Or maybe Chelsea should go back to the good old days of Roman Abrahamovich, because he was the last person that had better strategy for Chelsea in the last decades, however he was still hiring and firing at will. So we shouldn't see what the new Boss is doing now as "shambles" if I should borrow your words. I personally believe Chelsea is going through a Rebuilding process, after the exit of Abrahamovich, maybe it will take a little more longer before they will have their footing, their supporters on the other hand don't have that kind of patient.

I don’t think that Abramovich’s times were successful because he was a good owner (in fact, he was the same sheikh as the real sheikhs who came later), he just flooded everything with money (when there was no FFP yet). After the first successes, he thought that he was the king of the world and even fired Mourinho (even though he was doing quite well) thinking that he could have a team that would dominate here and there. But then competitors came and none of this happened. Abramovich may be much dumber than the current owner, he was just lucky to buy Chelsea when there was no FFP yet and loot a huge pile of money from Russia.

Manchester United did everything posible to win the cup final and secure a place in the EL. I think that Chelsea expected a victory from City in the final, this would have given them a place in the EL and perhaps Pochettino’s further fate at Chelsea would have been different, but perhaps with this victory ten Hag retained his place in Manchester (we don’t know this for sure yet). But Chelsea and Manchester United did not have the best season, if a team cannot play in the Champions League, this is a weak result.

For Chelsea having spot into Europa Cup or Conference Cup is same with currently after Manchester United win they are having spot into Conference Cup which is also bonus because no one expecting this result from them, but their wins into last five games give them good chance for having this spot but still Mauricio Pochettino sacked because Boehly never love any person who want to interfere in transfer window which is main problem and after having this impressive end of this season now Mauricio Pochettino was thinking to have some talk about this with chairman, but he sacked him.

There is no doubt we all know Manchester United and Chelsea has never been on target for having positive end of the season but things done positive, and they were able to have something near the end which is good now how things will be settled in next season it's never been easy because we are still going to have few changes in coming days.

Well, a lot of Manchester United fans don't agree with you. Somehow fans believe winning the FA Cup erases all his wrongs. I understand that they want to give the manager more time. That's understandable, but you only give a manager time when he's showing signs of improvement, not signs of deteriorating. He finished 3 in his first season and finished 8th the next season. That's not an improvement.
Look at the way Manchester United play, since he took over, they've not been impressive, they were worse this season. Arsenal and Liverpool gave their managers time and it paid off, but we should also remember that Arsenal and Liverpool showed signs of improvement over the years that's why they were given time.

The players are not improving, and neither are they motivated. The way he handles his players and makes excuses is not the way to go.
It's obvious from the way the team plays that the number 1 problem is the coach.
Aside from Ten Hag, the Manchester United board need to make big decisions on players they hire and players they sell. A lot of players need to leave, and a lot of other positions should be filled by quality players.

there is no need to doubt whether Enzo Maresca can make changes in the next season to bring Chelsea back to its glory days because of the management's confidence and also the fans see the history of Enzo Maresca who has experience when he was an assistant coach at Man City.
we probably won't know what Enzo Maresca will do, but we have to believe that Chelsea has good finances and can give Enzo the freedom to bring in the players he wants as long as they can really make a good contribution in the upcoming matches.

regarding Pochettino disappointment who has succeeded in bringing Chelsea to a good achievement to finish in the best position, but I'm sure he will be more accepting of the policies given by Chelsea management and I think Pochettino can still look for another team that can appreciate his hard work more and maybe I guess he will still stay with the EPL team but doesn't know which team will choose Pochettino as their new coach.

Everything is wrong about Manchester united, the players performance and the managerial skills. If winning FA cup erase all things he has done, does that help the individual stats? What are the criteria to vote Manchester united players for individuals award? On what ground do you think they need to give any of their players a Balon D'or because I'm not sure if any of their players will be among top 20, look at Chelsea Performa finishing in 6th place, Cole Palmer will definitely be among top 10 contestants, this is what Manchester united doesn't have with all of their players including the expensive ones the bought this season.

The coach is the problem, you can't blame the players all the time, the players don't have the final says if the coach tell them to play a particular style, doing what he doesn't approve will get them bench for the next game as punishment or not allow to be present just the way he was trying to discipline Rashford and some other players that doesn't listen to him. I believe at this junction, Ten Hag must go so the club can focus on another manager to bring a new style to help the team and the club.

Time is exactly what Erik Ten Hag needs to boosts the confidence of the players. Manchester United won the FA Cup with what form exactly? Erik Ten Hag have succeeded in elevating the performance of the club and they're currently improving in all sectors. Before witnessing the standard form of the club, Manchester United needs to make good runs when it comes to signing players.

If Guardiola is still at Manchester City and other teams don't make extraordinary breakthroughs then I am again confident that City will be able to dominate the Premier League again next season. Pep is really a very intelligent manager and he is able to manage the team quite well. It is very likely that next season The Citizens will make history by winning consecutive titles.

Arsenal can almost break City's hegemony, but their players don't have enough mentality when they are in a crucial phase, even though the opportunity is big enough to surpass Manchester City.

It was a surprised to many people seen Chelsea in top six in the premier league table to top Manchester united and other teams, because their coach discovered some faults that is affecting the team but the moment he found solution to it, Chelsea started getting it right at the end of the tournament.

They completed the season with a rank that is higher than what most of people thought and it is a mistake and responsibility from his head coach Pochettino who was sacked.

Is it fair enough to say the head coach was sacked because of this better than expected result?

Everyone having feeling things were going better under Pochettino while he understands what is wrong happening around this team but as he fixed these issues and having good results Todd Boehly feel not comfortable, and he sacked him which is interesting because now new coach surely going to take time with it's never been easy for him to stay here with this attitude which is doing by Boehly with coaches in last few months even Chelsea ends their campaign on high note above Manchester United and New Castle United which is surprising.

Mauricio Pochettino did not deserve to be sacked for many reasons. Firstly, Chelsea showed a positive trend in their results.

Honestly, I did not expect that Mauricio Pochettino would be sacked with how Chelsea's performance improved towards the end of the season. Seriously, he did not really deserve the sack, but from what I heard from people, he was guided by the conditions of matches that he would win before he was signed as Chelsea manager, and if he did not meet up, he would be sacked. I think that is the reason that caused the Pochettino sack. But from the way I view Pochettino's performances, if they give him more chances, I have little belief that he will take Chelsea out of their poor performance. Before Pochettino was signed, Chelsea's performance was really a waste, but with it, Chelsea's improved.

The English Premier League is tougher than we all anticipated it to be and there's more to accomplish with the current form of Manchester United. The headcoach of Manchester United, Erik Ten Hag should know exactly what he wants and he's doing quite an excellent job in Old Trafford. He's always delivering his club when they do need him. This is football and we can never predict them because everything always go outside our plans. There's more to football than mere playing on the field, we have the trophies section which is demanding.

What is there to predict? Bro, my own opinion and assessment to this issue may be different from yours but for me that is what a good manager does when he comes to a team. To mend the forces and make things work for a faulted team. Let's take for instance, Manchester United was in their worse state of affairs and performance when Ten Hag came into the club. What I seriously expected from him was to right the wrongs and set the record straight for the club. This is what big coaches do. This is the point to which you should appreciate the likes of Xavi of Barcelona and Arteta of Arsenal. Instead, Ten Hag was having series of issues with his star players and had to bench the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo when he was heavily paid by the club to deliver in his task as top player in the club.

Benching Ronaldo? Cristiano Ronaldo failed to show up for pre-season with his quest for joining a new club competing at the Champions League Competition. How do people forget about this quite easily?

So Erik Ten Hag used that absence to punish him by leaving him on the bench.  Funny thing was that, Ronaldo did not communicate with the coach and stuff's until almost every club in Europe said no to him. I'm a hardcore Cristiano Ronaldo fan but he had his won faults and failings.

Manchester United fans baffles me, they see a soft coach they say he is too hard on the players, they see the reverse and they're still not fvcking comfortable.
As for Jadon Sancho, he was never a first team player even for Ralf Ragnick and Ole Gunner Solskjaer. Erik Ten Hag backed him up to go on a personal fitness with coaches in the Dutch league only to comeback to bullshit. People can cry all they want. I watch several English Premier League matches regularly. Manchester United is my favorite team and I watch all the matches of Manchester United even though Manchester United is not performing well at the moment.  Apart from Manchester United, I watch Arsenal and Manchester City as well as Liverpool matches. In this discussion, I can see that many people are talking about betting. I have experience of betting on cricket game but I have no experience of betting on football game but I am thinking of betting on football game hopefully from next season I will start betting on football game.

Am sure you are not talking about Manchester United this season because they needed serious help it got to a point that in almost every game Manchester United must concede goals. they had a weak defense. i know you are a Manchester United fan i wonder how you were coping with all does times that they kept losing and the injuries what annoys me the most was their goalkeeper every game the guy made it a tradition to always concede a goal. if you claim you watched the game of Manchester City and Liverpool then Arsenal will you compare their performance with Manchester United which finished eighth position in the Premier League table to those that finished top 3? Arsenal have tried twice now and they can’t boost so much well of their result after this two trials, they continue to finish as runner up to Manchester City for all the times they had the chance to finish as winners and keep losing that opportunity to Manchester City. They could be a threat again next season, but with other big teams seen as potential threats, Arsenal threats can’t be considered as one to be feared, it is likely that they’ll still repeat the same thing next season. Liverpool, Chelsea and Aston Villa’s threat next season should be feared more because they don’t look like teams that will have the opportunity and still lose it as Arsenal did last season. I trust Chelsea more in this, and if they get the opportunity Arsenal got this season in the coming season, Chelsea could be the premier league winner by next season. Next season won’t be that easy for any team, but until then, we can tell what each team will have to offer to make them potential champions.

Enough for Manchester City in the Premier League, if they win the Premier League title again next season, then other teams in the Premier League will be classless especially Liverpool, Manchester Unites, Chelsea, and others but Arsenal have tried and they can win the Premier League next season.

I am also seing Arsenal as a potential title winners next season, they have fought so hard in the last two seasons and they are the only teams that come close to Manchester City since last season and this season, ad for Arsenal to win Manchester City this season means they will try as much as possible to maintain consistency avoid losing matches like matches against Aston Villa which lead to Arsenal's failure to win the Premier League this season.

I agree completely. Pochettino was turning things around for Chelsea, so firing him seems short-sighted. Palmer and Jackson were improving under his leadership as the club rose from 10th to 6th. This choice echoes last season's managerial error. Enzo Maresca may be a good coach, but upsetting momentum again may be terrible. Pochettino needs more time to fulfill his vision and make Chelsea a major contender. Hope the club doesn't repent this hasty move

In my view, Chelsea is not a team that has patience and Chelsea is a team that cannot respect the process. Because anyway, if Chelsea can respect the process and give a second chance, then surely Pochettino can still do his best for his second season later. Indeed, Pochettino failed but anyway, in the end Pochettino also managed to make better results for Chelsea. So yes, even though Chelsea will appoint a new coach for next season but anyway, if for example the new coach cannot provide good results for Chelsea later in his first season. We are too quick to judge Chelsea on how they change their manager frequently when they are not delivering their work effectively as the management desire without realizing that they are running a business which requires a positive result in order to progress. Chelsea as a club is like a company and no company will continue to hire you and keep on paying you if you are not making impact on the progress of the company. I understand the importance of patience with couches in order to allow them to build a formidable team in the long run but if it takes forever to build the team, it means the couch has no idea or strategies to make it a reality. Besides, there are signs to see in a team and one would be able to tell whether the couch deserves more time to prove himself.

We shouldn't attribute this attitude to Chelsea alone because every club will do same when they are not getting desired result from the couch they appoint. You as individual can not keep a property that has no benefit or value to you for longer period talk more of a group of people who aim big as a club to be recognized as one of the best in all competitions.

Chelsea needs time to return to competing at the top. Now the Premier League is no longer just a competition to be in the top four like before, in fact the competition is now even tighter. Now the ten teams in the EPL have almost the same abilities and if they are in the top seven it is very good even though finishing in the top four is always a high expectation. I'm sure the Blues will come back and now that process is starting to show. It's just that club officials don't need to be rash in making decisions and don't be influenced by the whistling of fans who are always impatient with the transition period that is currently going through. I don't think firing Pochettino is the right solution but it has happened and let's see the next developments for the Blues.

Erik Ten Hag performance this season is of course not good because he is unable to maintain the club level of desire to remain in the top 4 circle so he can play in the Champions League. This season, Manchester United closed the season in 8th place. It is clear that Erik performance in the second season has decreased quite drastically compared to his first season with Manchester United. On the other hand, there is certainty that Erik Ten Hag fate will end with Manchester United, but for that we will just have to wait for official news from the team in the near future.

I think Manchester United fans are quite disappointed with Erik Ten Hag performance this season because with the status of a team that won many EPL trophies, in fact they had to finish in 8th place. Of course there are appropriate considerations to support Manchester United performance next season, one of which might be looking for the ideal coach can restore harmony within the team in order to achieve better targets next season.
