Basically the numbers are really possible to be archived, for example my Deposit is 80% with a Maximum of 500,000 IDR only gets 3x TO. Meanwhile CASHBACK AND Revolution Bonus (3x TO & 10X TO).

AFAIK welcome bonus has its own timeframe and it has nothing with the time you create an account.
Lets say you create your account a week ago while the welcome bonus period is valid for the whole March, then you can still claim it till the end of March.
About the game, I think live games also count towards wagering requirement, below terms can be used as a reference:

The explanation is incomplete so it is better to ask the support team rather than waiting for an answer here that cannot be confirmed. While I was never interested in claiming the welcome bonus even though the TO requirement is only 18x slightly better than other casinos which require 25-35x TO/Wager.
