league is still quite long and if both of them are unable to maintain consistency then it is feared that when Man City shows another good game they could be chased like the previous season.

However I'm not seeing much threat from Liverpool or even Tottenham Hotspur, in any case the league is still open for Many things to still happen.

Liverpool have been a strong challenger this season to become one of the teams in the League and they are still consistent enough to date to have managed to occupy first place in the standings. This week they will face Man United and this will be proof of how strong they are to stay at the top of the standings because if they slip up, Arsenal will take over at the top of the standings. Tottenham were not part of the title race because they were only able to play well in the beginning, but now they have lost consistency after suffering several defeats.

I'm even surprised myself because after when Manchester City scored that second goal, i was actually thinking it was game over, as I thought Manchester City will go ahead to score more goals, however the game Crystal palace were playing anyone could easily suspect that they might come back because they were playing a counter attack pattern right from first half. But making this game 2-2 was really commendable, crystal palace defended and made good effort to fight back till the end of the game, that's why football is one beautiful game, because it's full of surprises.

Even though Chelsea wasted many opportunities in the end they were able to win. In this match, Chelsea appeared dominant to beat Sheffield United with a convincing score of 2-0. This is good for Chelsea because they are approaching this match with a bad trend after only winning once in the last five matches, including losing the last two matches.

In this match, Chelsea also attacked from the start but the two teams were evenly matched with no goals throughout the first half. It was during the second half that Chelsea were able to lock in the points after goals from Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson, which determined victory in this match. It's true, Chelsea wasted too many opportunities even though they had completely controlled the course of this match.

I hope he gets fired. he has not brought in any improvement honestly. The only thing he has been able to do is give the Manchester United fans hope. False Hope I should say. Because none of the promises that he has actually made are actually done by him. At this point I feel like he is literally scamming Manchester United. I mean he did finish the season pretty well last season? I am not saying that they are suddenly an amazing team but when you have one bad season (half over) and one great season, it's hard to fire a manager. I am not saying they should not fire him, but it's not an easy decision to make. You look at this season and you hope that you can get someone better, but you look at last season and you doubt if they could get anyone better.

I believe that they should not fire him until the end of the season, just keep him doing whatever he can for as long as he can, in the end they will manage to make it as far as they possibly could with him. By the end of the season, if he is not good enough then you can fire him early June and start looking for someone else.

What a surprising turn of events but I must say I'm not surprised because it's not a new thing for small teams to prove a difficult bone to chew for big clubs but many expected that this game will be a work over for Man City especially as they haven't been impressive in previous games. This is this time they are drawing at home and as expected, Pep will be wondering what he didn't do right. It's an especially embarrassing game for the home fans as they were having the lead down from the first half but goals from Mateta and Oliseh changed the narrative for Crystal Palace.
 Roy Hudson's side have managed to take a much needed one point from Pep's men to push them to 15th place and even though it's not three points, it's better than a loss that they would have suffered.

That coach is  short sighed in my own analogy, he has so much faith in that Jackson guy and such unnecessary confidence has blinded him to the fact that Jackson slow down attack  unnecessarily, sterling didn't perform optimally today  quite alright, but Jackson is very weak to be played alone upfront. The coach has his reasons though, but for me, its not paying off. I can't wait for Nkunku to play upfront with Broja supporting him, the result will be tremendous because both has the power and Nkunku has a good finishing capacity. It will bring a big  boost to their attack.

It was very, very unexpected that Man City lost points again by drawing, regardless of the way the match went, I think they were just unlucky. In the last five matches, Pep Guardiola squad has only been able to achieve one win, a situation that puts them in big doubt. What I mean is that there will be a lot of people reacting and questioning their strength this season, regarding defending the title and getting it back.

For Liverpool and Arsenal losing points to Man City means a golden opportunity for them, because they can continue their steps towards topping the EPL standings. Of course they have to beat their respective opponents, but in this case the Reds have a little difficulty because they have to beat Man United. So far City have lost 17 points, with details of 4 draws and 3 defeats.

Pep is certainly not happy with this draw, and City only weakness is lack of luck in the form of 2 points. Apart from that, they played quite well, and dictated the course of the match according to their wishes, Crystal Palace was a lucky team because they avoided defeat and made most people bets lose.

Placing a bet on Manchester City to win is not more profitable in my opinion because bookmakers always underestimate any team City is playing especially the average teams, they do give City small odds  that that are not profitable and might cut a long ticket, that is why I always bet them to score more than one goal or the entire match to have over 2.5 goals.

Today is a very sad day for Manchester City fans, they trew away three points in the space of fifteen minutes; Palace score two goals within the space of 15-20 minutes and to secure them one point at Etihad stadium. City could have been ahead of Arsenal with goal difference if they have won the match but unfortunately, they are still two points behind Arsenal and one point behind Villa, if the all win their respective matches, they will be five to six points ahead if Manchester City.
