I'm inactive for too long time but I do not get it even once, so it is still not clear what is the main purpose of this weekly $5 free cash promo. It can be as what you say but it can be something to reward active players. It can be something to attract new players as well, because potential players who have not joined duelbits might be interested to join after reading the discussion about this promotion. All in all, I dont think there is a specific target for this promotion because it is better if one promotion can be used to several different targets.

It's really a very expensive business to run, you are required to constantly spend money on marketing, and if it works then you get many customers back who would gamble and lose money, but on the other hand if you are looking at something that is a bit less dangerous then it would be a smarter idea to spend money on people you are sure that would spend money.

The livechat is fast in responding but they can't answer all the questions and than it can take quite a while before you get a reply back. The representative is not really active on this forum; his last login is from 09/09. If you have a big issue and livechat can't help than you can always contact Hhampuz, he replies really fast and has a good connection with them.

Live support can’t handle security issue on the account. This kind of problem usually resolved via  email. Contacting @Hhampuz should be the last resort of forum user since that is not his job and he is just doing it since he was kind to help us here. But user here should remember to contact necessary department about the to resolved it since Hhampuz will just ping them but still the assigned department will do the job to solve the issue.

Let’s not give burden to Hhampuz on job that he is not being paid. He is a campaign manager and not a support.

$5 isn't small money, especially if you are getting them regularly, and for doing the stuff you would be doing anyway, with getting those bonuses or not.

I think it's nice of Duelbits to run various giveaways, like they do on twitter, or awarding people like you with $5 bonus and stuff. In fact, they are lowering their house edge this way, and still they are doing this for us, users of their site.
