It's not Wolong. It's you guys.  Wolong is long gone.

Kiss Love it baby! It doesn't make sense for Wo to hold it. It is in direct opposition of the mantra of the pumper.

It is such a simple concept, i just wish i had the capital to make it happen. You accumulate a coin for a while, then get a big announcement going that you are going to pump it. Infamy usually helps get people to listen to you. You trickle your accumulation into the walls that aren't your fake support walls and when your hand is empty you pull the support. That is when the crash happens because everyone who was buying during the pump now shits a brick. Or at least that is what seems to happen. There is more to it, but those are the basic steps. Ya gotta make sure there is a market, gotta find a coin full of idealist with deep pockets Smiley

Anyone ever think that these "whales" are really collective groups of people looking to manipulate markets?

To put a different perspective on things, we are all manipulating the market. As long as the market is being manipulated in the manner you want it to, it usually isn't an issue. Like when the market is being manipulated upwards and we all love it. We here at the uno thread are trying to be like the collective whale that i speak of. We are trying to band together to get the coin to a high value, but if we do that we are only going to leave our selves open to people who see our idealistic nature as weakness and look to cash in on our backs.

I would like to see that "elephant in the room" cryptsy wallet disappear eventually. It is the ONLY black cloud looming over uno. Not knowing is what hurts the most. I sincerely doubt wolong has any substantial holdings in uno. His panda coin scam, he needed the funds for that. I know that when the price is right we are going to see a hefty exit, that is inevitable with almost 50% of the coins sitting in an exchange wallet. Hopefully the die hard uno peeps will have enough in reserve to eat it up. Given enough time we can build it up to where uno IS a store of wealth, we need to be majority holders of the coin for that to take place. To prevent it from being dumped down and allowing others to use us as personal atms. If that cryptsy wallet was the combined wallets of all of us here, Uno would be where we all want it, and that would make it desirable for those looking for a "digital silver" safe haven for wealth protection.

How do you empty that wallet? Who the hell knows. I am more of a naturalist to some extent, let things go. If the market crashes, we can rebuild it, we have the technology. We are uno, from the ashes new life shall arise. Death is just the beginning. Not that uno will or would die, but if that is the worst thing that could happen, someone owns all that uno and dumps it, then we just buy and buy and buy it. Uno certainly stands alone in the cryptosphere in terms of what it is. I don't worry though because Uno doesn't try to be anything it is not. That is why i think it will be around for a while.

We can't grow when we won't criticize ourselves!

teehee
we are at the stage where you can pump coins with 1 or 2 btc (the more shitty ones)

being a pump and dumper around here can be everyone  Cheesy
It's just getting worse by the day.

If that cryptsy wallet was the combined wallets of all of us here,

all users here combined hold 3 times as much as is in the cryptsy wallet (it is 25% and that is all of cryptsy not only one man)
We probably combined also hold more bitcoin than the whale

i think the community has as much power as the manipulator in either direction

Smallminer, John Lee Hooker is me.
Was cruisin’ some BW stuff – saw Stever Miller Band mentioned.
Only a boomer knows ‘How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat your meat?’ is Pink Floyd. It’s in someone’s signature.
And ‘A Miner for a Heart of Un’ is Neil Young.

'Cafe del Mar'? Not yet -- but my Latin is good enough to recognise Cafe on the Ocean. Sounds nice.

"Anyone ever think that these "whales" are really collective groups of people looking to manipulate markets?"

What? Possible? S@@t yeh!!!!

Sirsmokes, when we can afford meet-ups, I will offer Adam Smith Was Wrong tutorials. That is, the citizens of Planet Krypto misapprehend and over-rate individualism. Three people co-operating to carry a piano down a flight of stairs doesn't make them idiot communists.

Ian and I are oriented to setting up a 'thinkatorium': three of us -- perhaps not even in the same room -- pullin' data and analysing it and trading 9-5 M-F. (Blindie Boy gets to lie on a couch, and fulfil his Official IndiaMikeZulu Yoda-Function.)

it's remarkable how other coins frequently go hiding from btctalk and the 'bad trolls' while uno never had a problem with it. Makes you think  Grin

A couple of quick reads you might enjoy, if you missed them.

Wolong bragging about his Doge/Uno pumps:
http://cryptofrenzy.files.wordpress.com/2014/02/god.pdf
Straight from the horses ass.

This is an oldie but a goodie about crypto innovation vs. value.
https://cryptofrenzy.wordpress.com/2014/03/26/innovation-is-overrated/
Still rings true today, I think.

there was some talk here about low volume a few pages back.

Apperently Uno is one of the very few coins that does not run on fake volume. I think 99,9% of the trades at the big exchanges are real. Good thing going for it.

The thing with uno is: once it gets bullish it gets real bullish. I think it will soon be time for that.
In uno case the community it fudding itself today  Cheesy

You should not forget the whale has the same goal as everyone else: a high price for uno (if there is a whale and not everyone is just trippin' balls)

There's a little bit of gambler in every crypto trader.

Don't forget that UNO has 2 excellent dice game providers.  Cryptapus also offers coinbomb games.

Never played dice? Here's a short intro I wrote on Reddit.

http://www.reddit.com/r/Unobtanium/comments/2mzgys/how_to_play_dice_games_with_unobtanium/

Give these games a try, have some fun. Get re-introduced to dice.

I've noticed the volume has dropped off a bit recently. Lets' make sure they know that we appreciate their games. UNO is lucky to have these services.

Lol!!

Welcome, Wolong. Where the hell you been?

If you pump it high, I'm happy.
If you dump it low, I'm happy cuz it goes to strong hands.

Either way, I'm happy.

"Here come bad news talking this and that, yeah,
Well, give me all (UNO)you got, and don't hold it back, yeah,
Well, I should probably warn you I'll be just fine, yeah,
No offense to you, don't waste your time"

Either Wolong pumps it high and I'm happy.
Or Wolong sends it to 1 sat, and I'm happy cuz it goes to strong hands.

i think that's how everyone feels. That guy has been such a waste of time so far.  Roll Eyes

Hi Wolong.
Uno is ok, and doing quite well compared to most crypto. But still, many of us are sad.

Sad because someone sold us cheap Uno this week. Why would someone sell any Uno, ever? That makes us sad.
Sad because your friend BW apologized and went on a road trip.  Like he had anything to appologize for.
Sad because Uno turned 1 year old. It seems sort of middle aged now, and not so sexy. It's more fun to chase a new shit coins every day instead of hold good coins.
Sad because Uno inflation is so low.  That means... I don't know what that means or why that makes us sad. But it seems to.
Sad because Uno is still in top 30 on cmc. It was so much more exciting when it was #70.
Sad because Uno has USD markets now, and is traded on Cryptsy, 'Trex, Bleu and others.  But it is not on Huobi yet, and that is very sad.
Sad because volume is a little low right now because people want to hodle rare Uno.

It doesn't make sense, but we seem to only be happy only when we are your bag holders, and when you are wrecking things.
When things are going well, it makes us worry. We see your scary shadow behind every little dump.
