Each coach has his own way of bringing the team he supports to victory. Coach is not the only challenge for Manchester United. Manchester United needs more players to strengthen their squad, the available players seem like they are not strong enough to continue playing football. In my opinion, we can blame Ten Hag because since he refuses to get young players who can improve their games when other teams are busy signing many players, Manchester United will be talking about one player since the Premier League games ended, they have been planning to sign one right back. I don't know if Manchester United is facing final difficulties that's why they don't want to buy big players.

Ten Hag's and Thomas Tuchel, are all the same. Bayern Munich got to the Champions League semifinal because of the quality players they had, despite that they have quality players Tuchel failed to manage the club. I don't want Manchester United to appoint a coach who failed to manage his previous club.

In addition, Unai Emery is far better than Ten Hags in the Premier League this season, they performed very well and finished the season in 4th position, I don't think Ten Hags had a good season at Manchester United this season only because they won the FA Cup. Aston Villa finished last season at 7 places, while Manchester United ended in 4th place. We all know De Bruyne is important player for Manchester City and as a playmaker De Bruyne position is still irreplaceable in this team because in my opinion for that position there was no player can play as well as him but De Bruyne contract will be expired on 2025 and if he decide will not extended his contract with Manchester City then probably next season would be his last season with this team and indeed he should be stayed and extended his contract because Manchester City still needed him but recently De Bruyne has give his statement regarding his future in this team because De Bruyne was doubt he still playing well with Manchester City with his current age

Besides that De Bruyne has starting to often to gets injury even this season De Bruyne have to absense 5 months because of injury and De Bruyne said he feels he is nearing the end of his career in football so that's why he started to open his mind to listening to offers from other teams including Saudi Pro League teams because De Bruyne feel someday playing on that League is not bad idea and after these statements i will assume most likely De Bruyne will not extended his contract and leave Manchester City after his contract expired

I know Ten Hag performance wasn’t really good last season, and I never expected Manchester United to end the season at the position which they ended it, but from the way Manchester United played last season, I won’t be blaming only the coach for their poor performance, the players always have to be blamed, they have to change their mentality also, some players played like they are not really ready to play for the team, or they are not paid for what they are doing. If Ten hag is being sacked, there might not really be much difference with the new coach that will be coming if the players don’t change their mentality.

The role of a coach is not just to determine the line up, scheme and also the tactics of the team game, I think the coach job is of course more than all of that including raising the morale and also the mentality of the players when they are on the field, you can see how a good coach can motivate their players when the first half break is over and we can see how the players are motivated in the second half and that's what I have not seen any motivation so far Which can indeed lift Manchester United performance if the team is indeed in a state of lagging or losing, that's why I think Ten Hag is not enough to make much difference in the current Manchester United squad.

This season is the worst season for the Red Devils. Because I've never even seen this team ranked so badly before other than this season. To be honest, Ten Hag is indeed an expert in making tactics. But once again, as we talk a lot about here, Ten Hag is not good at maintaining good relationships with players. Even under his management, we also see players competing with each other within the club. What makes the chemistry in this team sometimes goes awry. So I might agree with Ten Hag's decision to be fired. but it really depends on who will replace him. Yes, it's true that getting the FA Cup trophy is not a success, although it is also worth appreciating, there is something bigger than that, namely the EPL, therefore Ten Hag has a lot to do next season. I think City lost to United just to keep Chelsea out of the europa league. I think Guardiola was also angered by Bowley's decision to sack Pocchetino that he decided to lose to United in the cup.
Seriously, Ten Hag's winning percentage is not as bad as Solskjaer, but the only thing is that Ten Hag was given much more money for transfers and he could choose any players he wanted because his credibility was huge. even after he kicked out players during the season the management did not cross him, apparently everyone was waiting for the result, but as a result Manchester finished the season even lower than Chelsea, which last season was struggling to stay in the EPL.

Initially I blamed Erik Ten Hag for Manchester United's bad results, but after finding out that they still had good luck with this Dutch coach, maybe continuing to work with him wasn't so bad. I don't know why some players don't use other people's mistake to learn and what pains me the most is that the player Paqueta is a very good player with a bright future coming from a big nation as Brazil. Brentford player Ivan Tony was charged for this same thing which I believe Parquet should have learnt from, why would he even engage in such act after all they pay him well to be more comfortable but now he'll be without anything concerning football for 8yrs I think, I was even thinking that Pep would get him.
