Didn't mention earlier but I put two picks from today into one of my accas for the weekend -- Burnley because they're impressive and Blades because they overcame Wrexham with difficulty so would have wanted to do better in the league.

Vindicated in both selections so far? 3 goals apiece each when every other tie seemed to be struggling for dominance.

I'd definitely keep my picks on Blades and Burnley, but only if odds are closer to 2/1. They've got a bit of incentive to grow out of this punishing gauntlet of games in February until the 5th round of FA Cup distracts them again. Burnlet, especially, will not want to suffer the humiliation of another Fleetwood miracle then!

Also... Neil Warnock supposedly is coming out of retirement. These guys live forever haha.

Pressure in this match will be on Watford that needs points to stay in playoff zone and chance for Premier League comeback.
With great coach Vincent Kompany I can't see Burnley losing at home stadium.

Sheffield Utd vs Middlesbrough
I would be careful with Sheffield Utd for this round, they play hard match against Middlesbrough another team that is in great form now and they have Apkom, best goal scorer in Championship.

It might end up been a closed game where both teams play carefully to avoid making errors. If this be the case then their will be no goals in that match and that is my fear.
I would also bet on both teams to score but I'm not really confident. Games like this are the kind of games that make people lose bets.

I totally agree with you on this. It's a straight win for Burnley. They might not win by a big margin but they'll win. Take nothing off Watford though, they are a worthy opponent but I still believe Burnley will have the edge because of the kind of form they're in.

Bad luck for my predictions, Burnley played only 1:1 draw with Watford and they could easily lose the match, but they scored goal in stoppage time.
Burnley had much more chances and shots on goal but Watford defence was very good today and they managed to get one important point.

For tomorrow I am staying on my pick for Sheffield Utd vs Middlesbrough both teams to score, and I have one more risky bet.
West Brom vs Blackburn have unrealistic low odds for home win, and both teams are in similar position and form.
I expect to see goals from both sides here, and my gut feeling is telling me that we can see draw or away win.

Yeah, one acca dead in the water because of Burnley. I still feel it was the right bet to make on their form (and on Watford's) -- as you point out, they had more chances, and 9/10 times they win this one, and Watford don't score their only shot on target.

P.S. Warnock's back haha, and Huddersfield will hope their Messiah brings them assurance of safety. I think he just might too.

This was good green day for my predictions in Championship.
Some people could say that Middlesbrough surprised Sheffield, but I expected something like this to happen.
With three new points Middlesbrough is attacking second place and direct promotion to Premier League.
In second match Blackburn saved the match in last minute, but both teams scored like I predicted.

EFL Championship Round 33 is starting tomorrow with match Cardiff vs Reading.
I won't be making any predictions for this match, but I will give slight advantage to home team and say that Cardiff don't have very good h2h record against Reading.
Burnley is still in the first position followed by Sheffield Utd and Middlesbrough, but situation for playoff positions are very interesting.

Late winner in stoppage time for Cardiff gave them three very important points for survival race.
Championship is more interesting than ever and we can't be sure about anything right now, except that Burnley have biggest chance to qualify for Premier League.

Middlesbrough vs QPR
I am taking advantage of Middlesbrough good form and they need to win here and attack second position now.
They have best goal scorer in league so I am sure they can score goals, and QPR is in bad form at the moment.
In recent history Middlesbrough didn't have good results with QPR but things are different this time and I believe they can win.

A lucky miss, as it turns out. I've been saying for the past weeks to myself to spam on Burnley and Sheffield Utd... and then they both lose winnable games.

Doesn't really change my outlook though, I still think they are good teams to bet on as long as odds are close to 2/1 than to 15/10. I see you agree with that. So it's them and Boro also to make up 3 teams on my fresh acca today (the other two are EPL, so it's all English).

Yes I saw they slipped down but they are 8 points away from relegation zone, and this season in Championship is crazy interesting.
Today I was seconds late to bet on Burnley to win live with odds 4.50 and just when I wanted to place my bet they score goal, but first I just see big odds drop  
With this win I think Burnley made big enough advantage and I can say they are very close to securing their spot in Premier League.

Blackburn is big favorite against Blackpool from relegation zone, and both teams need points for different resons.
With three points Blackburn can enter in play-off zone, and Blackpool can escape relegation zone, but both teams are missing some players.
H2H matches are on home side and odds are very good and I am taking that.

Millwall - Burnley
Burnley machine is crushing everyone and now it's turn on Millwall to test how good they are.
I don't know why bookmakers gave this gift to us but away win is looking sweet to me.
Millwal will not give up easy and they will try to attack and win points for play-off zone, but Burnley counterattacks are deadly.

EFL Championship Round 34 is back tomorrow with most of the matches play on Saturday, and there are few interesting bets I have for this weekend.
Burnley should win at home against Huddersfield but they have big point advantage and they can afford to rest some players, with this odds I am not touching this.
I would play X2 double chance on Blackburn but the are missing many players for this match against QPR.

West Brom vs Middlesbrough
Bookmakers set West Brom as favorite in this match but Middlesbrough is in very good form and they are fighting for second place and direct promotion to Premier league.
West Brom is very good at home stadium but this time they are missing some players and Middlesbrough with Akpom is going to he hard challenge for them.
It's risky to bet on Middlesbrough but you can always go for safer option with asian handicap or double chance that have very good odds.

Nice wins, my man. As you know from my last update I went almost in with another selection but I think I missed out on the last week's selection. Not to worry, I actually agree with you on your picks, but I'm skipping Burnley as odds are below 15/10.

So going for big value Boro and Blackburn wins, they're both playing away but QPR is dire, and agree, Baggies won't find a way to get past Boro's form.

Soup this up with Canaries and me spamming on Blades, and then tie up the 5 leg acca with... the not-so-secret team from Merseyside. Something like 70/1, so good luck to us both!

Most other favorites won their matches in Championship, that is Blackburn, Norwich, Burnley and Sheffield Utd is staying in second place.
Sometimes I expect more from some teams that are underdogs.

I will enter with my League Two discussion, Leyton Orient took point against Grimsby, Vigoroux stopped another penalty and Leyton is now 13 points clear at the top, 16 points from position 4, so pretty close to promotion to League One
hopefully they will have express-way to Championship in two seasons, so this would not be an off-topic for too long

the swansea vs rotherham match will take place in the next 5+ hours, and swansea will be the host. In the last 5 matches, Swansea has only managed to make 1 win, but this time they will face Rotherham and Swansea's chances of winning are quite big. My final prediction is 2-0 for Swansea's victory.
