We've seen some cases here exactly like you then the user is asked to complete the KYC if everything is according to the procedure, your funds will be sent

I smell something relevant here to the previous user who has a money laundering violation on Stake then he claims that he is now playing Duelbits. I hope that I’m wrong but the timing of your complaint coincide to the time which the other guy attack Stake due to his money laundering violation.
