West Brom - Sheffield Utd game should be an interesting one. Because both of these teams were in the English Premier League in the last season.

West Brom started the season quite good actually. They got a draw against Bournemouth 2-2 away and defeated Luton 3-2 home. But I can't say the same thing for Sheffield Utd. They were defeated by Birmingham 1-0 home and drew with Swansea away. And in the last season, West Brom defeated Sheffield 1-0.

I think that we will see West Brom winning this game again. They are a more powerful team than Sheffield. And actually, I think also that West Brom will manage to promote to the EPL again this season.

50% success for predictions I made for todays matches.
Fulham won with 1:2 result but job was finished in first 8 minutes with goals of Mitrovic and Carvalho.
Millwall only managed to score in last minutes of the match, but it was comfortable win and first place on table for Fulham just above Stoke City.
Reading lost from Bristol City 2:3 but it was very interesting match and they had more ball possession, more shots but Weimann was very inspired for Bristol and scored two goals.

We have five more matches scheduled for tomorrow and I am hoping for better betting results:

Birmingham vs Bournemouth
Bournemouth is way better in H2H matches with Birmingham and I would bet on them here if there wasn't so many injured and missing players.
They still performed very good in first two rounds, drawing with West Brom and winning against Nottingham, so I don't expect them to lose against Birmingham.
Birmingham have more experienced team and they onlly scored one goals so far but conceded none, so I expect one more low scoring match.
My bet: Under 2.5 goals, Draw (lower stakes)

@youdacapt West Brom lit the pitch on fire by scoring goals at free will, and if they continue showing such impressive form then I’m sure they can win the qualification race. However the key here will be consistency, and so far they are unbeaten but if they run out of goals in coming matches then it’ll be difficult for them to to qualify.

Birmingham vs Bournemouth ended with 0:2 result so my bet for under 2.5 goals was a winning bet but it didn't finish as draw like I expected, because Bournemouth scored in last 77' and 87' minutes.
Championship is as interesting as ever with six teams having seven points after 3 rounds, West Brom being on first place with best goal difference, followed by Fulham.
Best goal scorer so far is Callum Robinson from West Brom with 3 goals.
Nottingham and Preston continue their terrible start of the league with 3 defeats and zero points from 3 rounds, and Sheffield Utd
Sheffield Utd is the only team that didn't score a single goal so far.
Next round is starting tomorrow so get ready...my predictions will be posted tomorrow and day after.

Yesterday, the two old EPL teams played against each other (West Brom vs Sheffield Utd). And West Brom just destroyed them 4-0. It wasn't a very surprising result for me actually. Because I think that West Brom are much more qualified team than Sheffield. And they are capable of promoting to the EPL again at the end of this season.

Bristol City vs Swansea is only match in Championship league today and it's not easy to predict final outcome.
Last season Swansea only managed to get one point from two matches with Bristol City, and this season started worse for them after they have only one point from 3 rounds.
Bristol is better in H2H with Swansea especially at their Ashton Gate Stadium and they played amazing last match with Reading and got all 3 points.
I am taking safer bet here so if it ends up as draw than I will get my stakes back.

Swansea are going to play an away match against Bristol City tonight.

Bristol City got 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss so far. They managed to win their last match against Reading 3-2 three days ago. Swansea were one of the greatest teams of the last season actually. But they couldn't start very well this season. They got 1 draw and 2 losses so far. The last one was a loss against Stoke 1-3 home. Something is really going wrong for them.

But this might be a good chance for them to get their first victory. However, Swansea couldn't beat Bristol City here for 3 matches (1L 2D). I expect both teams to score but Swansea might not get a victory here. Even if they get, it will be a tough one seemingly.

Bristol City are favorites and I think they will win by a good margin. I am predicting 2-0. Swansea have looked terrible now they have lost Ayew. Bristol on the other hand are a better team overall and have a good system. I think Bristol could push for play offs this season. I do not see Swansea scoring the only hope Swansea have is keeping this 0-0 but I think the pressure from Bristol city will be to much.

I didn't have time to make predictions for today, but Fulham and West Brom are continuing their great run with 3 new points but I am surprised that Stoke City is still following them with new win against Nottingham.
Sheffield Utd finally scored first goal in Championship but they still lost against Huddersfield, and they have just one point more than last placed Nottingham.
Flint from Cardiff is currently best goals scorer in league followed by Swift and Carvalho with 3 goals after four rounds.
This is promising to be interesting season and next round is scheduled for August 28.

EFL Championship Round 5 is scheduled for this weekend and all matches will be played in Saturday 28 August.
We have few matches of top teams that will show if they have the strength and wisdom to stay on top of the table, and we are still waiting for Nottingham to have a point or more on table.
I will make few early bets, but there could be some changes on Friday when I confirm lineups.

Derby managed to get nice draw against solid Middlesbrough side, they won against Hull and they all all better from Nottingham.
I am going for safer asian handicap home win or draw-no-bet bet that pays nice and I will get my stake bet if it ends as a draw.

I think that odds here are wrong but matches with Swansea are often unpredictable to predict so anything can happen.
Swansea is usually better at home but they have solid record against Preston and they will have to travel north this time to Deepdale stadium.

Two more predictions for tomorrow in Championship:

Hull - Bournemouth
Bournemouth is still unbeaten in Championship this season and they are much better team than Hull City, and they must perform better to wash off that bad defeat from Norwich in EFL cup few days ago.
They have good manager Scott Parker and striker Solanke in top form scoring 3 goals so far in Championship, and trip to north side will be one more chance for him.
I think away win is going to happen here but I am going on safer bet with draw-no-bet with decent odds.

Peterborough - West Brom
This is no brainer away win for West Brom, Peterborough is missing few players and I can't remember last time when they had any points in matches with West Brom, but I don't like low odds.
West Brom was winning first half in 3 matches this season they won so I am expecting same thing to happen again.
West Brom needs to win if they want to get back in Premier League.

I got most of my bets returned from my predictions of Championship matches, and not a single bet won.
Derby played 1:1 draw but they had 1:0 lead up until 82' minute and Wayne Rooney complained about penalty not being given to his side.
Preston destroyed Swansea with 3 goals and this prediction was bad, I didn't expect to see something like this.
Hull played boring 0:0 draw with Bournemouth, but away side had so many missed chances for goal.
West Brom won with one goal against Peterborough but it was scored in second half, not like I expected.

Fulham and West Brom are now on the top of the table with 13 points, and Nottingham managed to get their first point this season.
Best goal scorers currently are Mitrovic from Fulham, Flint from Cardiff and Weimann from Bristol City, all with 4 goals from 5 rounds.
We are taking a break from Championship matches for national qualifications, and next round for EFL is scheduled for September 10.

EFL Round 6 is finally back this weekend after national team break and it is looking more interesting than ever.

Birmingham vs Derby is first match starting in Friday and I would give slight advantage to Birmingham to get their first win at home stadium, but draw is possible.
Some players are missing for Derby but tradition is totally on their side and Birmingham won only one time from last ten H2H matches.
Both teams are not scoring much goals and I think that best bet here would be betting on goals.
My bet: Under 2.5 goals.

I think Fulham will make another away win, but lets wait next few days to see all team news and injury updates.

Only 3 teams in Championship who didn't win yet in this season are Nottingham, Blackpool and Sheffield Utd that scored only one goal from five matches!
Flint is in great form for Cardiff scoring four goals and he is one of the top goalscorers along with Mitrovic from Fulham and Weimann from Bristol.
Few defense players are missing for home team and I just can't believe the odds we are having for this match, and maybe the reason is that last two H2H matches Nottingham won, but total score of all recent matches is not on their side.
I expect to see lot of fouls and some yellow cards but Cardiff is much better team, they need points after losing last match at home, and this will be my main bet for this weekend.

Blackpool vs Fulham
Without much explanation here, Fulham should win this match easy and odds are decent on them.
Some players are missing for both teams but this will be more of the problem for home team that can't remember last they they won in match against Fulham.

My bet of the week was full success with Cardiff winning 2:1 against Nottingham and they managed to turn result in their favor after losing with one goal at first half.
Coach made a few changes and second half was all Cardiff who is now in 8th place of Championship league, while Nottingham stays on rock bottom with zero wins.
It was bad day for Fulham who lost against Blackpool and that was the biggest upset of this round.
West Brom is now firmly in first place with 14 points, and he was new best goal scorer Swift from Reading after he scored all 3 goals in amazing 3:3 draw against QPR.

My early predictions for promotions now we have seen the 1st couple of games would be West Brom gaining automatic promotion and Sheffield United making the plays offs and then getting promoted by winning their games. I do not know who the other team will be atm but Sheffield United and West Brom are the best teams in the 1st couple of games of the season. What do you guys think? I have been unimpressed by the teams that made the plays offs last season.

Reading vs Peterborough
Currently best goalscorer of Championship league is Swift from Reading with six goals, but Reading only made one win this season against Preston.
They have many players injured for this match including one of the best strikers from last season Joao Lucas, but I believe they are overall better team than Peterborough who is one place below them on table.
Reading with full squad and no injuries should be in top of the table not bottom, but they need to win games despite all injuries.
I expect to see match with lot of goals and reading should win in the end.
My bet: Over 2.5 goals, Draw-No-Bet Reading.

West Brom vs Derby
WBA got only a draw last week against Millwall and they need to start winning again if they want to get back to Premier league, and Derby will have to pay the price this time.
Derby will try to defend and get something from counter attacks, and fouls with yellow cards was their mark in this season.
Odds are not great but I can't see anything else than home victory in this match.
My bet: Home win

Birmingham vs Fulham is starting soon and it's time for Fulham to win after they lost round round against average Blackpool.
Birmingham is holding very good so far with 3 with Hogan scoring 3 goals as their best striker, and they have one of the best defenses in Championship.
Fulham is better team with more options in attack but it won't be easy to win today, and we may see low scoring game and possible draw or narrow win for Fulham.

My bet: I am going with safer option of Asian Handicap 0 on Fulham.

Round 8 is back this weekend with twelve new matches starting in Saturday and we have only Nottingham left without a single win in Championship.
Looking at odds Fulham have a easy job this time but I wouldn't underestimate Reading that have currently best goal scorer in league with seven goals, and I am waiting to see lineups and injuries.
