atleast now you can clearly say that the company did not Slander their costumer and this is just an issue of misunderstanding and you rushing things when there is a process that must be conducted .

and please stop that Idea that when you are depositing and playing there are no KYC required but after winning and try to withdraw instantly the KYC verification popped up, it is not like that instead there is a clear rules that if the company find your account questionable then KYC will be ask and this what happened in your case.

It’s very ugly when a company tries to justify its problems by slandering a customer.

Several facts:

1. An attempt was made to provide both a driver's license and an ID card (at least 10 times)

2. Until the game was played at a loss, no kyc was required, although the stakes and bet amounts were always in the thousands.

3. Then, when I was lucky and managed to get to the plus, a benefit was made

4. I did not receive any notification of the required KYC approval until I became aware of the required KYC performance before contacting support.

5. None of my letters to the managament department have been answered.

6. What abuses are we talking about? I can provide excerpts, videos that money has been transferred from my personal wallet, and the fact that I have won several bets in a row cannot be said to be an abuse, as I have had more than one loss.

I want to emphasize that yesterday I offered to make a video call and identify my personality through it.

If you can't find the right solution, just pay my money and close your account. Where's the problem?

Well, there are two things here. If the streamer is popular and have a reasonable audience, he may charge money from the gambling site. Usually, the small or new gabling sites hire such streamers.

Not for me all look normal recently there was an update of Mozilla Firefox not sure whether the problem is there or not but have you updated it?

I encounter this same issue but using Microsoft Edge browser. I usually experience this inconvenience when using other browser on  mobile and desktop except Google chrome browser.
