Just checked about this VIP transfer and I can say that it is similar as what I know on other casino where we need to prove our account in other casino.

Email can be verified but the name cannot, so a user could put a name in the casino (any name) but once verification is applied, it should coencide with the documents submitted.  honestly, I can't even remember the name I used in one of the casinos I'm using, it's a non KYC account but the email I used is my correct email.
