Truly Arteta deserve some respect and accolade for the progress and improvement of Arsenal both in Premier league and UCL, however he still needed to win a trophy this season to complement his efforts on the team because achieving success with a team without a trophy to his credit is a minus to me thus Arteta has to ensure that he wins something this season even if it is a Carabao or FA Cup that would shows a remarkable progress of the team,  last season Man Utd board are in verge of sacking Erik ten Hag fortunately he won FA Cup for the team I believe that is why the board gave him another chance thus if Arteta continue to manage Arsenal without a trophy definitely the board would question his ability.

Overall, Arteta has managed to improve Arsenal quality into a team that is able to give competition to Manchester City in the title race. Although he has not been able to present the EPL trophy for Arsenal, he deserves respect for his performance so far. Arsenal are still unable to compete in the UCL like Manchester City did, Arteta needs to make his team perform consistently to reach a level that has never been achieved before. Arteta must find the key to luck like Jurgen Klopp did when he was still managing Liverpool, even though Manchester City is the strongest club in the EPL, he must be able to break City dominance to find the EPL trophy.

He almost made Arsenal a party in the last two seasons, but due to a lack of consistency towards the end of the season, they had to be satisfied with finishing below Manchester City. I believe he is capable of making Arsenal win trophies, as long as he continues to learn from his failures in the last two seasons, Arteta will be a manager who is highly respected by Arsenal fans.

What do you think Madueke would have done without Cole Palmer's pass? I'm not so sure he can score a lot of goals but I have to admit that it was Madueke's luck that he got a hat trick in the match with Wolves, while the next one is still not sure he is not Haaland who can score every time.

There is no doubt about Cole Palmer, it's one of Chelsea's best buy players, even though it's expensive Palmer still has a lot to contribute to Chelsea.

Looking at some of Chelsea's upcoming fixtures it won't be too complicated because it faces a low team, even so it doesn't need to be underestimated that we need to ask how far Chelsea is consistent with its victory? That is the way Chelsea's opportunity to continue to win points with low teams.

It is clear that without Cole Palmer there would be no goal scored by Madueke feet in the match. I believe Arsenal will do better this season, I don't think Arsenal will disappoint their fans at the end of the season like they did last season. Last season, Arsenal lost both at home and away against Aston Villa, but this season we have seen some changes in their performance, Arsenal defeated Aston Villa with a clean sheet, so I am confident that this season will be different from previous seasons.

I think you should allow Chelsea fans to celebrate their first win of the season because they can't remember the last time they got excited about their victory, even last season, they weren't comfortable with the way the club was playing, you're right, they should be happy for the time being, but they don't know how consistent the team will be, Madueke faced a weak team and scored his first hat trick for the club, but I doubt he will do so again, he has already scored three goals, one behind Haaland, but let's see how many he can score this season.

I don't know why some people here are not happy seeing Chelsea fans smiling. Reading lots of posts here justifies how eager people are to see their downfall. Madueke scored against wolves and not a newly promoted club but you're calling wolves a weak team? Wolves that has been maintaining their top flight campaign in Premier league for several seasons is now being considered a weak team because they played against Chelsea. I know they have been struggling too since last season but they're a solid mid table team with strengths and are very competitive in the league. Chelsea overpowered them with a thunderstorm scoreline but it doesn't make them a weak team.

Of course, Wolves is a weak team that has struggled with their performance from last season. I will consider them a weak team because they lost their first and second games of the season, if any team wins or draws one of their last two games, they would not be considered a weak team in the Premier League, Madueke was lucky to score a hat trick against a weak team, for him to win the heart of Maresca and be among the starting players in every match. However, Chelsea has the second leg of the Conference League tonight, since you people are sure that Madueke will do better this season, let's see what he can do starting with today's match.

However, if Haaland somehow suffers an injury, it will be difficult for City to maintain consistency. In the past few seasons we have seen Haaland playing as Alvarez as Haaland's replacement when he faced injury. And we've seen good performances from Alvarez in every match. Manchester City do not have a suitable replacement for Haaland this season.

Arsenal and Liverpool, on the other hand, have tried to solve their internal squad problems this season. And these two groups have been largely successful. We saw better performances from Arsenal and Liverpool in both matches. The best signing by Chelsea is Palmer, while other signing are mostly bad players, only few are decent.

I honestly think that Cole Palmer has the abilities to become the best number 10 in all of England. He is creative, clinical, and very calm. That's three of the best qualities an attacker needs. He showed his decision making abilities in the game against the Wolves, and let's be honest, if not for Palmer, Madueke wouldn't have had his hat-trick. There is no way.

For Chelsea to keep this rhythm, they have to show up in games with a strong mentality and the idea of to not giving up. I think they only started dominating the game when Wolves slowly gave up, and started giving away much more opportunities for Chelsea. I think in the past Chelsea have given up a lot of games too, which led them to such a bad state. In the Tuchel era and time before that, Chelsea were much more demanding, they always played to get all three points from a game. They need to return to that state.

This is exactly what has been running in my head because I have been thinking about Haaland if they are a good replacement for him in the team, but it is not that they are not a replacement for him, but the replacement will not be as good as Haaland is to Manchester City. Although we know it is hard for them to find the best to replace it, Haaland go on an injury and know well that Arsenal and Liverpool's defence is strong, then those teams will wait for such time and utilise it in order to go more than we expected from them, so definitely this season's trophy is dangling for Manchester City because they already have a medium chance to win the trophy again.

If you mean disappointing in the sense of failing to win the title, personally I can't say they won't disappoint their supporters, because this is just the beginning of the season which is still a long way to go until the end of the season. Moreover, we don't know what problems they will face, I don't expect that to happen, but in football there are always surprising things, one of which is a problem that might hit a team, such as a storm of injuries or other things. For now, Arsenal does look better, they have enough capital to go through this season very well. It depends on them, whether they will be consistent enough, especially when they have a problem.

I agree with you. I also favor Liverpool to win the match. Even with a new coach, I see Liverpool can still play like in the Klopp era. They are very solid and are one of the title contenders. After winning their first match, they lost surprisingly to Brighton. I think the match will be a draw. This shows that Manchester United still have problems in their defense. The best result that can be obtained in this match is a draw. However, I think the Liverpool squad will be motivated to get a win because they have won two matches and have not conceded a goal.

Well, I'll say that most of you football fans do not know about the rivalry between Manchester United and Liverpool. I don't lie when I say that they have a great rivalry with Liverpool. Manchester United might not be in the best form or even playing good football, but whenever they meet Liverpool irrespective of being home and away, they play like Real Madrid in every Champions League finals. Not to forget quickly how last season played out, Manchester United didn't lose to Liverpool and at the same time, they knocked Liverpool out of the FA Cup Competition last season.
They'll be at Old Trafford on Sunday and I'm expecting nothing less than a win or draw from them honestly. Difficult game you know but, I'm certain they could get three solid points or salvage a point outta the game.
They don't I'm my opinion, the first goal was an individual error from Harry Maguire and of not for that cancelled Garnacho's goal, Manchester United shouldn't have lost that game. We should call spade a spade, Manchester United did well. In general, the first half selection was decided poorly by Erik Ten Hag.

Very disappointed how Southampton was goalless in the games against Newcastle and Forest. They had golden momentum after Newcastle's red card. But, they couldn't keep it until the end of the game. The same thing happened in the game against Forest. The wrong tactic hurt their attack.

It has been very depreciating performance for Southampton on this premier League that they have played two matches but could not record any win or draw  is actually a bad start for them because if there is a time they need to put more seriousness on there performance this is of course the best moment to do that but I'm surprise they are not putting any effort at all, however the disappointing part of it is that they have even played more better than the both clubs especially there match against Nottingham Forest because those that watch the match would understand that Southampton was supposed to win the game but they totally messed up there chances of obtaining the 3 points.

Is very unfortunate for Southampton that they failed to improve or make some changes on there attacking force before the season started because there attacking force is just the same as there previous season is not going to be easy on them this season and there next match will be against Brentford and the question remains that will they be able to win Brentford?, because already Brentford is much stronger than Southampton and they have also played two matches lose one and win one, so perhaps the possibility of Southampton wining them is very little because there would also be a home advantage for Brentford.

This is not the right time to praise the Arsenal coach Arteta because he doesn't deserve the praises yet untill he breaks the bearer in his team by bringing the trophy back to Arsenal this season, if he is able to challenge Manchester City from the beginning of the season till the end and maintain good performance and not get tired halfway to like the last two seasons that is when he will be seen as a coach who has understood the football business like Pep Guardiola. If you want to win the Premier League right now, its not about how many goals you are able to score in a match its about winning each game throughout the league and that is what Pep Guardiola has been doing right from the start of Manchester City. Right now Arsenals defense is stronger than what it is before, Arteta still bought more midfielders who can hold the ball for long and shoot when necessary. This is how they can win the league. This is not the right time to praise the Arsenal coach Arteta because he doesn't deserve the praises yet untill he breaks the bearer in his team by bringing the trophy back to Arsenal this season, if he is able to challenge Manchester City from the beginning of the season till the end and maintain good performance and not get tired halfway to like the last two seasons that is when he will be seen as a coach who has understood the football business like Pep Guardiola. The last season and the second to the last season were unfortunate seasons for Arsenal as English Premier League is becoming non competitive as Manchester City is winning the league almost all seasons since 10 or more years ago. Let us see what would happen this season but I do not have confidence on Arsenal just like before. Manchester City and Liverpool are playing very good games. We should also consider Brighton as it is playing good for now and the club won Manchester United. But I think Manchester City might win the league again as the club really understand what it takes to win English Premier League. What I will advice Arsenal to work towards is to find a way to win Manchester City if the club really want to win that league this season. Also Liverpool is there which is another obstacle.

I also think that City did not have the best season last year and this is what gave Arsenal the opportunity to follow City until the very last round. Your statement is on point, am having a rethink about arsenal based on their recent performance although we can't really judge now but looking at what the team is doing presently one will conclude that there are lot of improvement in the team and thats Arteta managerial skills in action, the team is really giving their fans impressive moment and I believe that with this kind of strength in them, there will likely be a great surprise from them this season.
It will be disastrous if the board decide to take any silly decision at this point because as it stands the team is rebuilding and there are no lapses for now, so I don't see any form of decision that does go with supporting the manager as good one, the board should understand that having a good team is not an easy thing, what they really need to be considering now is to put heads together with the manager to see how the present form of the team can be sustained any move aside that, may be regretted later.
