minergate is my best pool miner and the best way to mine by your device no configue needed, no invest, just download the programme and start earning, for me i have many rdp and iam happy with the profits and the best pool mining

I am more concerned that that when i transferred my BCN out of minergate, it disappeared and I have had no contact from them. What is the deal with them, one minute, there is no issue, the next they misplace your payouts.

When i benchmark i get 687% over average with my computer. i5 6600K 3.5ghz GTX 1060 When i max it, the computer is going slooooooooow  But the program gets shut down when its in the background... So cant use the computer while i mine. Hi there, unfortunately, we don't support this card yet  So it's best to use alternative miner to connect to the pool, here is a list https://minergate.com/altminers/ethminer |

I think there must be a hardware compatibility issue, it is usually the case when we get such complaints. Hope we can meet everybody's hardware needs in the future updates we make. You might also be mining a coin where we don't get that many blocks, such as ETH or ZEC. In this case we need more miners to join the pool and find more blocks. |

I made xmr withdrawl on feb 4, days after it was said to be fixed. It never showed up, and no transaction id on it yet in withdrawl history. So I highly doubt your XMR payouts are fixed.

Well I have mined about two weeks XMR which is pretty long time and blocks are fast and many, so I don't think it is "hardware issue". |

Exact same thing for me, no transaction ID for me either, but says "sent", same day (Feb. 4) mailed support, no reply yet (as they said in this thread could take a while they are very backlogged) |

I am going to mine at minergate about a week and to make statistic of my balance there. I have a lot of statistic for mining cryptonight at nicehash. And at this moment minergate seems to be much worse than nicehash. But I want to know if there is any way to make it more profitable. Are you talking about Roger Ver (tssss, nobody should know we are talking about him) ? |

Hi,
This is scorpiopains over at minergate, I ran all day yesterday and just now looked and saw that everything says token expired. What does this mean? I finally after days of mining I got almost enough to withdraw xmr. Now I ran a whole day yesterday and come on see token expired on everything and A LOT of 0's.
Can this be fixed?
