The facts are here. Their site states that the OTP can be received by email or by phone but their official Telegram customer service told me "Not in all the cases". So, I'm being targeted. On chat BK8 told me that they accept players from all the world as you can see from the screenshots, but they have to find a Malaysian number to receive otp. I found one, there are many sites that provides this kind of service, and provided them the number, but BK8 (only for me) want a screenshot of the credit of the same number. I can't provide that for sure. I wonder how many of their customers have been asked that?!.... So I have to conclude that this site is doing everything in order to keep me awat of my money. I have exactly 481 usd on BK8. Ther rules are different for me alone.

They accept all around the world, there are some restrictions countries. You can check on the terms & condition, if not wrong BK8 have a different website/mirror link and the website depends on which country.

Example for UK player, there has some specifiq website for UK because of their policy.

Upon review with our team, the decision to block user withdrawals stems from the following reasons:
1. Multiple accounts: The user's initial account was suspended in April 2023.
2. Engagement in arbitrage betting using both the first and subsequent accounts.

Contrary to the user's statement, the withholding of withdrawals is not related to OTP/phone number authentication.

Here is the chronological sequence of events:
The user initially registered their account under the username "elonam," which was flagged by the sportsbook provider BTI due to arbitrage activity —deemed high risk— leading to the suspension of the account in April 2023. The official reason for the suspension was abnormal betting behavior identified by BTI. Despite this, the user managed to withdraw all funds.

Subsequently, the same user who successfully attempted to withdraw funds from BK8, re-register using the username "elonushe". However, shortly after placing bets, the provider flagged the account again for the same reason. As a result, the winnings were voided due to the breach of both BK8's and the provider's Terms of Service.

In the end, BK8 is willing to refund the player's deposit, totaling MYR 549.21. However, the user refuses to accept this refund and insists on being paid in full, including the voided bet amount.

Evidence supporting these actions includes:
1. KYC documents from both accounts, which, due to confidentiality policies, cannot be shared.

If this is the truth, then the statement from the user who said he had just registered is a lie

who is that idiot that keep screenshots of the chats before even registering? I was curious about BK8 and I registered weeks later.

Most platforms do not provide proof from the Provider as it is an NDA.
This weakness is exploited by cheating players to complain on forums, but if BK8 can provide this proof to the 3rd party (DT or Moderator) on the forum that can be trusted then that is a good way to resolve the problem.

I believe what happened here is that the casino blocked the user's withdrawal (due to an arbitrage flag, as mentioned), pushing the user to submit their KYC and bam! All the facts, including the previous ones, were revealed! If there were no shady activities involved, BK8 wouldn't complicate matters, even regarding withdrawals IMO. This also explains why the user in question faked his/her phone number...

That should be none of your business, in which threads the user shows his activity. That thread starting to look like ole7 thread, which had the same engine and absolutely same problems. I count at least four gamblers (including myself) who comment on this page alone, and none of them have serious problems with BK8. And then, newbies accounts with multiple accusations on various casinos start making an accusation without proof. Whose opinion do you think I would take more seriously? This is a better ending and decision rather than confiscating or freezing the fund. I guess this is a standard operation for most casinos and so for BK8 and the user should just accept the consequence which was a good one on his end since he's got caught.

You're in their platform and they've got evidence to what's been investigated so, if he don't want to accept the refund, there's nothing much to do on it until he changes his mind.

This is true, but the number of literate players in this forum is less than 1 percent.from a legal point of view, the user has the right to make arbitrage or whatever bets he wants. and in this case the site should be sanctioned at least with a fine, but no one. these sites exist in nothing.

It seems like our complaints have a response from the team, if you look at the current activity, the majority of winners have returned to IDR5, so at least this can be another chance for players to play again, even if it's only a bet of IDR200. If we are lucky, we can still win with this prize. I remember after I won the raffle, I deposited into my account, and claimed every day, there was one time from just IDR5, I could withdraw 200K. Unfortunately the local raffle is not very popular and the campaign is no longer available.
