The problem is that there's no detailed explanation about it, I tried looking for it but couldn't find it, if you don't believe me, you can go to the link in the image I attached previously, there are only instructions for claiming the promotion. Anyways no need to think about that anymore, the promotion time is over and I haven't even managed to claim the promotion that I got specifically in the account notification.

It's no use asking CS or anything from BK8 now, and it looks like a mistake on my part, so let's hope we all get another similar promotion so we can claim it. BTW, I haven't visited BK8 to play lately because I've been too busy in RL, have you played lately? and is that a good section? if it's good I want to try it later.
