So the only thing that works for me is locking most of my balance in the vault and if it gets to high, just withdraw it and only keep a small balance on the site to play.

I think it's too much time even though in the end you get a profit in that vulnerable time, but in the end you lose, of course it will be very sorry when you have played for a long time and won it but have to lose it again the next day, but that's gambling whenever money will be lost when you play out of control.

Are you sure you aren't addicted to gambling at all?  18 hours is way too long for a normal player.   In my personal experience, my longest gameplay is only 5 hours and there are several short breaks in that.

Talking about bankroll management, I think this is only for serious gamblers. And when we speak of bankroll, I assume it's a decent amount that we could use in a session whatever type of gambling we are doing.
