To be honest, they have been one of the best at support and always responded quickly. There are only a few places in the crypto world that have quick returns, not because they are bad or anything, just that they do not have enough staff. Like for example could you say Binance is bad? I wouldn't say they are bad and yet they respond slower than duelbits, because lets be honest they have more customers to care about and not enough staff.

You can check your betting history to see if you played on a Pragmatic game. But what do they mean opposite-betting? Placing bets on roulette for example on red and black?

Lets wait for official answer from duelbits, I think duelbits will clarify about this issue once they read his post. This is the first time I heard something like this, so I have no idea what is called by opposite betting. I'm pretty sure duelbits wont accuse their players without solid evidence. I do believe that lowering the minimum wager would cause them to have extra stress load by all the new players that will not be worth it. I mean at certain point you have to realize that there is a user acquisition cost and if the user spending is less than that amount then it doesn't worth it.

One person who gambles maybe 30 bucks a day and loses only 30 cents a day, doesn't really pay their load on the servers when they wager all day. As far as I remember never , actually I have agreed regarding KYC and have prepared the documents even i already sent it
What really disappointed me was that 30 minutes before I sent the KYC the team contacted me and confirmed that my withdrawal had been processed as well as explained the reason why KYC was applied , in this case my account is on Computer while KYC must be on mobile so I didn't realize that the withdrawal was sent.
